Pros: During the free trial period you have all the bells and whistles and is a great product but if your not willing to go with the $300 a month plan your fighting an tough uphill battle. The Starter plan you could barely teach a checkers class. The Pro Trainer is a little better but not much. The AI help at anything below Learning Center is a farce and deceptive at any level below Learning Center. You can use the free Notebooklm to Create your own questions at the Pro Level because the AI uses the internet for questions and not your content like it does at the Learning Center level.

Pros: The UX and UI are much better than the competitors. Some feel very dated and on LearnWorlds the platform is very nice and modern looking. Also many options are available such as the mobile app to truly white label

Cons: The cost for sure! The tool especially the Learning Centre option is very expensive and I have not seen many discounts. Not ideal for starters despite the good support if you ate price sensitive

Pros: This was a very easy and intuitive platform to use for beginners! The exisiting templates for creating the website made it easy to create landing pages from scratch. Building the actual courses themselves were easy as well with lots of different options for engagement. My Learner Center plan came with partnership with a CSM who was incredibly helpful during the onboarding process.

Cons: I found it a little challenging to navigate to the user view side while making updates. I was frequently opening new Incognito windows to check, it would be nice if there was a smoother toggle to switch to user view.

Pros: the tool is very interactive with videos and quizzes

Cons: feel overwhelmed for the first time for new user

Pros: I love the commercial-ready platform, the resources, and the super-fast tech support with solutions! The platform is intuitive, easy-to-use, and they have outstanding webinars and articles.

Cons: I can not think of anything! Of the four LMS platforms I've used, they are the best (and last)! Great job, Learnworlds!

Pros: The interface is clean and it was easy to get started with uploading courses on learn worlds and they have added some AI features which makes the platform faster.

Cons: The landing pages and websites you can build for your course pages are not as inviting as the ones you find in podia

Pros: LearnWorlds is a full LMS that provides all the tools to build great educational training and marketing products. I've been lecturer and content creator for top US universities, using platforms such as eLearning and Canvas and I have to say, with LearnWorlds you can do a lot more without the huge price tag. I am still on the learning curve but so far, the platform has exceeded my expectations. The help center is fantastic; very short reply time, the onboarding sessions helped us to launch our academy in no time. So far, choosing LearnWorlds has been the best decision for our project!

Cons: I don't see cinches in the armor; we need to spend time learning to do specific things, using the LW Academy and the Help Center. If over time, there are more short "how-to" descriptions we can find using the "Ask for Help" bot, it could save us some time implementing some solutions.

Pros: LearnWorlds is a cost-effective LMS that helped us to get our academy up and running! I appreciate innovative features like interactive links on videos, the ability to upload and host directly on the platform, and advanced page and design customization. I don't quite seem to find these features with other LMS platforms, and if they have it, it comes at an upcharge.

Cons: I feel the system can be clunky at times; there's a lot of clicks to get to the right section. Creating and designing webpages and ebooks can also be tedious with their builder. And a big pitfall for our team has been the inability to define completion, meaning we decide which activities count towards completion, instead of all items having to be clicked on in order to count as completed.

Pros: Great diversity of features and the automatic transcription tool is helpful.

Cons: There is a steep learning curve to figure out the dashboard.

Pros: I searched for months to find a platform that would support my online school, and LearnWorlds ticks far more boxes than anything else on the market.

Cons: My school is quite niche, so not surprisingly, LearnWorlds can’t do everything on my wish list, but they’re always adding improvements, so hopefully it will soon!

Pros: LearnWorlds rolls website design, marketing, LMS and eCommerce tools into one cohesive and fully integrated package. Come the time to scale my operation, integration with other SAAS tools looks like it will be easy. Unlimited courses, and unlimited end-users makes it easy for me to grow my operation without constraint.

Cons: That step up in the pricing plan from Pro Trainer to Learning Center is quite painful. Being able to add instructors 5 + n would be make it easier in the early days of adoption.

Pros: The amount of customization in terms of content, functions, and settings we are able to work with in order for the settings and experience to be optimal for our needs. It also includes many features that we have not used before, but can be of added value for us once we explore them further. Finally, the email support has been phenomenal - while we do try to solve much on our own with the help of the online resources (which are great), when we do get stuck the responses have been really fast.

Cons: We'd like to automate more kinds of automated emails under the 'course progress' category, triggered based on course expiration date. Our learners need reminders of the time they have left to finish the course e.g. "You haven't finished the second module yet, and you only have 2 months left until your course expires." Or just standard reminders "Don't forget your course expires in X months." We could also use a better view of course learner progress in a course, in % completion. For now we use the course activity matrix, but need to check row by row. Ideal with a % along the right, for instance.

Pros: easy to use, best support team ever, always available and quick to help you!

Cons: sometimes it lacks certain features, like trying to add a monthly calendar!

Pros: LearnWorlds offers a turnkey platform that’s relatively intuitive. It does require some time to get familiar with the tool and read through the resources to use it effectively, but it’s an excellent solution for entrepreneurs launching a project that truly matters to them.

Cons: Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. I always find a way—either by doing some research or by reaching out to the incredibly responsive LearnWorlds team.

Pros: The support is unmatched. I had no previous experience in developing an LMS and they offered endless tutorial videos, call support and articles. The platform is intuitive and easy to set up.

Cons: The interactive video feature is only offered with certain packages.

Pros: Good support team, lots of tutorials, easy to use once you understand it

Cons: Wished there were more designs, but there are a lot already.

Pros: LearnWorlds is far more intelligently designed than other peer applications. The platform evolves quickly and their customer service has been spectacularly quick and thorough so there is not a lot of back and forth.

Cons: There are a couple of features missing that I wish were there, like the ability for the application to recognize when a login is being shared from separate devices. The lack of this feature allows a single subscriber to share their login and that means less revenues for the school.

Pros: Creating the LMS was very easy and having a CSM to help through the process was game changer.

Cons: There are some features that I would love to have, but it's like any product that will get better over time.

Pros: Intuitive platform, but best thing was that we got onboarded with support from 'a real human'. .

Cons: Lots of options and too little time to explore...

Pros: LearnWorlds' customisation is brilliant. Anything you can think of, you can create with no coding needed and minimal tweaking. The support team are incredibly responsive and helpful as well.

Cons: The community setup is odd. Having the newest reply to a comment at the top is not a user experience that I am used to, nor one which our users enjoy.

Pros: The platform is fantastic. It is easy to design and publish any course. My customers found it very intuitive and helpful. Our business has developed great opportunities since we used learnworld as a platform.

Cons: I think building social/learning communities in the platform is not so efficient. Or, at least we do not know how to make more appealing our platform to engaging customers to build a real learning community.

Pros: LearnWorlds is a solid platform for creating and selling online courses. It offers a good range of features for structuring content, adding downloadable files, and customising pages. The interface is relatively easy to navigate, and I appreciate the ability to integrate different tools. The support team is responsive and helpful, which is always a plus when running an online business.

Cons: Many things I wanted to do were simply not possible within LearnWorlds' built-in settings. I often had to find workarounds, which doubled my time and effort for even basic customisations. While I appreciate the help I received from support, I hope my feedback will be taken into account so that these limitations can be improved in the future. More flexibility and customisation options would make LearnWorlds a much stronger platform.
