Pretty good experience with dropbox for file sharing and cloud storage of documentation. Pretty quick syncing of files.
Pros: This is a great program for file sharing and saving your files in the cloud. The syncing is usually instant to dropbox.
Cons: The only con i can think of is when the syncing isn't working quite right and they aren't able to be viewed immediately by another party for said document.

I have been using this software for years now and still log in almost every day - it is very useful for me.

Pros: The thing I like the most about Dropbox is the generous amount of storage that you get as part of a standard account.
Cons: The thing I like the least about Dropbox is that the storage is limited. Whilst it is a generous amount, unlimited would be better.

I love dropbox and what our school has used it for. It is easy to keep everyone on the same page with up to date information.
Pros: I love that you can easily share information with many people, you can store documents easily and the program is easy to navigate.
Cons: Dropbox is a little more expensive than some competitors and it does not collaborate well with other products.

I used dropbox in the early years, before I made a switch to Google Drive. Was a decent solution but needs improvement.
Pros: What I like about Dropbox is how flexible their solution is for business needs. For example, you can create groups and roles without the app. That's something very cool. The other interesting feature that I love is, you are able to restore the deleted files within 180 days. I don't think about businesses in this domain offers that. I might be wrong though.
Cons: Dropbox Business is very cool with many features within. But, I have always one complain about using Dropbox for personal use and that is - you do not have flexible options of less storage. Let's say, what if I needed just 200GB of cloud storage? Well, they do not provide it. So you have to purchase their minimum plan of 2TB.

Using Dropbox Business feels a bit like having that one ultra-reliable coworker who never messes up—but charges you for every favor. Day-to-day, it’s smooth, intuitive, and gets the job done with minimal fuss. Files sync, sharing is easy, and collaboration actually works without turning into a tech support nightmare, which already puts it ahead of half the tools out there.
Pros: Ah yes, the classic “premium pricing for the privilege of not losing your files.” Dropbox Business is like that fancy restaurant where you pay extra for water—but hey, at least the glass is clean. You’ll occasionally wonder if you’re funding innovation or just really well-organized servers somewhere in the cloud. To be fair, Dropbox absolutely nailed this. It’s so easy to use that even the least tech-savvy person in your office suddenly becomes “the file-sharing expert.” Drag, drop, done. If only everything else in life were this simple.
Cons: Probably the part where your wallet quietly sighs every billing cycle. It’s not outrageously bad, but it definitely makes you pause and think, “Do I really need this much convenience?” Also, the occasional sync delay loves to show up at the worst possible moment—like right before a deadline—just to remind you who’s really in control. And while the interface is beautifully simple, digging through older or poorly named files can feel like an accidental archaeological expedition.

Pros: Affordable and Automatically keeps files up todate across computers, mobile devices and browsers even everywhere for small documents.
Cons: Easy to store but only 2gp free space, sometime security concerns, features tools, colleberibation features

Dropbox has been an an amazing platform for both storing files but also sharing files to our partners. Super easy to use, search, and navigate as well as amazing customer support. Plans are affordable and offer great value.
Pros: Dropbox has been an an amazing platform for both storing files but also sharing files to our partners. Super easy to use, search, and navigate as well as amazing customer support. Plans are affordable and offer great value.
Cons: occasional bugs with downloading but customer support is helpful in getting these resolved. sometimes downloading from server takes time

It has done well with our team and I feel it is more secure than Google Drive. Pricing is reasonable for what we get, and the storage and option to download to computer are good features.
Pros: The system allows me to share files internally and externally (links, permissions, expiry, passwords). The real-time collaboration + tools like Dropbox Paper, e-signatures, and DocSend tracking kae it easier to collaberate remotely (which we do)
Cons: The cost compared to Google one drive is obvisous. Another thing is that people who are used to Google One drive have a steep learning curve with DB business..especially boomers.

Pros: Not much I liked about it to be onest. I gave up because the interface and synching was so convoluted .
Cons: The interface is so difficult. I coulsn't find my stuff, wasn't sure if things would sync. i found it unnecesary difficult to set it up and to access files.

Pros: I like how easy it is to share among colleagues especially for more intricate documents (e.g., journal articles)
Cons: It's a bit hard to use in the setting. This is why I prefer Google Docs over Dropbox given the sharability effect

Overall experience is a great product when it comes to keeping files together, and storage to free up all your other devices.
Pros: What we like most about Dropbox business is that it is very easy to use, it keeps all my files stored in one place, and is capable of storing large files, easy to reach files and great customer support.
Cons: One of the things that we did not appreciate sometimes we are not able to get into the account, we have to constantly change our password.

It is great and we use it with many contractors on several jobs to keep track of contracts, legal documents and more
Pros: Dropbox business is one of the best ways to collect and keep track of shared documents for commercial jobs for contractors. It is easy to use and a great value for the money.
Cons: There can be a limit to how much you can store and do so you have to pay for additional features, but the price is affordable.
Hallye N. · Operations Manager · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · March 5, 2026
Pros: I liked the easy of use and setup for business and attaching new accounts into. File transfer and storage was very pleasant expirience.
Cons: I had a lot of issues with browser version of it, sometimes it works sometimes not, problem with logging into an account etc.
Damian G. · CTO · Computer Software · March 4, 2026
Awful. will never go back and will not accept files delivered this way. Was overcharged several times and no customer service to help recover these charges. Faceless and greedy.
Pros: Nothing, We now have company policy not to use this service and have deleted our account. We will no longer accept files delivered this way.
Cons: Constantly requesting money to receive files shared by clients. Even if you select free trial they will charge you anyway. Service is very clunky and difficult to navigate.

Overall, my experience with Dropbox Business has been very positive. It’s reliable, easy to use, and highly effective for secure collaboration and file management.
Pros: its seamless file syncing across devices and its very intuitive interface. It makes collaboration easy with secure sharing options and strong integrations with other productivity tools.
Cons: Any minor limitations are outweighed by its reliability, ease of use, and strong collaboration features.

My college uses Dropbox to submit assignments and it is super easy to use. All kinds of files can be uploaded easily without any bugs or glitch. I love using Dropbox and all my classmates uses it. I recommend to all friends to use Dropbox for file sharing.
Pros: Dropbox has really great interface. It is really easy to use and i have never really faced bugs or issues. File sharing in Dropbox is simple and any type of file can be uploaded. It is a good app to integrate with other apps. It is worth to spend every penny on Dropbox.
Cons: There is limited amount of storage in free version. You are require to use money if you want more space.
Yatra P. · Omni Associate · Retail · February 21, 2026
I’m satisfied with how easy it is to upload, share, and access documents from both desktop and mobile. It facilitates daily work and maintains consistency in file organization.
Pros: Very practical and efficient for managing documents across devices. Smooth work on both desktop and mobile, especially for different types and sizes of file sharing.
Cons: Performance may slow slightly when handling very large or heavy files or when running on older hardware.
Maria C. · Teacher · E-Learning · February 21, 2026
Pros: Dropbox has really stepped up with a large amount of storage, no space limitations, and integrations with popular document management tools.
Cons: The history options are somewhat difficult, and Dropbox is severely lacking, both in terms of file organization and version control.
Katherine S. · Paralegal · Legal Services · February 18, 2026
Have used Dropbox Business for the better part of 10 years. Although OneDrive is another app we use, I prefer DropBox when it comes to sharing files with people outside my organization. It just works easier than OneDrive.
Pros: Folder structure works well, desktop app works consistently and sync's with mobile uploads almost instantaneously.
Cons: Not the fault of Dropbox, but Microsoft Files doesn't allow advanced features for files stored in Dropbox. Such as auto-save and shared access.
David S. · Director of Technology · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · February 12, 2026
Overall, still a great tool to ensure that your files are easily accessible. It's pretty intuitive to use, and easy to teach others to get on board.
Pros: This continues to be an intuitive and easy product to use, for sharing files across multiple users. I use it for multiple organizations that I'm a part of.
Cons: To date I haven't found a way for multiple people to edit the same document while changes are saved in realtime.
Robert T. · President of the Board · Higher Education · February 9, 2026
My overall experience with Dropbox was amazing I have referred all of my employees and friends to use drop box we love it
Pros: I love that drop box was able to keep my personal information for me and made it easy for me to log in and out of service
Cons: Thing only thing I didn’t like about it was that it was some times hard to log in other than that it was awesome
Jazzmine S. · Senior lead analyst · Computer Software · January 18, 2026
Only positive experiences. The user interface feels intuitive and fast. And I like that you can use it in a browser or directly on your Mac/PC's files.
Pros: It's the best way to share files across teams for business purposes. It's central for our business staying organized and working together seamlessly. And even let's us sign documents back and forth.
Cons: The only downside that I can see is the isolation of the Dropbox Sign feature. I wish that it was more connected to the main service.
Dallen B. · Investment Coordinator · Real Estate · January 16, 2026
Overall my experience has been positive as I use dropbox daily, it's part of my work routine in storing and sharing files.
Pros: Storing and sharing files among employees are simple and valued features used every day. I like the ease of use when it comes to searching for files among departments. Department folders are easy to organize within the app.
Cons: Sharing files with people outside the company, it can be challenging, especially if the files are heavy. Also, syncing files sometimes takes longer than expected.
Vicky L. · Marketing Specialist · Construction · January 16, 2026
My experience with Dropbox business has been a 10 out of 10. Everything works the way it intended and we have never experienced delays or lagging while waiting for files to come through.
Pros: Dropbox business has allowed me to work with my business partner that lives four hours from me. We manage files, sign and review things quickly and seamlessly.
Cons: I currently don’t have anything negative to say about Dropbox business. It has always worked well for us.
