Pros: -The web POS is easy to use, intuitive interface for staff -Reliable, accurate reporting across multiple locations -Responsive and knowledgeable support team -Flexible system that adapts well to operational needs, the support staff are great for passing on feature requests and creative in brainstorming work arounds while those features are in development
Cons: While the web-based POS is a major strength, it does rely on strong internet connectivity, which could present challenges for operations in rural locations with limited infrastructure.

We originally decided on this software to integrate all departments operations in one system; this did not work out. We spent months discussing our issues with customer service, and it was very hit or miss. I understand this is a smaller, "niche market" company, and it is on the cheaper side, but the lack of functioning integration with online bookings and inter-department operations has caused us to move on. Very easy to train new employees on though, and the "room view" portion is handy for our maintenance and housekeeping forecast.
Pros: We switched off of a very old system, so some of the functions seemed nice and new. The ability to integrate all departments (F&B, golf tee times, membership, and lodging) is what made us decide on Total Integrated in the first place.

I took the lead for our company in 2015 and was on the ground implementing and working hand in hand with Total E to launch their software at over 12 of our properties. The experience and customer service was exceptional.
Pros: Total E Integrated product is all inclusive and provides your customer/member with an experience unlike any other software company.
Cons: All of the features that we needed were included in the software.

Extremely customer oriented/friendly. Support always there for me when I needed any questions answered.
Pros: Customizations and reporting are easy to use and understand
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like about this software

A true partner when it comes to solutions for our company
Pros: The support team is great along with the ease of adding new locations.
Cons: None that come to mind. We have had some internet connectivity issues but they may have been on our side.
