Grim is the only word I can use to describe my experience. Had I been able to use the program before signing, I would not have signed on.
Pros: Rich in marketing data (but this is also due to them using a whitelabelled version of Go High Level).
Cons: Horrible onboarding experience. Layered fees that are not clearly disclosed on signing. Slow loading time and lack of intuitiveness of the software UI.

Recent communication and support has been great. Previously lacked interaction and support. Tickets were sometimes not answered sufficiently however this has become better
Pros: Accessibility easy to navigate ,support prompt overall platform works well. Personal support has been great
Cons: Core platform is very slow. Could have better training for grow platform even video tutorials on basic tracking

Overall I have had a great experience with Hapana - any issues are resolved in a timely manner and directed to the right person etc.
Pros: Very user frienly - especially the booking interface. The support team it also fantastic and always respond in a timely manner. Hannah, who is my main support is absolutely fantastic and answers any question I have!
Cons: At times the workflows and GROW can be overhelming - it is frustrating not being able to edit our own emails in the flow.

Pros: I loved having a dedicated account manager [sensitive content hidden], she was truly the only reason I continued with Hapana from the get go. She was prompt, respectful and always punctual for all our meetings, my requests and actioned tasks accordingly within appropriate timeframes. Sadly my circumstances changed and therefore the need for Hapana is no more, however If you're based in Victoria and happen to have [sensitive content hidden] for your account manager, you're in good hands!
Cons: I did not enjoy the generic support team, responses are slow and when you do get a response it's not what you want. Again this is where [sensitive content hidden] stepped in and resolved all of my issues/problems promptly and swiftly when no one else could

Very happy with the overall experience. From the support to the functionality of the system all very positive. The people there really made the difference.
Pros: Easy to learn and use the whole system. Account management was stellar! [sensitive content hidden] was always available and professional and [sensitive content hidden] was a huge help working on the background systems. Great overall experience.
Cons: I only wish they hosted/supported my website. But, they did offer a funnel system that connected to my website which was great for processing leads.

Hapana has been a good migration. There were some limitations, such as being able to run a milestone report for all attendees so we can celebrate member achievements and some limitations with our recovery lounge bookings, but the team has been great at taking on feedback and upgrading the system, Very excited for this upgrade with GoHighLevel!
Pros: The teams willingness to help during the migration phase. Always going above & beyond. The ease of the system to use was also great, quite user friendly.
Cons: There were a few limitations on the base package compared to the premium package we were on with Mindbody, but the team has been working hard on the latest updates to make it a premium product. Super excited for these new packages

Fantastic overall experience with Hapana. They have improved the communication side of things fromnoervious years
Pros: Quick response to inquiries. If having an issue. Questions were answered within a couple of hours and fixed right away
Cons: Hapana can be a little tricky to understand and get used to but once explained and had some practice it runs really well and easy to use

Pros: I love that [sensitive content hidden] has come in with her tonne of knowledge and is showing and helping us to use hapana better.
Cons: Lack of understanding and support, been with them for a while and it seemed like we were just left to sort this out on our own.

its been great. I work with their customer support team on a regular basis and the care and attentiveness they have is like none other in the space. If anything, they have built a team of leaders who respect and trust their customers needs.
Pros: The onboarding and migration process was great! Easy and quick with their teams. On top of that, the customer support mechanism they have in place has helped our businesses stay educated, supported and they actively work to take our needs into consideration when looking for their next improvements
Cons: Their all in one pricing can be difficult if you have other established vendors - but if you take advantage of their entire suite, the performance of their entire system is great

Pros: What I liked most about Hapana is the ease of use and accessibility—everything from scheduling to membership management is intuitive and streamlined, which saves us time every day. Having that level of support makes a huge difference.
Cons: There was a bit of a manual work at the very beginning as we migrated from a software we were with for over 10 years, but the training and support made the transition smooth and manageable.

Poor. Customer facing app is good but the back end is buggy and frustrating. Not suitable for our business needs however, they could be perfect for others. Just depends on what you need and whether you feel the price is justified against cheaper alternatives like ClubFit and GloFox etc. Shop around and do your homework.
Pros: They have a support team which is responsive but they need to be given the amount if issues we have with the system.
Cons: There are a range of issues with this software. It is functional in some aspects but the price they charge is not reflective of what should be expected for stable functionality. It's important as a business owner to understand the limitations and potential issues you can face with any CRM and they will lock you in for 2 years so it is an important commitment. After switching over to Hapana, we’re had excellent customer service. [sensitive content hidden] has been very responsive and helpful in assisting smooth day to day operations.
Pros: Incorporates multiple features for a thorough client management system.
Cons: Reporting needs some improvement. Some small features could be more user friendly.

Pros: Great software, very easy to use and integrate with other software. We currently have 4 studios using Hapana and our [sensitive content hidden] has been so helpful and informative! She's also very quick to respond and troubleshoot if we have any issues.
Cons: There have been a few unplanned outages recently. Would love to see some new features as well.

Unfortunately this is a must for our franchise but if it wasn't I wouldn't use it.
Pros: Nothing comes to mind. It's been incredibly difficult to have.
Cons: Support, communication, ability to adjust settings as an owner, extra work, migration issues, lost/incorrect membership billing and incorrect billing to franchise owners.

A complete disaster. If we didn't have to use if for the franchise then we would have ditched it yesterday. From massive billing issues to them not even able to get their own contracts with us correct it has been nothing but a nightmare and the "support" is a joke. We raise an issue and the reply we get doesn't fix or address anything and the buck is passed between them and our franchisor.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. It has been nothing but trouble and a waste of money since day 1
Cons: From migration to implementation it has been a farce. The system itself has absolutely no intuitiveness to it and creates so much extra work. The systems inside of the hapana framework don't talk to each other meaning if you want to find member information you are forced to jump between 2 systems to find the most basic of information. Price is excessive and includes no sms, email or even push notifications so you pay a premium and then pay for everything on top. The app is garbage, it is slow and has had nothing but issues from day one.

My experience since having Stephen look after our account has increased dramatically. Overall as a CRM I would rate Hapana a 6.5/10.
Pros: My FIVE stars go to the best Account Manager ive ever worked with [sensitive content hidden]. He is highly responsive and engaging, always solutions based in his communication. Takes the time to breakdown issues and reporting one on one.
Cons: Load time, Reporting faults, functions can be clunking (A-Z POS process).

Pros: Once I have an understanding on how to do certain things, it's easy enough.
Cons: The lag times we face and trying to understand why things don't work as they should.

I am very happy with Hapana - it is easy to navigate and the support I receive is fantastic.

Cons: Some teething issues with set up and inclusions, but this has been resolved.

Very easy to use. Customer service is next level. I would receive a response from support almost immediately whenever I needed!!
Pros: Easy to use, many great features like reports and scheduling that made booking classes and members easy. Simple and minimalist design.
Cons: Wish we could pull monthly attendance trends to see if members are attending fewer classes month to month so we can catch them before they've fallen off the wagon. I also found many reports were inaccurate.
