The team at IM3 is a pleasure to work with, any issues we had during integration were taken seriously. Even though we are only a year and a half in I’m already seeing the benefits of having this system implemented.
Pros: Item tracking functionality. The ability to track by specific job numbers and purchase orders. Ease of use of receiving and put away systems + mobile access.
Cons: Put back of inventory from work order can be clunky if there are a lot of items on the work order; Returns for closed jobs to go into general inventory is a struggle if there are many different types of items that were specific to the job.

Pros: Application is robust managing Inventory levels, locations, barcodes, multi-facility operations, purchase orders, receiving and warehouse processes, along with offering Work Order Management, Maintenance Management, and Asset tracking tools.
Cons: I like the inventory tracking - but wish you would add multiple items to a price list for a customer at once - I know you can when you create the first price list...but not when adding additional items.

This helps keep track of units and their whereabouts in the logistic chain. Great program! I see this being a valuable tool in the future.
Pros: The system makes shipping an receiving information more seamless to access across warehouses, and provides updates on things in transit.
Cons: Some features like inventory disposal and reverse receiving are still needing work. Being able to access editing serial numbers and item numbers could be integrated too.

It's made a real difference. Since we started using this service, our order picking has become more accurate and consistent, and our overall inventory accuracy has improved as well. Their tools have helped us run things more efficiently day to day as we continue to explore what other features IM3 has to offer that may be of use to us.
Pros: One thing we really appreciate is their customer service it's fast, reliable, and always helpful when we need support. Along with the accuracy increase we have seen from both our team members picking orders but also with our general inventory as well.
Cons: There was a long process to integrate properly from our website and ordering processes to the IM3 platform. After many weeks of testing and research we were able to find the issues to help make the system as accurate as possible.

Pros: Digital Paperless format of warehouse processes (everything assets), like the ability to see my workforce both warehouse team and delivery team in one centralized dashboard
Cons: Uploading Data, some of the screens are complex to set up new bins (but I understand this might be an option on the scanner),

Overall, iM3 meets our operational needs and provides valuable business information for company plans and decisions. The iM3 team has become a trusted and responsible partner to help our company move forward with its business objectives.
Pros: •Robust system with functionality and features to meet our business needs for operations, service, and accounting •The iM3 team has been extremely collaborative, responsive, and flexible to develop innovative solutions within the product and handle special requests specific to our business •We met our business goals in implementing iM3 within the first 6 months.
Cons: Because of its full functionality, it takes an investment of time—and diligence—to become effective

Overall IM3 is a great platform to get all details needed to run business and keep track of everything.
Pros: I like that I can do WO and PO from one platform. Very user friendly.
Cons: What I like least is having to toggle back and forth between facilities, though overall it’s not a major concern.

Excellent customer service. Again, the iM3 team is wiling to make improvements in software efficiencies as needed/available.
Pros: Excellent customer service. The Team is eager to listen to concerns and make improvements when available.
Cons: Ability to change software to best suit our business needs.

Pros: Team is very helpful and provide assistance as required! Able to be flexible to fit my company's unique needs in shipping to automotive OEMs.
Cons: Contains fields we do not need. Would be great to create a shipping schedule by hour!
Amrit A. · Strategy and Operations · Automotive · February 18, 2025
Pros: I love how IM3 has a strong point for inventory management. IM3 is also very versatile and user friendly!
Cons: In just a month's time, our company has no negative feedback to give IM3.

We did not have one source of truth or a centralized system for our processes. We are a 3PL and struggled to manage/organize inbound orders from our customers as well as outbound orders. We needed a solution that would help us quickly upload inventory and incorporate barcode scanning and give our customers the ability to view our activity on demand.
Pros: Rich in functionality. Our processes were very unique and the team did a comprehensive and diligent job to understand our needs. Our key processes include Product Kitting, Product Receiving, Reporting, Billing and Mobility features are very simple and easy to use.
Cons: When first learning/adopting the system there is a lot to learn during training. Sometimes there is a lot of steps to perform, but with videos and documentation the support team has been able to provide - repetition is the name of the game.
Norlan T. · COO · Warehousing · August 7, 2023
Pros: It eliminates rework which is a huge bonus for us. It gives us a clear "at a glance" view of the status of all our work orders. Once you have an understanding of the screens, it is easy to navigate but it takes a while to understand what you can and cannot do on each screen. The system provides an easy way to keep track of our inventory. Able to transfer inventory from the main warehouse over to our service trucks which is nice. Our mobile technicians are also able to process and invoice at the time of the repair if needed and I am able to log in from home and work if possible or assist someone that may need help. I like how the inventory part cores can be linked to the parts so they are not missed on a work order.
Cons: Was hoping for better integration with Sage Desktop, however, it was only available with Sage's online platform, so the accounting process is a bit manual for us today. They did reach out to Sage a few times but Sage did not support complete G/L mapping. Being able to edit work orders in the current status you're in would be nice, we have to edit in specific statuses.

5 out of 5 rating hands down - it's not even close when we compare functionality with other solutions we have researched and watched demos with!! The IM3 team has been personal and patient with the understanding of our needs. The features and functionality of the software are excellent for all users regardless of skill base. All goals have been met through IM3 SCM implementation. My team is thrilled to be utilizing the system for managing our day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment
Pros: Integration with our IT department has been easy and the features are user-friendly, but at the same time advanced for record keeping and spending tracking. I like the software because day-to-day interaction becomes a one-stop shop through the program. Effective. Clean. Great UI. Easy to use.
Cons: I can not find any features that were not met through the software.
Ezra S. · Utility Foreman/Warehouse Manager · Government Administration · August 18, 2022
Pros: The organization of the software is exceptional, the system is very easy to use and learn most importantly, all of the modules connect with one another. The mobile apps on both the warehouse management side as well as the asset management side seamlessly connect to the web interface in real-time. I also love the transaction log and flexibility of the system. A lot of ERPs have 10-12 steps to accomplish one simple transaction such as a reverse receive, which iM3 can do in one click.
Cons: Currently, the system is lacking the ability to create custom fields, but the support team is actually going to be launching that feature and it is present in the sandbox environment.
Matthew B. · Parts Operations Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · June 30, 2022
We now have a better handle and tracking of all customer orders (b2b/b2c). We have reduced all of the manual and repetitive entries we were making. The iM3 SCM system has helped us improve our day-to-day speed, efficiency, and productivity. We love working with their customer support team, truly exceptional. They are available and responsive when required, and also reach out to our team members to make sure that the application is working to its full capability and also offer additional training in the form of videos, documents, and other resources.
Pros: I love the iM3 SCM system and its ability to consolidate my customer orders in its robust order fulfillment module. Once the orders come into iM3 from different marketplaces, I can then have my warehouse and distribution team start to fulfill these customer demands and requirements in order to pick, pack and ship. The iM3 team is very flexible and knowledgeable to suggest the best process flows and methodology - they are at the forefront of technology and are extremely responsive. We started with a simple warehouse management program, which has now incorporated Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), bringing even more efficiency to my operations. We are now in the process of automating my manufacturing facility and I love that I can manage all of the critical processes all in one system, or as a I grow my operations, the system is fully capable of supporting it.
Cons: I am a person with lots of ideas, and I love that the team takes my feedback and suggestions very seriously. Everything that I've wanted to incorporate in the system already existed, there were certain things like improving terminology/error messages, which when pointed out were resolved.
Osman M. · Co-Founder and Vice President · Cosmetics · July 26, 2021
We now have the ability to have visibility into our service shop in terms of workload, schedule, see what's coming in, what's being worked on, what's completed, we can invoice our customers faster, the integration to accounting is seamless between iM3 and Quickbooks Online, and I'm confident about my Inventory Valuation for the first time in years.
Pros: Work Order Management, Mobile App - being able to scan QR codes and view Asset History. Scan materials and parts right to the work order, creating customer invoices, quotes, there's so much you can do, if you take the time to learn.
Cons: Just like with anything, you must be willing and open to change. There is a learning curve, which can be labor-intensive at first. There are a lot of steps you have to remember, but then once you figure it out, the team has done a great job to speed up certain processes with the help of copy transaction features, templates, quick transaction creation, and other shortcuts.
Robert Y. · General Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · July 12, 2021
Very pleased with IM3 overall, Great product and excellent customer service to help us through any problems and customize features for our company.
Pros: IM3 is great for our company's Needs. The team at IM3 is extremely innovative and always coming up with new features that we didn't know we needed until we used them. Great inventory software, Dashboards, Mobile access, Reports ect..
Cons: Takes time to learn how to use the full features available and get everything setup correctly.
Zack B. · Sales · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · June 18, 2021
It's been fine
Pros: The software is easy to navigate. Easy searchable items. Easy to learn. Overall, easy and simple to use
Cons: The system seems to freeze often, gives errors and takes a while to approve things
Danielle -. · Accounts Payable/Receivable · Construction · June 17, 2021
Pros: Works with QB. More updated than our previous system.
Cons: Somethings take many steps and could be simplified. Takes a while to train and understand all the steps and how the system works. Adding and taking away "roles or permissions" for users is confusing.
Kimberly S. · Commercial Billing · Construction · June 17, 2021
Pros: It's integration with quickbooks.
Cons: Tracking Inventory. Needs ability to do a cost of goods accrual or some easy way to see what has been received into inventory compared to what has gone through vendor bill
Jason R. · Controller · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · October 29, 2020
If feels like you are always "Putting up with" the program. For the large and ongoing financial investment we have with this program vs. our last program, we feel like there is definitely diminishing return on our investment. We aren't getting the improvement we paid for.
Pros: Cloud based and mobile integration. We are able to access this program from anywhere which affords us a lot of flexibility.
Cons: $8b
Bill U. · Operations Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · October 29, 2020
Pros: inventory management section if used correctly will help you.
Cons: it can be difficult to get implemented to a group of users from older software
MARK S. · president · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · October 29, 2020
I work on the parts side of it and we were able to do away with all of our notebooks (5-6) that we'd have to keep track of what part goes where when it comes in because our old software was not accurate and had some issues with that particular information.
Pros: It allowed us to keep better track of parts we owed to our other locations (service trucks), customers (back ordered parts), parts specifically for jobs or over the counter parts sales. For those that are not good with computers, they can still use it for what they need it for while others can use it more in depth as well!
Cons: Updates - like anything, the software is constantly improving (which is great), but when an update is done, sometimes little things get lost in the shuffle.
Brian D. · Parts Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · October 20, 2020
Overall experience is okay, again it could be better. SRTs need to be updated, tasks need to stop duplicating. Clock in system needs to change.
Pros: I like being able to add employees to different jobs, as well as add tasks to different jobs. Also there is the ability to delete invoices fast if there is an error.
Cons: the SRTs needs to be updated. The inconsistency of being able to use all of the features hurts the software. There are times where tasks are duplicated automatically, there are times were glitches occur in the system when back order parts that are not back ordered can keep you from closing out an invoice. There is also the issue if a model year is added than the equipment code is not added. The overall speed of the application can be delayed at times.
Charron E. · CUSTOMER SERVICE REP · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · October 20, 2020
Pros: Good communication from development related to upcoming features. Easy to pull data and dump. We are still learning as we have not been in the system very long.
Cons: Setting User restrictions is a bit cumbersome.
