Overall, Mai CMMS changed us from always fixing after break down to proper planned maintenance. Preventive scheduling, mobile work orders and QR code all work good together. We have less breakdowns, lower repair costs and much better control on our fleet.
Pros: What I like most is how it manage real fleet maintenance. The parts inventory is very good — we get automatic alerts when stock is low and we can see what parts already reserved for jobs. This help us avoid expensive emergency buying and trucks waiting for parts. For small business like mine, this save quite lot of money.
Cons: no real complaints so far, its more geared towards maintenance operations and realtime team management but it does what we need it to do

My experience has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and easy to adapt to our workflows. It has improved visibility into our maintenance operations, saved time through automation and AI insights, and helped our team work more effectively.
Pros: The dashboard gives us an instant view of plant status and can be customized to our needs. The map view makes it easy to locate assets quickly and plan their use more efficiently, while AI insights save time and remove the need for meaningless reports.
