On the whole it is good. I have never had any problems with it. Customer service resolves issues quickly.
Pros: It is really easy to use. Booking classes is great. Customer service is great. The app is also really easy to use. Clients love it.
Cons: The price has gone up. When I first started using it , I paid 46 per month. It’s not nearly 82 pounds. This is a lot for a small business.

Overall my experience with TeamUp has been smooth and positive. I felt supported when converting over from my previous booking engine and still continue to feel support when needed.
Pros: TeamUp is very user friendly as far as set up and the support that I received was very helpful. We are a smaller fitness center and the price for TeamUp was actually less than a previous booking engine that I used that was not as user friendly
Cons: The only downside to TeamUp that I've experienced is that there is not a +1 option for my clients. I did have that as an option with the previous booking engine, but it still isn't a deal breaker for me.

It's been a great experience. It is an easy system to use. I like that the system works with Zoom.
Pros: I like that TeamUp works with Zoom. It is easy for clients to sign up for classes. It's also easy to set up classes and delete classes.
Cons: I can't think of anything right now. I don't like that I have to pay in US$ as a Canadian business.

It’s a great POS system and have enjoyed using it for our academy. Never had any issues using the system.
Pros: Automatic payments are helpful and simple registration. User friendly and easy to navigate as the manager.
Cons: Not being able to merge the family plans. And the app is easier to use than the website. Time zones were hard to adjust for making the schedule correctly.

My overall experience with TeamUp has been very positive. I appreciate the security features that make both staff and patrons feel confident using the system. The payment processing is smooth and reliable, which helps everything run efficiently. On top of that, the platform provides strong value for the money, especially with how much time and effort it saves
Pros: I really liked how easy TeamUp was to use and how organized it kept everything. Scheduling and managing availability was simple, and the reminders helped reduce confusion. It saved time and made communication with the team much smoother.
Cons: Overall TeamUp worked really well, but some of our older patrons struggled with using it at times. They occasionally found it confusing to navigate or had trouble getting set up, which meant we needed to provide a little extra support.

Great experience, everything is simple and easy to use yet so effective and exactly what we needed as a business. I would use it again every time.
Pros: It is the main system we use to run our centre. We have a small membership base of around 125 members. It makes it really simple to understand and to use. For the price we pay it works brilliantly and you only pay more if you start to have more paying members. The support from the team up staff is great and always reply almost instantly and solved every single problem I have had so far. We use Gocardless to take payments and this links perfectly with that so our payments are straightforward and linked easily to our memberships.
Cons: I dont have any major complaints at all regarding the use of Team Up as I have never encountered an issue at all.

I have had many system try move me or entice me with other platforms and they dont come near to Teamup
Pros: The ease of moment within the platform. Absolute value for money and the client support is great and so helpful.
Cons: That i cant seprrate payents to different accounts. And that i cant notify a client on their second last session when ithappens rather than when its booked. Especially in big packs which last weeks

Pros: Seamless client management - removed 90% of business admin, freeing up buckets of time for me as business owner.
Cons: Hard to detail - but a messaging app to seamless contact clients would be fantastic! To be able to contact a scaling customer base at the click of a button 🙌

Team up has made my life as a studio owner so so much easier, and myself and my clients love it. Shelly has been amazing and helped greatly. The customer support has been great. The calls have made all the difference to helping me get set up and understand the software properly.
Pros: How user friendly it is for me and for my customers. How it has every facility I need and more, and how it’s made my admin such a small part of my day now.
Cons: The fact it doesn’t have the Apple Pay facility, in order for people to pay on their phones without getting bank cards out etc.

I love it. User experience is very easy for our members from a browser, iOS or android. My team use it effortlessly from their phones when making changes to classes on the go. Managing membership, and making individual changes to membership is very easy and brilliant.
Pros: How effortless is handles membership purchases and stripe integration. Business dashboard is extremely good. Always adding new features to the service and continuously improving
Cons: No major flaws yet. No persistent issues have arisen yet thankfully.

great, the clients service its ralla good and team also. Nothing really bad to said.
Pros: All it's great but what I like the most it's how easy and accessible is the app to control all the Studio, clients, paiement, bookings, contracts...
Cons: the changing looking of the Calendar for clients and not having the option of keeping the old one

Fab! I find TeamUp straightforward and easy to use, but most of all it is simple for my clients, and if they are happy, I am happy.
Pros: The ability to offer different packages for my clients and how simple it is for my clients.
Cons: The sales side was quite pushy/persistent! Ive also just tried to use the store and this isnt the most simple to set up, so will probably not use that option

It's been really good. I have had to move members across to a new account and it was made very easy. Any problems the live chat has sorted for me. Will continue to advise others to use TeamUp.
Pros: With TeamUp everything is in one place! I can setup my timetable for booking classes, setup courses, multiple membership tiers that customers can easily upgrade to, collect payments, notify people of cancelled classes and more! In fact, there is a ton more feature that I am still yet to use!
Cons: Nothing everything is great! If I think of a feature I need I will let you know!

Great value for money, all my booking needs with this system, no more losing money on no shows, like you can set a time for a cancellation cut off. Able to make membership packs.
Pros: Easy to use software, I no longer lose money with no shows, and if I have any problems, the help desk is always there.
Cons: Would like the option of 12-hour clock. And the icons on the membership accounts, with a description not just the icon.

Overall, the TeamUp experience is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TeamUp to any group fitness teacher or gym owner.
Pros: TeamUp is easy for me to add classes, manage a team of teachers, and multiple venues. The App is perfect for customers as it's so easy to use. Customer service is excellent.
Cons: Some customers get confused when they try to cancel as session, as they think they are leaving the class completely, and not just for one session. I get a lot of enquiries about this.

The system is the best and I can't see myself switching to another booking app. The support is quick to respond and always very helpful. There are also new features being added all the time, which is great.
Pros: The easy to use app is not just straight forward to use for myself but also for my clients. My technophob clients tell me how easy it is to operate the app. I save hours of time with the automated messaging service. My clients appreciate the reminder for their sessions and also a thank you for the birthday message that I am able to send.
Cons: Some extra features would be great. Sending an online christmas card or season greetings messages. I would love a message to go out to members who are running low on sessions, with a reminder to book.

Phenomenal in short. My biggest career regret was moving to Momence. We came back to TeamUp after a traumatic experience ;-) Never ever moving again.
Pros: Brilliant easy to navigate even for not tech savvy clients. Intuitive layout. Incredible functionality. The thing everyone takes for granted is NO GLITCHES. With 2 other softwares we used customer support on weekly basis. We have NEVER used TeamUp support as we simply never needed it in the whole 5 years. Constant updates to functionality with the same clear pricing structure :-) I
Cons: Back in the day it was inability to brand seperate sides of the business. I still wish we could add graphics to every event.

11/10 They are quick to respond and fix any issues. They are constantly updating their system and adding new features and I have never had an issue with student sign ups or anything.
Pros: All of the features and the pricing structure.
Cons: I would like if there was a feature added that allowed a class to auto cancel some time period before the class if there are no sign ups.

Really positive experience, it was easy to transition my business over to Team Up and being able to set up memberships has reduced my admin time too
Pros: The customer service is great, it is easy to arrange meetings, have an online chat or ask AI - meaning that queries get answered and resolved quickly
Cons: The diary viewing could be clearer to see

It's been fantastic and really reliable. Trustworthy, fast, easy to use - the members love it and the support is always there. I need to delve into the functionality some more- because I think/ know it can do more!
Pros: That the cost is per person whilst you are growing and then a reasobable set price thereafter. The functions are also amazing- so many.... Booking, memberships, mailing lists. The support is also REALLY quick and easy to understand.
Cons: I don't like spead it opens on my phone- I want it quicker! But that's probably my phone and nothing to do with the app!

As always promised the world and under delivered hard. Migration process was super bumpy and a lot went wrong. Promised to keep pricing stable and increased by 20% after one year to be increased further. Constant excuses for mistakes and glitches. Lots of glitches.
Pros: It was inexpensive but they constantly make useless updates, their app is soooooo bad
Cons: No app for teachers! Custom app lacks basic functionsIncrease rates and prices without notifying you. So you have to check; it gets justified with new features which are just bug fixes really. NO support on weekends! Team is very slow to respond to issues
