Mi experiencia con Factorial ha sido buena, realmente lo he usado poco tiempo porque soy nueva en la empresa.
Pros: He encontrado bastante facilidad de uso para fichar y hacer todos los cursos de onboarding previstos
Cons: Me ha ocurrido que a veces hay que marcar las tareas varias veces como finalizadas para que dejen de figurar como pendientes

We had an overall great experience with factorial, it just did not work for our hospital and its needs. We have emergency differential which we could not make work with their clock in/clock out system.
Pros: Our team loved that there were a lot of customizations as far as separating different types of time off as well as being able to clock in and out directly from the phone. It was super user friendly for our entire team and the Factorial team worked with us quite a bit.
Cons: We unfortunately had some issues as Factorial could not set up our pay differentials into their time clock appropriately.

The support is very disjointed, platform has many bugs and issues which support cannot help you with and your named account managers do not communicate or are seemingly there to manage and help.
Pros: Onboarding was excellent and thorough. We were made to feel valued and our issues and questions were dealt with promptly.
Cons: The support and account management post onboarding is very poor. There is a real lack of ease in getting your issues raised and updated on, you need to login to Jira yourself to raise an issue...even though you are using live chat to talk to agents.

I don’t have any complaints about Factorial. My experience has been pretty good and I really appreciate it since I use it daily.
Pros: It’s a very practical tool for daily use. It took only one click to register your shift. You can request and track all your days off easily. It’s really intuitive and easy to use.
Cons: It works pretty well. It’s very rare for the website to be down and if that happens, it usually doesn’t last long.

overall Factorial is an amazing tool and has made my business operation super easy and efficient....
Pros: I loved the features, It offers great team collaboration and banking and managing my money is super easy
Cons: I did not like the start up cost , but it is a great value for money. I just think it could be a bit cheaper for startups

Bastante mala, en general es una empresa poco seria, creo que la fama se les ha subido a la cabeza a los [contenido sensible oculto] y como no consiguen lograr los objetivos de rentabilidad que vendieron a los fondos... se van a cargar su producto.
Pros: Plataforma fácil de usar aunque muchos errores de frontend, se ve que la tecnología que usan es un poco límitada
Cons: Cambios constantes de condiciones contractuales, no cumplen los acuerdos firmados y además te notifican cambios contractuales por email...

I’ve been a Factorial customer for years. Recently, my subscription price doubled without any prior notice or consent. I reached out multiple times (Oct 10, 11, 14) to clarify the issue before renewal — no one replied. Only after escalating and threatening legal action did [sensitive content hidden] , an account manager, respond briefly to say my “discount expired.” No acknowledgment of the missing notice or consent, and no resolution since. Under German law, unilateral price increases without explicit consent or direct notice are generally not valid. Yet Factorial has ignored my messages while continuing to charge the higher amount. Extremely disappointing experience from a company that promotes itself as people-first.
Pros: It used to be cheap and good value for Money. But the quality of support overshadows the positives...
Cons: Support is horrible, particularly [sensitive content hidden] from German team which continued to ignore request besides illegal actions by factorial.

Un disastro. Davvero una delle peggiori esperienze con un software che ho mai avuto nel 2025. Sembrava di interagire con aziende pre internet: clausole che non ho personalmente mai visto in un software B2B. Leggete i loro termini e condizioni! Un consiglio da chi lo ha usato, non è così utile e sarà solo una rogna andarvene. Cercare un consulente del lavoro e chiedete a lui se ha un software. Almeno è tutto li, accentrato.
Pros: Inizialmente avevo scelto Factorial perchè ricordavo avesse buone recensioni. Dopo 1 primo anno di utilizzo per testare, abbiamo capito che era una machcina per aumentare il costo ogni anno senza aggiungere alcuna funzionalità davvero utile per noi.

Al principio fue muy bien pero al paso del tiempo mal, ya que una vez te han captado como cliente, te cambian las "reglas de juego, una vez iniciado el partido". Vigilad con las cláusulas en los contratos en las cuales pueden cambiar las condiciones y dejar de incluirte un módulo en tu plan actual y que pase a ser de pago. Ya me lo han hecho dos veces, no es casualidad ni error.
Pros: La herramienta en sí funciona bien aunque hay que estar constantemente en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente porque van tocando funcionalidades desde el quipo de Desarrollo, y van apareciendo bugs de un día a otro.
Cons: El servicio de atención al cliente es nefasto. Lo más negativo que diría yo es el precio que es muy elevado y que tienden a cambiar las condiciones contractuales de vez en cuando, subiendo el precio de los módulos y dejándote un margen de maniobra inexistente, por lo que fuerzan a aceptar las condiciones.

Pros: I always thought it was a fantastic all in one HR platform. It´s easy to use even if they have many tools, modules, etc.
Cons: EVERYTHING goes as long as it increases the MRR of your already captive accounts, knowing that since implementation takes time, it’s not easy for clients to just leave, so you squeeze them, increasing prices and deprecating modules from their CORE solution.

Pros: veloce, snello di facile utilizzo, tutte le informazioni e documentazione in stato reale, facile richiedere permessi/ferie, situazione in tempo reale di ferie/permessi goduti, residui ed effettuati, tutti i documenti fiscali a disposizione senza dover avere copie cartacee introvabili ed ingombranti nel tempo, recupero facilmente di informazioni circa il proprio stato retributivo, la qualifica ed il livello
Cons: il fatto che si possa timbrare anche da "casa" nel caso di un impiegato, senza la geolocalizzazione (direttamente da internet) e quindi non essere presente al lavoro, ma venire egualmente conteggiate le ore. Altro punto è che trovo inceppato eè il fatto che non si possa in tempo reale modifcare le ore lavorative (mancate timbrature, inversione da ore lavorate a ore di pausa) se non aspettando per la modifca il giorno a seguire e non tutte le volte eseguibile in un passaggio solo ma dovendolo fare in più giorni, la mancata visione in tempo reale delle ore effettivamente timbrate (soprattutto se errate) e a seguito della revisione/modifica non venga visualizzato (in rosso o altro colore) le reali modifiche apportate (da approvare/approvate)

Pros: Factorial is very clear and structured. Especially for those in charge of the team. It significantly reduces operational effort, offers an efficient recruiting process, simple absence/attendance management and a clear employee overview. The recruiting process, in particular, is very well-designed. Factorial ensures optimal collaboration between the recruiting department and the teams.
Cons: I have absolutely nothing to complain about with Factorial. It is a perfect 360° solution and a central solution for all people processes.

Pros: The UI, ease of use and the entire experience on the platform is seamless. I love that you can see the organization chart so visually, and the team calendar to easily see when team members are going on holiday. It adds transparency to the team. It is a one-platform-fits-all solution for HR issues.
Cons: Goal setting can be improved. Think user journey from when a company has a new joiner and the different milestones that person faces, like the first quarterly OKR setting etc. This entire journey can be made proactive.

Factorial saves an incredible amount of time. Instead of time-consuming communication with HR, management or employees, you can view or complete many tasks asynchronously yourself. Every quarter, we can recognize colleagues across the company for their outstanding work. A useful feature in the HR tool.
Pros: Factorial offers extensive features and seems very complex as a tool. The customizable dashboard allows you to set individual preferences, making it easier to use. Shortcuts allow you to quickly get to the desired location. The interface is attractively designed, bright and friendly.
Cons: The software could be a bit more flexible. During the employee review, when you update your goals, you have to wait for your supervisor. You can't edit anymore. Sometimes the application isn't self-explanatory.

Pros: Es muy intuitivo y fácil de utilizar. También es muy cómodo que puedas tener la aplicación de móvil, ya que te permite usarlo tanto dentro como fuera del trabajo.

Cons: U.S. payroll still requires a third-party integration because Factorial focuses its native compliance on a handful of regions.

Great! Would highly recommend. Overally it was worthwhile and essentially paid for itself with the money I saved.
Pros: Super easy to navigate. It brought a ton of automation to my company and saved me a lot of money!!!!

The interface made everything user friendly and easy to get through. Getting my team on was just as simple.
Pros: The ease of use after setting up payroll made it super simple. The team was all able to learn it together ask questions and be able to navigate swiftly.
Cons: The load times were the only thing but that could have been the shared internet. Overall great user experience.
