Everfit was recommended to me by another personal trainer whom I trust and I will happily recommend it to others in the industry if asked. Ease of use and good value for my business.
Pros: Everfit is easy and quick to use for myself and my clients have given good feedback on how user friendly it is from their end.
Cons: I am happy with all the aspects that i have used so far. I have yet to use the nutrition section for my clients but may consider this in the future

Wonderful. I met with the founders back in 2019 when the app was just getting launched. It's great to see what they've built. I use it daily for work now, have had multiple assistant coaches on it, they all love it. I don't ever hear complaints about it from my athletes or clients - which is a good sign. I use it for my own training, so I stay familiar with the user interface. It's set up well for growing with you as a coach and they really are committed to customer care.
Pros: $78
Cons: It's robust, so taking the time to learn the features is important. Everfit Academy is a great resource. The white label version is pricey, which makes sense for what it is - but I think the regular version is a great value. Payment processing fees for in-app payments take a significant share of your earnings, but I've researched alternatives, and using Everfit for this still makes the most sense. It's not HIPAA compliant, which was a consideration for my corporate clients. But this can be navigated within the framework of "coaching" not clinical practice, even when some of my team/coaches are clinicians.

Pros: Ease of use for both myself as a coach and also for my clients. A good library of exercises to choose from. The AI builder is very handy.
Cons: Some of the add ons feel like they should be standard, but in fairness with the low start price it is to be expected.

Very pleased with my experience. I dont see myself going elsewhere for a personal training and nutrition coaching platform.
Pros: Easy to use for coaches and clients. I love that they are on top of all the needs on both ends. My clients are happy that they dont need a million apps. Everything is one and done.
Cons: There's nothing i dislike about everfit. Im happy with their quick customer service for me as a coach and their troubleshooting for my clients.

Overall I'm very satisfied. Everfit has become the backbone of how I deliver my coaching program. Programming, habits, education, community, and client communication all run through it, and my clients have a clean, professional experience on their end. The quirks I've run into are minor compared to what the platform does well, and the speed and flexibility of building programs alone has saved me a meaningful amount of time each week.
Pros: I love how much it consolidates into one place. As a behavior change coach, I'm running structured programming, habit tracking, check-ins, food journals/macros, and a resource library all from the same platform and my clients access everything through one custom portal. The community forum and inbox keep coach-client communication and group engagement in the same ecosystem, so I'm not duct-taping five different tools together. The UI is very clean and intuitive, which I don't say lightly because most coaching platforms feel like they were designed in 2010. Programming workouts in Everfit is significantly faster and more flexible than in any other app I've tried; exercise libraries, video demos, warm-ups, and form notes are all easy to build out and reuse. Setting up educational content to drip out over time has also been a huge win for the structured curriculum side of my business.
Cons: Mostly small workflow frictions rather than anything fundamental. A few that come up regularly: ~I can't assign resources as tasks on the calendar or send them directly through the inbox, which means an extra step every time I want a client to actually engage with educational content. ~Default exercise notes don't update when I swap an exercise inside a program unless I've cleared the notes field first; easy to forget, annoying to fix after the fact. ~Tasks can only be assigned up to 6 months out, which is limiting when I'm planning further ahead for long-term clients. ~Audio messages cap at 60 seconds per clip, so anything longer has to be broken up. ~Video upload size limits are lower than I'd like for higher-quality demos or longer educational content. None of these are dealbreakers, just the kind of small paper cuts that add up over a busy programming week.

Overall my experience has been amazing, and my client's really enjoy this app. I have recommended it to many others coaches.
Pros: I love that the app is constantly updating with new features! With a fully custom app you have to pay mega money for upgrades. I also love how clean and streamline it is. My clients who have tried other apps always comment on how aesthetic and user friendly this one is. I believe the money for the value is worth it. I have been able to expand my business a lot because of everfit! Customer support also always answers almost immediately.
Cons: If I am being picky, I wish the macro tracking in app was better so that my clients could use that instead of MFP. But I like that the app links with MFP so I can see their food choices through that.
Emily B. · Registered Dietitian · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 7, 2026
Happy but could be slightly better. The ability to scale and purchase different packages based on how many clients you have is great.
Pros: Everything all in one place. The display for each exercise i.e., sets, reps weight etc. The usability for both clients and me. I really like the ability to look back at previous weights, reps, sets used. I like that you can add your own columns i.e., RIR and RPE.
Cons: It does crash sometimes and can be a bit slow. Although i like the ability to look back at previous weights, reps, sets and previous comments, i think it could be improved and become a bigger part of the coaching process -it also is a bit glitchy sometimes and shows random numbers. I think the use of RIR and RPE could be made better as its important to understand how the client felt each set went

Truly the best and has helped me with my career in the fitness industry. I am happy to have been working with them for 4 years now.
Pros: I love being able to customize my clients programs, adding anything that I feel would be useful to them and overall the easy navigation on the app.
Cons: I don’t have any issues with the app. Everything works good and at a timely manner! Love it! You need to try!
Coach D. · Fitness Trainer and Health Coach · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 7, 2026
Pros: I’ve been using Everfit for my coaching, and it’s honestly made a big difference. My clients find it easy to follow their programs, and I can quickly adjust things based on their progress. Communication is seamless, and it just saves me a lot of time. It’s a solid app if you’re serious about training and coaching.
Cons: Nothing, I love it! It even allowed me to test it for free during sometime. So I have nothing to complain.
Melissa C. · Personal training · Professional Training & Coaching · May 6, 2026
Overall, great app with good customer service, functions/integrations of Everfit with other apps is good, messaging with clients works well.
Pros: The ease of use, clients provided feedback and loved the aesthetic and flow of how workouts were laid out
Cons: Nothing as of right now, this is by far the best training app that I’ve tried. I’ve trained truecoach, trainerize and WeStrive.
Eric C. · Therapist and Trainer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 6, 2026
Overall its very good, easy to use and makes my coaching much easier. I do think there needs to be some updates to the AI model and the programming side of things but it works well for now.
Pros: I think the app works amazing for both coaching, and for my clients to use. The ease of access, the seamless link between health data, and tracking abilities are all fantastic. Its very secure, and I know that all my clients are there for me. Its easy to use, easy to apy, and you always get a receipt. I dont use the payment and billing in the app but im sure it works well. The video library is extensive, but i have had to add my own videos too, which was easy to do. I think its great value for money.
Cons: I think the AI program builder needs some work. I know that this is just a language model but it could be improved to help build programs.

It's been great so far! And I haven't really even tapped into using it's full capabilities due to not having enough time. But I look forward to it!
Pros: Ease of Use as a coach and client end with everything I need to support my clients. Haven't had any major issues reported from clients which is good too.
Cons: The coaching app crashes occasionally and sometimes takes a little while to show changes made but not enough to be unhappy.

Everfit staff are always amazing. They have really helped me streamline everything for my online fitness coaching business
Pros: Everfit is great for my business and clients! User friendly and a great app for client accountability!
Cons: There's nothing bad. As you're working in an app there always upgrades any app can make. They have great staff and they're very patient!
Heather D. · Owner, Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach, Online Fitness Coach · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 5, 2026
Very good experience. It could be better but it doesn’t stop improving pretty fast. It keeps my mind calm so my athletes can have a smooth experience.
Pros: The quality of the service and platform. It’s very simple to use and there is a bunch of option to make your life and the life of your clients easier.
Cons: It still misses some little features that are more athlete than fitness related. It’s a very good app for fitness and could be a little better for running / performance.
Elliot B. · Physical trainer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 5, 2026
All in all very good. Best app I’ve used. I’ve been a pt 10 years so I don’t say that lightly. Would be 5 stars if performance reviews were easier.
Pros: Ease of use. My clients love it. No bugs. Does what it says on the tin. It’s the best app I’ve used as a pt.
Cons: It is so hard to track specific metrics. It takes a lot of time to scroll through, check history and then repeat for every exercise. A tabl view where you can select the exercise you want to track, would be far better.
Tennessee K. · Pt · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 5, 2026
Excellent! I’m not going anywhere. I’ve been an online coach for 11 years and with Everfit for 3. It’s great!
Pros: Clean interface that is easy to use and clients love it. They all love the app and prefer it over other ones they try.
Cons: It has taken a while for the macrosnap feature to come out. Meal plans are a bear. I feel like Ai automation should be farther along.
Doug O. · Online Fitness Coach · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 5, 2026
My overall experience has been very positive. It’s become an important part of how we deliver results at our gym, especially for clients who are new to training. The platform keeps things simple while still providing enough depth to add value over time. It allows us to stay connected with clients outside of sessions, track progress effectively, and build consistency — which is ultimately what drives results.
Pros: Very easy to use for both coach and client. My clients get a lot of value from features like workout logging, calorie tracking, and recipes without feeling overwhelmed. It helps us deliver a more complete coaching experience and keeps clients engaged, motivated, and accountable week to week.
Cons: Like any platform, there are small areas that could be refined, but nothing that impacts the overall experience. Most updates seem to continuously improve usability, which is great to see.
Darren S. · Studio Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 5, 2026
I changed to Everfit after using my PT hub and kahunas. Straight away I knew I made the right choice! It’s such an easy platform to use - program design, client check ins, tracking progress, creating forms, etc. Love the on demand hub as well
Pros: Absolutely loved using Everfit for my online clients. It’s so simple to use for both myself and my clients, clean aesthetic and really valuable for what you pay My clients love using the app
Cons: Not a lot to complain about? Maybe the phone app for myself would be good to see the on demand side and edit who can access what
Sarah S. · Coach and Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 4, 2026
Happy with Everfit overall. Yes it is a bit more expensive, but the value I can put and for the facility, it's really nice. It is easy to program, to put task and it's super clear for my clients too.
Pros: It is really user friendly. I had tested a lot of other app before this one and it was a no brainer for me to stay with Everfit. My clients actually love the interface, the community forum and all the app connections they can connect with their profile.
Cons: The cost is actually a bit expensive for sure. If you want to build something really great for your client, you need to pay a lot of adds-on directly on the app. Like the autoflow, the ressources collections and other bonus. The fact that I can't really personalized meal plan for my client without paying extra, it's something that I don't really like.
Frederick D. · Coach · Sports · May 4, 2026
Overall my experience since switching from my old product has been fantastic. Communication with developers quick and easy.. bug fixes done quickly.. and clients always have access.
Pros: Everfit has been a fantastic addition to my coaching services and I am able to communicate more effectively with my clients.
Cons: I don't think there is anything I don't like about Everfit.. I guess I would say if we had more variations of exercises with things like Bosu's.. or TRX etc..
Allison D. · OWNER OPERATOR · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 4, 2026
I really love the interface and that I can upload my own videos. It also seems secure for clients and myself. The customer support is really helpful and they do help guide you in the right path for the program best for you and your business so you get the most bang for your buck!
Pros: It has been very helpful for my clients to watch the videos, an easy to see format. I used to send pdf's with links to videos that clients never used this is a catch all program. I also like that I can create DIY programs and sell those for people who don't need as much hand holding.
Cons: It's confusing as far as what you receive with each offer. I wish there was a more clear level for if you need this with your clients purchase tier 1, if you need a bit more tier 2. It ends up being a bit confusing on the backend how much I get for the value of what I purchase.
Andrea C. · Personal Trainer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 4, 2026
All good, no issue, good support. Lack of some very specific function, but nothing that you can not do with a bit of creativity.
Pros: Overall platform, the combination of lifestyle coaching, training and diet, communication with client.
Cons: Sometimes would be nice to have some direct function, and not something that feels just a workaround
Gergő M. · Marketing Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 4, 2026
Overall, my experience with Everfit has been very positive. It’s a solid platform that allows you to present your coaching in a professional, premium way while giving you tools to grow beyond just 1-on-1 sessions. It’s not the cheapest or simplest option out there, but if you’re serious about building a structured coaching business and scaling it, it’s absolutely worth it. The key is to actually use its full potential — otherwise, you’re underutilizing what you’re paying for.
Pros: I’ve been using Everfit for my online coaching business, and overall it’s been a strong, reliable platform that helped me level up how I deliver programs and manage clients. Everfit really shines when it comes to structure and professionalism. The workout builder is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to create programs that actually look and feel high-end for clients. The client app experience is smooth — everything from tracking workouts to messaging feels streamlined and modern. Another big advantage is scalability. Whether you’re working with a handful of clients or growing toward a larger roster, Everfit supports that transition well. Features like on-demand programs and automated flows (once set up properly) allow you to move beyond just trading time for money. I also like that it keeps everything in one place — training, communication, progress tracking — which reduces friction for both coach and client.
Cons: Pricing can feel a bit layered. As your business grows, you’ll likely need add-ons (like advanced automation or higher client limits), and those costs stack up quickly.
Niels v. · coach and trainer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 4, 2026
Overall, my experience has been very positive. It’s a solid tool for any coach who wants to work online or hybrid. It helps organize everything and makes the coaching process smoother and more efficient.
Pros: I would rate Everfit very highly overall. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and clearly built with coaches in mind. From a security standpoint, I’ve had no issues and everything feels stable and safe when handling client data and payments. In terms of value for money, it’s worth it if you actively work with clients—it saves time and helps you scale. Customer support is responsive and helpful when needed. The user interface is clean and intuitive, both for coaches and clients, which reduces friction and confusion. Payments and billing are straightforward to manage, and the system makes it easy to track subscriptions and client access.
Cons: It would be great to have a dark mode option, especially for longer work sessions. Also, some buttons and actions could be more intuitive, as it sometimes takes a bit of time to find certain features or navigate efficiently.

Pros: I like that you can do a workout that is custom, track macros, do check ins and everything on one platform
Cons: The check in I would like it to be more seamless but overall good no issues with that i like it. Nothing else
