Overall, the experience in getting going with Baseline has been great. We've moved smoothly and fast. Appreciative of the customer support throughout the process.
Pros: It's built specifically for my needs as a baseball facility owner, which is great. But the best part is the customer service and onboarding experience. Having [sensitive content hidden] help get me rolling every step of the way, answering my questions, spending time on the phone, ensuring I get set up the way I want it to be.
Cons: There are some limitations of the platform, specifically regarding structure, organization, and aesthetic. While it is built out fully for sports facilities, a little more freedom to build out the site as I want, rather than within the framework that Baseline provides, would be nice.

Questions are answered the same day from my account manager and she works VERY HARD to make sure I am happy with the service. 10/10 would recommend to someone starting their own sports facility.
Pros: Team management and management of your trainers for baseball lessons is super simple now. Payment processing was also a real pain point for me before using baseline. Customer support is top notch. I can book time with my account manager weekly if I need to and they make sure ease of use is top priority for them. And since I don't pay a monthly rate the value for my money is next to none.

Fantastic overall. Happy to leave our old platform that cost us time and money. The onboarding team has been great
Pros: Handles our booking easily from a customer standpoint and readily can make changes. I also like that you can have multiple bank accounts for different businesses
Cons: Onboarding is a learning curve. But once you get in there and get to know how to use it it is pretty straight forward. The team has been great to work with.

Excellent for setting up lessons, developing camps, and allow allowing instructors access to edit and set their own schedules. The pay platform works very well and the AI feature is excellent and very helpful.
Pros: Great customer service and very easy to use for myself and my customers. The AI feature is excellent for our instructors to be able to reschedule lessons and canceled or build events and lessons when necessary.
Cons: As they progress, there are often little bugs that can cause a few issues, but they are usually fixed immediately.

It is a lot to learn BUT, there is SO much you can do with this site and it really looks nice to the users.
Pros: They work with you and have a designated person to assist with questions. They really do try to implement ideas to help your business thrive.
Cons: There have been some glitches along the way but, they’re always working hard to resolve these things as they arise and with any business that’s growing and evolving, there will be things to work through.

Overall my experience has been great. I’ve had customer service support when I’ve needed it. I’ve been able to creat and schedule events, as well as to receive payment for them. It’s all worked exactly as I needed.
Pros: The thing I like most about Baseline is how easy it is for me to create my schedule for my clients to go in and book me. It’s also very easy for them to pay and for me to get the money! I definitely think the value you get is worth the money.
Cons: Honestly everything has been great so far, but if I had to say I liked something the least I would say it was that it took me a little while to see who was registering for my events. I didn’t always get an email that I received a new sign up.

Pros: Customer Support. [sensitive content hidden] has been so helpful to me and my staff. She is very responsive with her answers and explains everything in fine detail.
Cons: Workout Programming as it is not as user friendly as it should be to allow it to be more useful. If i want to adjust a clients workout, I can't update the block of future similar program days.

Very easy to use! It's streamlined our client interactions, team building, and payment processing and recurring billing.
Pros: The ease of managing our client scheduling and payment processing for lessons. Our customers love the support. It's also great for our team management!!
Cons: Honestly there is very little to not like. If anything it would be getting used to a new way of doing things, which can be said for a lot of products.

Excellent, I would highly reccomend. It is not only great for the day to day, but for marketing, customer management, and several other admin areas.
Pros: The interface, the customer service, and willingness from the team to listen to input for system upgrades. Payment processing is also beyond easy.
Cons: can be glitching at times. Although it has gotten much better and continues to improve as the team listen to input.

Overall experience with Baseline has been great, they constantly listen to their clients and are always working on upgrades and improvements to the software.
Pros: Great software and value for the money. Along with great customer support. Migration from previous software was pretty easy.
Cons: Ability to fine tune payroll reports and have different pay structures fro example private lessons vs. camps and clinics

I love the customer service! I have a rep that I can text with any issue and she is super responsive and always helpful. The website is intuitive and allows me to make lots of edits easily.
Pros: I love the customer ease of use of Baseline's mobile optimized website experience. It allows my site to appear on brand and allows me to make quick adjustments based on what we want to offer our customers, whether it be special Hours, training opportunities, camps or clinics. I love the easy messaging features that allow me to blast out specials via email or text. No add ONS and extras, just east point and click. There are so many things I really like about the platform and have never regretted making the switch!
Cons: The process of porting my client list over was tedious and months later is still taking fine tuning. That has been the biggest drawback but making the switch was a necessary evil to get the great functionality of this platform. no regrets!

Overall we love using this system, at no charge to us and minimal fees to clients it works out for everyone. Our competition uses nothing similar to this which puts us ahead when it comes to booking any of our services!
Pros: Having a no cost system that works really well is great for businesses just starting out. Other services cost over $300 a month which adds up for new businesses. Using the system as an admin becomes easier the more you use it, and their have been more and more updates that help make your schedule more clear and easy to manage. Whenever I have a question their support team always answers in a timely manner with all the answers I need and they can help correct things on their end in an instant. We never had a second though on if we were missing payments or if a membership did not roll over, our customers have been able to manage their own memberships and book a lesson or cage with ease!
Cons: Though the system gets updated a lot with improvements to make everything better, these updates can come in the middle of creating an event or writing a mass email causing me to start all over again. After having to refresh the email or event does not save so that has to be done again.

Pros: The scheduling, programming, and website design are my favorite features. The ability to provide support for our customers while also feature what need for our business is great.
Cons: The membership creation can be tricky at times, but still convenient. Could allow for custom date starts.

Pros: It is a one stop shop for everything baseball website and management related. Customer service is the best!
Cons: NOTHING, love it all so far. The staff and admin are great. They help out when ever needed. Love everything.

I was skeptical at first when StatStak was brought to my attention but now that I have been a user for almost 2 years, I am a believer. It makes scheduling easy, saves my company literally thousands of dollars a year and integrates beautifully with my website.
Pros: Customer service is second to none. The whole crew is very attentive to details and quick to respond to questions.
Cons: There is a learning curve when you first use StatStak but once you are familiar with where everything is, the platform is a breeze to use.

Always responsive and attentive! Anytime there's been an issue or just overall general questions, customer service is clearly a priority.

Cons: The fees for high priced memberships or services is sometimes hard for the customer to swallow. But we understand that we are putting this on the customer instead of our business.

I like the front of my web pages and the flow and feel for my customers. Really need that payment plan option for my business.
Pros: Value, and the team is always making changes that help my business. Customer support is almost always on point and there to help
Cons: We run several camps that cost $600 - $1250, and we need to be able to bill for series with a payment plan. Also, every once in a while, when I am working to build something and a new update comes down and kills my progress, we call that getting StatSacked. Also, there have been a few times when we have been working and the page just drops - loses the web address and the screen goes white.

Love StatStak, which we would have switched years ago! We have spent thousands on fees and products memberships in the past.
Pros: Amazing support staff! Easy to use, for staff and back office. So excited to be saving money and have a great product.
Cons: Have not found anything yet, we are only a few months in but really impressed so far with all the features.

Our experience is overall very positive so far! Though, we haven't fully begun to utilize it with our clientele.
Pros: We really like its clean and ready to use design with website integration. I'm excited to finally allow our clients to book private lessons online and register with a connected payment. We were unable to do so before.
Cons: So far the only real concern is that certain website design settings feel disjointed and hard to find.

Love that our organization uses it, makes everything much easier to accomplish when running a big organization.
Pros: The ease of use for the website and the ability to track many teams for large organizations. It allows me to manage all of my players so easily.
Cons: The way the kids accounts get attached to parent accounts is a little wonky. It is hard to tell what account I am under and if im managing it as a parent or as their own account.

I have been very pleased with the weekly meetings with [sensitive content hidden] and the ability to get answers very quickly with the help portion on the site.
Pros: I really like the smooth registration process for events on the customer end as well as the overall design look on our customized website.
Cons: I am hoping to see the stats and leaderboard section get built out further for our players to be able to use it as a recruiting source.
