Pros: Its great value for money and easy user access. Customer Support from from our account handlers, always there when needed.
Cons: Smooth implementation and great customer service. Easy to use and straight forward without any complications. Information at your finger tips.

My experience is very good. I have learned so much of its functionality this year with the help of [sensitive content hidden]. The tool was previously managed by my team, but due to some leave, I had to get up to speed with using it. It can reduce the administration and allow you to be more efficient.
Pros: I have been using it for 6 years now and learn something new every week! It offers greater capabilities than I am using and thanks to our rep, he is patient, knowledgeable and provides great service!
Cons: It has many functions that I am not tapping into and not always seamless in navigating the tool if you don't use it often.

Excellent. There are FAQ's that you can use if you get stuck or the HELP button and the chatbox usually gives you the guidance yuo need.
Pros: The whole thing is very easy to use once you get going. The training was very good and the staff are helpful. The app is great for all our staff to easily book holiday and see who is off everyday.
Cons: There isn't anything that I don't really like about it. We are just getting started with edays so there is more for us to use in the future.

Great experience, now have embarked on additional modules which will give our users a more well rounded experience.
Pros: They are responsive, product works very well and it is very easy to use. The pricing is also reasonable and good value.
Cons: They haven't really done too many updates until now where there are quite a few in the pipeline so eager to see what comes next.

E-days has been a great app from an administrator perspective and employee. All of our employees love how easy and simple it is for them to use. We've not faced any issues receiving support as well when we've needed to make amends or changes from admin side. Thank you to everyone at e-days and [sensitive content hidden] for the amazing continued support.
Pros: It's been very easy to use, all of our employees say it's user friendly, the visuals are great, customer support
Cons: The reporting could sometimes be bit better especially on absence management to see sickness and see charts but otherwise no real issues

Having edays as a tool in our business has made things so much simpler and quicker. One of the best decisions we have made.
Pros: The simplicity of use for the whole workforce. The layout is great that it is so easy to navigate and administer.
Cons: There are not a lot of Cons for me. Most of the issues we ran into early on, we only had to tweak our settings to resolve our issues.

It has been a great experience and I'm capable of fixing, modifying and building the timekeeping system on my own with barely any restrictions
Pros: They are very responsive and fast with ticket response. They also provide clear instructions to fix it yourself which helps you learn the system better
Cons: On Call and Standby rules are not easy to implement but it can be modified.

Great! It is the most functional and adaptable system we have ever had.
Pros: It's so easy to use, no training is needed for any new staff and I find people appreciate the colourful and functional visuals.
Cons: It would be great to have a function where the TOIL accrual expires.

In general, I'm super happy with the system. During the time we are using e-days (3 years), the system improved and developed based on our needs. I felt the support I got was always very fast and helpful. my feedback was always taken seriously and I enjoy working with the team.
Pros: e-days is simple for the user and for the admin. the system is quite flexible and had the possibility to adjust to the business needs.
Cons: Overview of the history and log is missing in some areas. for example time submission and leavers info.

excellent business tool to use and easy to understanding
Pros: easy for individuals to use, and easy for admin (myself) to get a clear understanding of the group's absence etc.
Cons: the reporting I find hit and miss, and trial and error usually to obtain the information.

Overall the experience has been positive, it is nice now knowing who we can reach out to if we have any questions/problems. The system is easy to use, while allowing us to personalise it in ways that suit our business.
Pros: Simple to use, when introducing new employees to the system it is very self explanatory which makes it easier for both parties. Since connecting with an account manager, we have found out ways to utilise the system even more e.g. setting up workflows, so the system does work well in my opinion.
Cons: Sometimes when setting up new joiners, the system does not automatically calculate the holiday they are owed. The only way we have found out is when employees go to book holiday and it says they are entitles to zero days. We still have not found the solution for this, so there is some manual work still needed but luckily it doesn't happen with every employee.

I have always found them extremely helpful and willing to engage with us to make using the platform easier. The platform is intuitive and works well for us - especially as we have employees across the globe. Employees find this easy to use and there's lots of useful functionality with reporting, being able to proxy as a user and many other things!
Pros: The ease of use, and how helpful the support team are with any and all queries!
Cons: Nothing jumps out - the only struggles I have are from being new to using the system and still finding my way around!

Good experience overall, but loses a star from some elements being less user friendly.
Pros: Good support from help desk when help is needed. Easy to view holiday, sickness etc on the calendar (clear presentation.)
Cons: Using the tools as an administrator can sometimes be complicated and unclear. Some processes are complicated and require help needed from the support desk. For example, adding a day off for birthdays was harder than I had anticipated.

Fantastic. I'd highly recommend, the staff are amazing and friendly, nothing is too much to ask. They will always look into questions or suggestions, they made our recent transition so easy and did most things for us. The system covers everything we need.
Pros: The system is easy to use, helps us to work efficiently and the staff are always happy to help.
Cons: N/A any issues we have they resolve quickly for us.

Pros: Its function is full filled and it has moved towards a friendlier user experience on the app.
Cons: The web version does not seem as friendly and lacks visual organisation. I find it a bit complicated despite using it for 5 years now.

Pros: How EDays listened to us and worked with us to provide us with the best system for our needs. The ease of the system, the training EDays provided was spot on, it has worked so well for our business.
Cons: We have yet to come across something on EDays that doesn't work well for us.

Very pleased with the usage of the platform during the year. I also liked the quick replies to my questions and concerns. But I am very displeased with contract renewal policies. Edays is not customer-oriented.
Pros: User-Friendly Interface Mobile Accessibility Customizable Absence Types
Cons: 1. The interface is user-friendly but it would be good to have a separate field where managers would see pending approvals, not in the Ring notification tab which is very small and almost invisible and contains other notifictions as well. 2. No possibility to export the leaves as an excel file.

My manager and I have implemented Edays in our organisation since January 2023, and it has made such a diference. We can easily access annual leave records for all our workforce digitally.
Pros: Its interface and layout - They easy and straightforward, and do not compromise on operational quality.
Cons: Reporting tool could be easier to use, when pulling reports.

provides benefits of filing applications much faster
Pros: This application has been a good way to notify human resources about licenses, vacations, and permits more quickly and safely. In addition, it makes it easier when there are absences from work to be able to have the notification and have a record of the days missed. With its mobile application that works perfectly, I can register requests for licenses or overtime worked from anywhere without having to be in the human resources office.
Cons: Each function has been useful in my work life and I like all the processes I can do from the application

Overall the software is great and easy to use once you get a good understanding of it.
Pros: easy absences booking system; easy to add new users; variety of reports
Cons: logging recurring rota days (most times there is an issue with it and have to log out and back in for the system to recognise the change in team settings I make to be able to log these
