Have always had a good experience with FlowPath. It is a great tool to have to meet goals and continually improve your way of business.
Pros: Customer support is outstanding! They are always able to make time a listen to what we have to say and need help with.
Cons: Some features still need small fixes like not being able to see the full name of equipment when attempting to tag it.

I am just now learning to use the system. I have experience with other database systems and this is very comparable.
Pros: Ability to set up the system and dashboards for individual uses is a great option to have since we have many staff members that only need view certain information.
Cons: There seem to be many steps and or clicks to assign a work order. I am still learning the program so it may get easier to use in time.

Outstanding service and follow up. Solid value for the money. Would recommend this to any educational institution looking for a solid, easy to use and cost-effective solution.
Pros: Excellent program so far. Has all the features we need at an affordable price. Switchover from old program was easy with their support team. Lots of positive feedback from our staff and requesters on how easy it is to use.
Cons: So far nothing comes to mind. I'm a new user so will see how it goes over the longer term but so far so good.

Pros: FlowPath the product is professional looking and easy to use. The people behind FlowPath are so easy to work with. They listen, respond quickly and are willing to consider changes.
Cons: Some of the setup information is a little confusing - but they answered my questions quickly.

I have been using FlowPath for a few years now and I cannot say enough how much I have enjoyed working with the system and also the staff. Leadership within FlowPath has always been open and responsive to any concerns or suggestions that we have had and have done everything in their power to roll out updates upon request. Considering how young this company is compared to their competitors FP is on the rise to rival some of the best CMMS programs out there and are only getting better. They are constantly making improvements and rolling out updates that have been phenomenal and I am looking forward to see how fare they will go and the upcoming rollouts that will be HUGE in the industry.
Pros: There are so many things that I love about FlowPath but the biggest would probably boil down to the ease of use with this system, it is very user friendly. FP dashboard is fantastic for reporting and constantly being improved. Monitoring and communicating in work orders is very simple. On the Admin side, it is extremely easy to change information for users and make other changes. Customer service is second to NONE!
Cons: If I had to try and nitpick something I am not a fan of would probably the process to create automatic PM's for recurring service for vendor such as HVAC, Landscaping, Septic, etc.). I am not a huge fan of having to create a piece of equipment in order to create PM's but I believe this is also something they are working on streamlining.

Our experience has been good overall. Users seem to like it and we are learning more about it each day, making it easier to service our users.
Pros: Easy to navigate and manage tickets. The dashboards are a great tool to see where things stand "at-a-glance".
Cons: Unable to set response "templates" and not able to assign tickets without going into the ticket itself.

It has been easy to complete the work orders and follow the results.
Pros: It is easy to fill out and submit work orders. Also, the log of work orders to review at any time.
Cons: no comments to submit as there is nothing disliked.

overall my experience went very well with the exception of adding several people to one work order causes confusion

Cons: there is no app to download to phone to use although you can go from another work order this is time consuming

it has been a crazy roller costar of ups and downs, but we have come to a nice middle and seem to be working great on it.
Pros: easy to navigate the system I like the categories makes it easy to find work orders.
Cons: having to input all our equipment but was needed so we can utilize Flow path to its full potential

My overall experience with FlowPath has been good. It's easy to understand and create my workorders.
Pros: FlowPath is an easy-to-use application for my workorders. The communication back and forth is a great way to keep in touch with the progress.
Cons: It's not always clear who the vendor is that will be taking care of the project.

Easy to get started but found the path not very intuitive.
Pros: Simple and brief. Videos are concise and clear.
Cons: Some of the video links didn't work when I clicked on them. That left me wondering what my next step was supposed to be.

Much easier to track and use than our previous system. Easy to see requests and getting an email when requests are completed is very helpful.
Pros: Easy to use and track requests. The dashboard is easy to use.

Fantastic, The program runs great the staff/ customer support is amazing and I haven't had a complaints from any users since we have implemented the program.
Pros: FlowPath hits all the needs our facility has. Its not to big and overwhelming. The customer support is first class.
Cons: I have nothing that I dislike other than having to write more in this box to fulfill the ability to move to the next page.

It is easy to use, love all the features it provides
Pros: FlowPath is easy to use, at our facility we use it to track all needs. I love how it is very effective and sends an email back knowing I got it submitted

Overall, great program! Features on the admin side could be enhanced. As an admin user, I should be able to overwrite names of vendors. There should be a way to sync vendor info in COUPA and link it in the background. This way as an admin for my company, I can have the client-facing information show what I want my teams to see.
Pros: FlowPath is really user friendly from an end-user POV.
Cons: There are some admin features I would change regarding how PM's schedules are created and completed. Reporting needs to be more user friendly.
