Overall, with the average customer support but a great tool. It's an awesome tool would definitely recommend for small sized companies
Pros: Gym flow is a great app its so easy to use and great value for money. It's great for gym freaks like me as it also allows customizations.
Cons: The client management should be more customizable as with the membership management it could be an amazing tool.

The whole process was excellent. The team at GymFlow are extremely supportive and the set up process was as simple as can be. My clients all love the gym app and if I have any queries or questions, the support team are very quick to respond.
Pros: The ease of use for both me, as an admin user, and for my clients. I've used a number of other booking apps in the past and found the UX clunky and unnecessarily complex. GymFlow is well laid out, easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: There are still some features I would like to see - for example, I would love to see the use of a referral code so you can reward current members for bringing on new clients, etc. I believe this is in the development plans though.

Overall i have had a great experience and i can not wait to see what updates are in store. Keep up the great work.
Pros: Easy to use and great interface. The pricing is great for the value i am receiving. Easy to manage clients and memberships. Great booking system for classes. Members app is easy to use as well as coaching app. Customer support is great as they are always very quick to respond.
Cons: I am happy with everything so far. It would be great if coaches can do more tasks on the coaching app such as payments and membership related admin.

Pros: it’s hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] have been incredible, always answering my questions quickly and thoroughly, even going above and beyond by replying to my online chat on a Sunday afternoon! They’ve made the app so simple and easy to use, which has made managing everything a breeze. What really stands out is how open they are to feedback – every suggestion I’ve shared has been listened to and taken on board, and they genuinely try to implement improvements. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers. Gymflow is an amazing company, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Cons: no 'cons' as stated, I had some feedback for what I would like to see on the app and they have taken my suggestions onboard and were already in the process of implementing them

Pros: Simple, effective, highly sleek, with minimal friction for new clients, quick easy onboarding with a brilliant interface.
Cons: doesnt link automatically with mailchimp/zero, apart from this its very very good. Perfect solution.

Easy to use, members are happy with app. Being able to track member entrance, what daily memberships sold equal, etc has been great to monitor for a new gym.
Pros: Excellent training and customer service. Always prompt and helpful Ease of system and they keep updating and listening to their customers
Cons: Nothing to date. Some of the help videos are not up to date, but they are continually updating and listening to customers, so that's to be expected

Pros: Gymflow has excellent customer service, is a quality product, and is priced competitively. Whenever I submit a question or suggestion, THE [sensitive content hidden] of the company messages me back promptly with an answer. The team at GymFlow has built a quality product and is constantly working to make it better. I am very happy with GymFlow and highly recommend it.
Cons: I can't think of anything. GymFlow is great!

Overall I am very happy with Gym Flow, they helped out massively with the on boarding and moving our members from one CRM system to GymFlow. There customer service is great if you ever need to ask a question or have any problem the get back to you in a short space of this. The system is clear and understandable also.
Pros: I like how easy Gym flow database is easy to understand with all the essential information needed. The app is great.
Cons: Potentially they can add a few more feature like adding images onto the app. The good thing is that if you put these request in they will work on adding these feature as they are also adding new features every week.

It's been good. Dynamic and changing which we can get with. We're hoping to see further changes
Pros: The ease of getting clientele onto the app. I also like the fact that they can book a session themselves also.
Cons: You cannot check in the whole day or not. I would like to be able to select all individual's to check in for the day and not have to get everybody separately

My overall experience has been positive and with no friction points.
Pros: The customer support is fantastic and really like the roadmap feature. The app looks great and is seamless to use once explained to clients. Easy to take payments and manage members. Calendar is also organised well.
Cons: Not as customisable at this stage however the function we would use the most is relatively new so im sure it will improve.

Pros: all the features are very helpful when you run a gym i can’t go without needing anything else because all the tools work and are easy to use
Cons: maybe we can work on a website design templates that would work for all the integrations the app provides.

We s should have made the switch earlier. We were concerned about the process of migrating access and billing to a new system, however it turned out to be pretty seamless. GymFlow is modern, reliable and well suited to running 24hour gyms.
Pros: GymFlow is super intuitive and easy to use, and their team provide a high level of support. The integrations with Stripe and Kisi also mean that our payments and door access systems will remain on the leading edge. Super reliable. We have experienced no down time since implementing.
Cons: We are excited for the release of the multi site platform, which we know is set to be released soon.

I trouble shot this product months before the opening of the gym. With each step [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was there to support my concerns and issues. This week is our soft open : I honestly don't know how I would have been able to handle it without his help and assistance. He jumped right in and found solutions for me and my clients. I like easy - it is confidence building.
Pros: I appreciate the interface of the dashboard, once I got the rationale of what things are called, etc, the platform is becoming easier and easier.
Cons: The only feedback is that the font is too small to easily glance and see where you are/what you are doing.

Incredible, I really feel like they are part of my team instead of just a service. Always quick to answer questions and problem solve right alongside me. They truly go above and beyond for their clients.
Pros: Getting setup on Gymflow was a breeze. Not only do the team take several days to build your insurance, but they also transitioned previous clients into the system and as many onboarding calls as we wanted to get up and running, have questions answered, and just make sure we were doing things correctly and not wasting our own time. The software is still being developed constantly and it already has a multitude of features that it was lacking just 4 months ago. I knew that I was choosing a software that could grow just as my business did and would take my feedback directly into consideration. Most importantly, it has the integrations I need.
Cons: There are other products that have more features because they’ve existed longer - but I have no doubt Gymflow will catch up to them. I compromised on having a few features knowing that they were either already in gymflow’s roadmap or that they could be considered for the future, because the customer service is just so much better than any other member management systems out there.

Pros: The biggest compliment you can give GymFlow is that everything has been made simple with the user feeling at complete ease navigating through the platform. Everything is clear, concise and reliable which compared to other CRM's I've experienced, is a breath of fresh air!
Cons: There are some elements that are in development and due for release imminently. Once they're released and GymFlow is an all encompassing lead management AND membership management software it will become the market leader.

Excellent! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been hands on from the beginning & has gone above and beyond what was expected. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years & used countless systems but so far, I have had the best overall experience with GymFlow. 100% recommended.
Pros: Simplicity! It's so easy to use which makes life so much easier. Staff can be trained to use the software within an hour.
Cons: There are features that are missing (but this is due to the early stage of release). Everything that I think is needed is already in the pipeline.

GymFlow's customer service has been outstanding. They have a very personal approach and have taken a great deal of time to understand our brand and our operations, so they can better understand our needs. I've really felt this to have been a collaborative approach and feel incredibly supported by their service.
Pros: I've been in the leisure industry for over 7 years, and a consistent struggle I've had across multiple operators is out-dated, clunky and difficult to use gym management software. GymFlow is the complete opposite! It is super simple to use, the reporting is really easy to generate and understand, and it's freed up a lot of time to spend elsewhere in the business.
Cons: We've only been using the software for a short period of time, so I'm yet to determine much I don't like about the software. So far any actions in the software that haven't worked as expected have been worked on almost immediately, and we've received further training, or feedback taken on board and implemented.
