Exactly what a studio needs. The platform is intuitive for both the admin and the members. Setting up classes, memberships and payments was straightforward. Recommended for any boutique fitness studio.
Pros: Solid platform for managing a Pilates studio Scheduling and membership management work smoothly. The onboarding process was simple and the team was helpful whenever I had questions.
Cons: Their integration with Wellhub is not fully completed. So I have some troubles with some of our customers that come from that platform

Simple and easy to use, with a clean interface that makes daily management straightforward. It’s reliable and helps keep everything organized without complications. Customer service is also good and responsive when support is needed.
Pros: Simple, reliable, and efficient. It makes managing payments easy, and the support team is always helpful. Highly recommended!
Cons: It doesn’t offer a grace period after a client misses a payment, as access is blocked immediately. Other than that, I really like it.

Amazing! Any issues I’ve had have been handled fast and easy! I loved my rep and architect, and when I needed customer service late at night they helped me right away!
Pros: Back end having everything you need to run a successful business and follow up with customers. It’s easy once you get through on boarding.
Cons: When I input class times the thing that bothers me the most is having to go off of 24 hour time clock but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

I have started using the app about 10 months ago. It has a lot of functions that I needed to run everything more centralized at my yoga studio, so it has helped a lot, especially in managing the booking, keeping track of all customers, transactions and communication. It has helped me the overall running of the studio as it has saved me some time of the tasks I used to do manually. ;)
Pros: The booking system and managing classes has become much easier for me. having all clients information in one place, including bookings, payments helps me manage my client database easier.
Cons: No Urban sport integration. Workshops and events is not so well, I wish it´s easier to publish them and they can still show in the calendar with classes but managing them in a slightly different way as some of them are one off events.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with Glofox. It has allowed us to run a more complex and flexible business model than most platforms support, while keeping things relatively smooth for both staff and families. The onboarding process was excellent, and once set up, the system has been reliable and efficient. Despite a few minor glitches, it has been a strong solution for our needs and has made managing our programs much easier.
Pros: Glofox is incredibly flexible and has been able to support our drop-in third space model for a children’s learning center, which includes a wide variety of offerings like hourly bookings, classes, camps, and events. Most children-specific platforms couldn’t handle the volume and flexibility we need, but even though Glofox is designed for gyms, it works really well for our business. It’s easy for parents to use, keeps everything organized, and has significantly streamlined our operations.
Cons: There are occasional glitches, especially when parents try to add multiple children to bookings, which can cause some confusion. We’ve also noticed that appointments don’t show up under bookings, which requires an extra email to parents or our end if the email confirmation that they’ve booked isn’t enough. These issues aren’t constant, but they do come up from time to time.

I opened my own Boutique Fitness Studio in May 2025 and was looking for easy-to-use software. I was previously using Wellness Living (at the studio I was teaching before), but didn't need all the bells and whistles that make things much more complicated and glitchy. I was used to Trainerize, so using Glofox made sense. It's been really great so far and I haven't had any issues and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a software.
Pros: I had a great introductory call and signed up on the spot. I love the easy-to-use software; there hasn't been any service interruption since using it. The software runs smoothly and doesn't really need any explanation. I wish there were a few features that I was used to before, but overall, for any small studios, this is a great service for a very great price that does everything, including billing, marketing, sales, etc.
Cons: I wish there was a way for monthly members to book more than 30 days in advance to prevent waitlists and frustration.

I've been using Glofox for the past 1.5 years, and they have been very supportive and helpful in making things easier for me.
Pros: Booking appointments, handling clients, filling the waiver and terms & Conditions. Preparing receipt with the customer TRN.
Cons: Everything is good. I don't have anything that shows something is bad with the application. Everything is smooth.

So far so good and my clients like it. I can quickly makes changes to my schedules or check my clients attendance and profiles. It's pretty cool.
Pros: Easy, user friendly scheduling and client booking. Their customer service is also very good. My onboarding was excellent.
Cons: No direct links to my business on glofox. Too many steps for clients to get to the app unless you pay for your own app with the them, which is expensive.

Pros: Seamless onboarding and migration from.my old gym membership management system. Great staff and product. My website and app came out great!
Cons: That they don't have their own access control. They do integrate with Kisi, but having to have members go to a separate app is not my favorite.

I switched from Virtuagym and the experience with glofox is night and day compared to virtuagym. If you are outgrowing you current CRM then Glowfox is the platform for you.
Pros: Easy onboarding, feature rich platform at affordable price. Very scalable solution for multiple locations. Branded app is a must have, it solves all of my scheduling and appointment management! Automation and organization of leads and clients is excellent.
Cons: Live customer service comes after a few different AI Q&A exchanges. I dont think glowfox is any different than any other company nowadays moving to automation

GloFox worked just fine for what our facility needed at the time. I wasn't looking to switch platforms.
Pros: The software was pretty easy to learn how to use and to apply it. Managing the memberships and their payments was easy.
Cons: I understand that these things cost money, obviously. But we ended up switching to a platform that put the cost on the members in a fair and balanced way.

Very good ! [sensitive content hidden] Was fantastic!! Responded fast and was super informative and patient with my constant requests.
Pros: How easy it is client facing. Just a few clicks and you’re booked.
Cons: The workload - I was lead to believe the migration would be done for me stress free but it was a lot of going back and forth. All sorted fast but time consuming. I have one complaint. If there’s 2 studios in the same area using the Glofox system clients have complained they have to keep signing in and out. Would be good if they could have two accounts on my profile to access different studios as and when.

theres alot of settings, functionality which is pretty awesome. And surely, it takes time aswell to set this all up. But once its set, its quite easy to handle the system.
Pros: Its a big system with alot of functionality, but the service and onboarding service was great. Louise was always reachable and helpful!
Cons: The integration of moving members from another studio to a new studio. Unfortunetaly there was alot of manual work to be done. Like setting the correct membership, dates and so on. Also when creating staff. Upon deleting them, you can't use the same emails unless you change it again, despite it being deleted. One major defect is that not all customers get emailed when pressing forgot password.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was always so responsive and supportive. He's a great asset to your team.
Cons: SMS limit per month on the highest package. I think it can be increased or unlimited with the top tier package for customers. Apple pay would be a great benefit to the platform as well. Separate appointment emails for businesses i.e sauna appointment confirmation would be totally different than a sports massage appointment confirmation.

Great experience with the onboarding support from Louise. So far pretty good, I am still getting the hang of using the system with customers as it does seem like you have to allow them to run into issues before everything works smoothly.
Pros: I found my onboarding coach incredibly helpful and really available to email for help and schedule meetings with. She really helped me to understand the system and be able to use it in a way that will work for my business as I was quite overwhelmed by it all and would have been lost without her help.
Cons: I feel like there are some costs and features that aren't well explained in order to possible get extra add ons purchased. Some features seem a bit overcomplicated.

Pros: Price, no commitment, does everything I need and of course, the SERVICE by [sensitive content hidden]!
Cons: That I can’t edit payment dates for presale myself, we have to go through the technical team.

Customer support has been poor at best. I've been trying to cancel my subscription as a gym and studio owner, and it took a month before I received a confirmation about cancelling my membership. Despite multiple emails, calls, and submitted tickets. Since then, I've ben trying to get my data migrated to a new system and am once again begin ghosted. I do not recommend ABC Glofox.
Pros: Not much. ABC Glofox has very little I would say is a pro.
Cons: 1. Reporting is not robust enough and when I've asked for my own data, I'm met with roadblocks. 2. Glofox doesn't allow for gift cards. 3. Price increases that do not correlate with improved functionality or support. 4. Bulky marketing suite. 5. Lead-Client functionality does not capture our business model well enough and I can't adjust it. 6. Cancellation process has been arduous.

Biggest mistake I’ve made for my start up was getting a Glofox subscription
Pros: Nothing, it was hard to use and the company were so unhelpful once the sales person was done with me and they had me on a yearly subscription
Cons: That I spent so much money on a platform that was unnecessary for my business and the company still decided to upsell what I didn’t need. Do not sign an annual contract you will regret it. Research all your options as there are platforms for £10 a month that do the same.

Overall experience: I am very happy. The user interface is very easy to use, which is important when on-boarding new staff. Account managers are keen on feedback on improvements, with Glofox constantly releasing new system/feature updates, which shows that our feedback has not gone unheard.
Pros: Had a great on-boarding experience feeling supported throughout the entire process.[sensitive content hidden], my account manager, was helpful, insightful and provided great tips on how to use the system and get the most out of it. His patience and customer service are greatly appreciated! A+++
Cons: Certain feature/system limitations that are lacking which would make life easier. Hopefully they are in the development pipeline.

I really have appreciated my time with ABC Glofox - everyone is professional and positive
Pros: I like how quickly [sensitive content hidden] would respond and get back to me! Being in higher ed, we can get busy really fast once the semester has started, [sensitive content hidden] did a great job of checking in and making sure we have everything we need.
Cons: The timing of receiving our product was not the best due to the semester starting but overall, it was nice have a great support team.
