Overall I have found this system to work well for us and I can call anytime to get the help I need.
Pros: I like most is that I am able to talk to Gerry when ever I need help with the system. That is a rare find there.

It’s been a really great software especially to us who are using it for a gym , it’s an added bonus
Pros: It’s very easy to use and affordable in terms of payment, great features too .
Cons: Taking time to reply to email at times wouldn’t know probably maybe it might be because of time difference in some countries of use especially like us who are using done here in Zambia.

Pros: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is extremely helpful! He has handled every issue I’ve had with ease & as quickly as possible!
Cons: I think the website, physically could appear more modern & maybe the tabs could be merged together and the more important things like creating/editing membership plan, online portal etc could be easier to access!

Wonderful. We received a demonstration of the software and quickly decided it was just what we needed to operate the pool during the summer.
Pros: Ease of use. The software is straightforward and extremely user friendly.
Cons: We haven't come across anything we like least about the software yet.

Pros: I like the option to have an online management system.
Cons: The person who helps us with our software is helpful, but I feel like there is little help available. There are no tutorials, help buttons, etc... It is very confusing to set up, and to help members with their issues. The ability for the patron to be able to sign up online is very confusing.

This is our second try at some form of Membership software and it has been a much better experience than the last software and we hope to see continued options offered through MIS in the future.
Pros: Integration was fluid and the product does offer easy of use for staff and members.
Cons: Have been told they are working on multi day registration, but have not seen it implemented yet. Payment and renewal e-mails do not seem to be effective either.

An excellenat experience!
Pros: Though we do not use this software in a typical way that others may it works perfect for the human service program I direct. It is flexible and powerful to meet our data needs and that is ahuge plus. The other best thing about this is the support staff are super responsive and kind. I love working with them and they are always willing to adapt and make changes to suit our needs. Can't say enough good about my expereince with them.
Cons: There are a lot of features and many we do not use. There isn't really a least for us because anytime we want something to work better or differently for us they are right there making it happen.

Pros: The reoccuring billing is fantastic! It is very easy to use and to navigate through as well! The integration was smooth and training was top notch!

We are a small Pistol & Rifle club that has 24 hour access and no employees, just a volunteer board. We previously had spreadsheets and a mass email program. We kept losing members. Now with this software we are not losing members at all. It's easy to use and the time to manage members is 1/4 of what we spent and income numbers are accurate. Multiple people are also able to manage the members so we can distribute the work load.
Pros: I love that I can manage the club from my house. We are so much more efficient in 1 piece of software than 3 or 4. Everything you need is available in an easy to use package.
Cons: A few things still seem obtuse to me. I'd love a manual or some videos on how the features work.

Pros: The scheduling system is easy and user friendly for individuals who may not be very technically savvy.
Cons: It is frustrating having to manually plug in every time slot that I am available to train clients. If I am working an entire day, it would be nice to be able to select all of the time I am working.

Pros: I use this software daily as a gym membership database. The customer support has been wonderful. The reports and upkeep of the program is noticeable and easy to use. The system has helped to manage renewals of annual memberships for around 5,000 plus users. They have helped me create reports tailored to what I need. Would recommend!
Cons: No cons at this time. I am happy with the customer support and the functions of the program.

Pros: MIS was the first software we integrated at our fitness facility, the process was easy to set up and we had fantastic customer service throughout the process and still to this day. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was there to assist me in all of my confusion and guide me through the entire system. I grew fond of the system it is definitely very easy to use.
Cons: To every software, there are pros and cons. This system is mainly for memberships; everything we needed for our members was there and worked perfectly, but since we are a personal training facility and there is not much specification or customization towards that, we have decided to part ways as we try to grow our training business. There is also not a lot of reports to see, I have been having to keep an airtable sheet with all the information and keep track of it like that. There is a report tab but it was limited towards the areas I wanted to see.

The ease of use for our staff allows me to spend less time training and correcting errors. The ability to schedule recurring emails saves me a lot of time as well. The customer services is second to none. Rep is always very prompt in responding if ever I have an issue and great about finding us solutions.
Pros: The best thing about MIS is that it's easy to learn and very uncomplicated to use. We used to use EZFacility, which was for more complicated and less user-friendly than MIS. We frequently found ourselves using fields and other features in convoluted, unintended ways just so we could keep track of everything we wanted to because there was no way to customize anything. MIS's custom questions feature allows us that flexibility. All of our employees have been able to master the system very quickly. We've had it for almost a year and staff still comments on how much easier MIS is than EZFacility.
Cons: Reports can still use some work. Sometimes the spreadsheet is unusable for us because of the way the data appears.

ease of customer management.
Pros: We have been using MIS since 2011 and can't fault how easy it is to use. We have an old school bodybuilding gym and have integrated it with our door controls! Computer crashed a few times and emailed customer service who responded lighting quick!
Cons: None the system is self explanatory. If only I could change the phone input to UK type and same goes for the currency.

I love this program because unlike many out there, there is no monthly fee. My tech Jerry was fantastic at troubleshooting my computer in order to download this program. I'm very happy that my computer was able to download this system flawlessly after Jerry worked on it. Overall, A++.

Can't brag enough about this software....one thing I really don't like is the idea of having to pay someone a monthly fee for a service...not for my own data. This software allows you track your members, your employees, your inventory, set up different membership packages. Additionally you know when a membership is about to expire, create a payroll....this is the complete package, incredibly intuitive and easy to use. AND the support - is awesome! Did I mention - cheap! definitely a great one time price!

We have been using your system for a couple of months right now and we are very satisfied. It´s ease to use, have a lot of great functions and is a great help in the daily operations. Elite Gym and Fitness is located in a very tourist intense loacation in Thailand and we have a lot of foot traffic and both short- and longterm members and your system makes it a lot easier to get a good overview of the business and our members. When we wanted to install a fingerprint reader your customer service helped us out a lot.

I like that this system was a one time payment and fairly easy to use but in the end it was the poor customer service that made us change products. I found it difficult to get information when I had questions, felt like I was treated like I was stupid when I did ask questions and lost money because of it. We purchased the card swip- but never figured out how to use it. Purchased the finger printer just to find out, after several iritating phone calls later, that we had to spend another $200 for the authorization to use it. That would have been helpful information when we purchased it. In the end, we just gave up and went with another comparny that gave us the support we need so we understand the system. I'm sure this system works great but after using it a year and a half without understanding it fully- we gave up.

As a super small boutique zumba fitness studio we needed something affordable and simple to use. This was the answer. Some tweaks could be made such as having the option to delete certain things or easier modification of items. All in All we appreciate this concept & will continue using it ;)
