Overall great. I've been part of the membership for 3 years, and always find it easier to navigate than other membership's platforms. Impressive!!
Pros: Amazing platform for hosting a course community. I've been on the student side only. Intuitive to navigate and looks like a very powerful program. There are multiple layers within the membership I'm part of, and I find them all clear to understand and interact with. Payment notifications have been clear and upfront. Events easy to add to my calendar.
Cons: I just wish that upon rsvp'ing to attend an event, that it could be AUTOMATICALLY added to my calendar. I have to remember to select the add, and sometimes I forget.

At this point, negative. I do not understand why they cannot afford more grace and understanding to a customer of many years. Our organization is very low on revenue right now (these are hard times all around!) and Mighty Networks refuses to refund the $275 charge that just hit our account for an annual subscription that we will not use.
Pros: It was the only platform of its kind several years ago, and allowed us to move our participant online forum off of FB groups and into something more private. It is also a pretty cheap option.
Cons: The platform is cluttered and difficult to use. I also just had an experience with customer support that was very disappointing. After using Mighty Networks for several years, this past year we moved to circle.so and (apparently) forgot to cancel our MN subscription. The annual fee hit just a few days ago ... but reaching out to support (email only) there is ZERO flexibility or understanding. They refuse to offer any grace, and we are stuck with an annual fee for a product we are no longer using. I find this to be frustrating, and just bad business.

Overall, its an application that I would suggest to someone looking to build community and grow their own network without using some of the major social media platforms.
Pros: The Ease of use with this application is great. I was able to build an online community quite easily.
Cons: Some features were a little comfusing and took longer to understand but once I learned those features, it was a breeze to implement.

Mighty Networks was an excellent find. I looked at other solutions (demos, trials) and once I started a trial of Mighty Networks, I knew I had found the right solution for my company. For the feature set, it has a great price point.
Pros: I found Mighty Networks to have a great balance of ease of use with more advanced features. The aesthetics (UI, fonts) are excellent and really standout. I was able to build a community portal with my own brand colors quickly and easily. I like the ability to easily create different types of collections (lessons, content, chat, etc.).
Cons: So far, I have not found any features that I would mark as a con.

Initially it was great. Now, it serves more like an upgraded blog for all of my previous content.
Pros: In the beginning, Mighty Networks was GREAT for building a "Facebook" like community and more. The set up allowed more people to be engaged in general content and to participate with one another.
Cons: They changed their structure, making members and content specific to rooms or spaces and that instantly limited my overall, general engagement and the ability market and encourage users to move into paid spaces.

A wonderful application and contains many features that I loved and recommend to everyone to use it.
Pros: Management and access to everything is very easy, and more than one operation is accomplished in a short time
Cons: There are a lot of advantages and nothing happened that bothered me or was negative

I am happy to have this app to connect with people in my community. It is nice to have a group solely focused on the subject at hand. Mighty Networks allows information to be shared between community members.
Pros: I like that it is a way to connect with people in a group I am in. People can post and share ideas as well as comment. It is relatively easy to see what has been posted and to follow the discussion.
Cons: I don't find the interface to be the most easy to use. I was in another group on another app and it seemed easier to navigate than this. However, it is easy enough to use. I just don't find myself using it as much as I used the other app when I was in the other group.

Mighty Networks offers resources that support my growth as a business owner to thrive in this ever-changing world. I sought MN out because I wanted an alternative to FB, and I'm so grateful I did. I received far more than another option - I discovered a new way of showing up and growing my business, serving my clients and members - and, most importantly, making it fun! Mighty inspires me to up-level my business and think differently about how a community can support my business.
Pros: Mighty Networks is amazing! Not only do I like the cultural software, but the support of the whole MN team and their standout guides is better than anything else out there. Adding spaces has been a game changer for the organization of my community. And I really like the other hosts who are on MN. Hands down it's the best out there.
Cons: Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate through the new tech, but they have incredible host support that whenever I've had a problem, it's been resolved and that is the most important thing.

Pros: The simplicity of the software, Also in designing meaningful digital communities.
Cons: Sometimes intuitive to navigate making it hard to find what you need.

Great software that they're always making improvements on. The team is very communicative and open to feedback. I really appreciate that.
Pros: MN puts together all the great elements of a community: a feed, courses, events, you name it!
Cons: The plans are messy but I believe they are in the process of redoing them. RIght now they are clunky to edit and consolidate.

It’s been tremendous and I recommend it to anyone looking to build community on a platform. It has exceeded my expectations at every turn.
Pros: I love the mobile-first design of the platform and the functionality through the app. Additionally, it’s the best way I’ve found to organize and interact with my content. This is a big deal when you create as much as I do. What really takes it over the edge is the amount of resources Mighty offers you to really make your platform sing.
Cons: It can occasionally be confusing to remember where to go on the site to edit some of the settings. The support is very prompt though, and there are lots of ways to search for answers.

I wish Mighty Networks was around and that I discovered it earlier. Moving away from big social media and being able to create my communities has been a game changer for my work. Community is a superpower, and Mighty provides powerful tools to unite and engage my members.
Pros: Mighty Networks gives me autonomy and the ability to curate a community outside algorithmically driven social media spaces like Facebook groups. With Mighty, I've grown and supported a community of members with similar goals and values. We're having a real-world impact while supporting each other. As an educator, Mighty's course-building tools have enabled me to create engaging hands-on lessons that reach more people.
Cons: I love that Mighty integrates with Stripe, but sometimes setting up and making plans feels a little clunky - especially if you want to change the plans afterwards. That said, this has gotten much better over the almost two years since I've been using Mighty.

Mighty Networks can be a fantastic tool for setting up and managing your online community, but it might not be the greatest option for communities that are very large or for those seeking more sophisticated metrics and integrations.
Pros: It's easy to get startedSetting up a new community is pretty straightforward. You can make it look like your ownYou can customize the design of your community to match your brand. It helps people connectMighty Networks has features that encourage engagement and interaction among community members. You can make moneyYou can charge people to join your community or sell products and courses.
Cons: It's not built for huge communitiesIf you're expecting to have a massive community, this might not be the best fit.Analytics are basicYou won't get super detailed analytics and data.Limited integrationsYou may not find as many integrations with other tools as some other options.
Redley P. · Network Engineer / Student / Freelancer · Computer Networking · January 15, 2023

Mighty Networks is a great community network tool, that when leveraged the right way can be incredibly impactful for people wishing to learn in community.
Pros: What I love about Mighty Networks is that it connects me to fellow communities, without the distractions of social media. I don't participate in Facebook groups often, and it's always frustrating when it is used as a classroom component. Mighty Networks is a great alternative for folks that wish to create a much more focused and intentional experience for their communities.
Cons: I wish that private group messaging was easier to manage and edit. At the moment it isn't possible to simply add another person to an existing group message. Instead I need to restart the thread hoping that I won't need to add another person. As a user this is frustrating, and as someone trying to bring people together in a discussion it can feel too clunky and messy.

Pros: I used to use Facebook groups to manage my groups and host my courses separately, but MN allows me to manage my members and give them access to my content/courses. This has been a game changer for me as I have my content and membership in one location. MN is easy to navigate, the team are also fantastic always adding value on how to use the software. The customer service is also outstanding and responds quickly.
Cons: I think the learning curve, especially for my members from Facebook who are not tech savvy. It has taken them a while to get used to the MN and some of them have left, however, I am in the progress of signing up new members as they seem to adapt faster to the software.

Overall, I've used MN for a company that had a small following and it's been a wonderful place for community to thrive and folks are still poking around at all the resources that are available! However, I did also start one for my personal coaching business and without a following it's been tricky to funnel folks in even using the tactics they tell you.
Pros: I have been project manager getting our community site up and running AND I've started a MN for my own company. I do appreciate how supportive the resources and livestreams MN creates are for folks getting started. There's a robust amount of customization and they add new features regularly based on feedback. I've dreamed up multiple ways to use their 'course' feature (resources, course, ambassador resources, table of contents, session notes) -- and MN allows you the customizing ability to change language around how their courses are labeled within.
Cons: MN is limiting in it's features for plans. There have been a few times I've had an idea for how I'd like to accomplish, price and sell a plan, but am unable to do so based on their configuration. Also, I don't think it's intuitive for community members to navigate (and I'm tech savvy). You could see this in your free trial, but it does take a while to get the hang of all the different 'containers' and how to get back to the main feed from those containers + customizing all the settings for different groups (great feature, just a lot to customize).

It has been good so far, I really recommend it
Pros: I love being able to engage with teams and form different chat groups as we are working with cross functional teams
Cons: Some of the members could not navigate the platform with ease to locate project documents and resources
Emelda D. · Product Manager Intern · Information Technology and Services · September 12, 2022
It has been great, I truly recommend it.
Pros: What I like the most in Might Networks is the flexibility of creating anything you need. The software is very customizable and easy to use.
Cons: I had some issues with deleting information that I did not need anymore.
Isabel M. · Business developer · Internet · July 1, 2022
Pros: It is a great tool to develop networking with your colleagues!
Cons: I wish I can set up a group better. They have limited options for setting up groups.
Stephanie Z. · Content Creator · E-Learning · June 7, 2022
Pros: community members experience a fairly simple learning curve
Cons: Lacking in accessibility features for vision impaired people. Does not play well with popular programs for vision impaired people.
Anonymous User · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 19, 2022
Overall this platform has potential, but there were too many issues, too many downsides, and too many complaints from my customers to keep it. I'm now testing out other platforms that have courses and community integrated and will see how it all goes.
Pros: - community directly linked to the courses - one off courses as well as membership tiers available - events and links to Zoom - mobile app
Cons: - video and audio playback is buggy - community chat is also buggy and doesn't always update and requires a manual refresh - users said the Ux Interface was hard to navigate and they couldn't always find what they were looking for. - they ALSO charge a transaction fee on top of the monthly subscription fee for the platform
