Simple to set up, easy to use. The best PTO tool I have ever used and I have been recommending it to others.
Pros: Vacation Tracker is extremely customizable and allowed us set up our bespoke PTO policies easily. It is incredibly intuitive and the integration with Teams makes it a breeze for both managers and employees.
Cons: My only quibble with Vacation Tracker is that, while it allows for 2 levels of approval, it does not allow flexibility for different approval structures (we often need 3-4 managers to each approve).

Pros: Vacation Tracker had all the customization I needed for managing different teams and time with the organization. It is very user friendly and I was able to set up our account fairly quickly. Reviewing time off balances is easy and the integration with Google Workspace for calendar and apps makes it very easy to access. We are a small team so we pay for more users than we are using, but the cost is still worth removing the admin burden from our staff.
Cons: General admin users sometimes have issues linking their google accounts to the app but it has been quickly resolved when help has been requested.

Definitely has been a great experience and we plan on using it for years to come. When we've needed help, responses are prompt and thorough.
Pros: Vacation Tracker is easy to use and extremely easy to manage all PTO and time off as well as tenured employees with more benefits.
Cons: When an employee edits a leave that's already been approved, you are forced to choose a time that may not be accurate- (i.e. doctor appt for 12:00-1:30 and employee edits to end time of 1:00, it will not allow it.)

My experience with Vacation Tracker has been great. Simple and intuitive to use and responsive customer service.
Pros: Vacation Tracker makes it simple and easy to track our employees vacation and sick days. All of our employees find it easy to request days off.
Cons: No complaints. I haven’t had any issues so far with using Vacation Tracker on the administrator end and no complaints from employees either.

The support team has been great, as employees learn to use it, it has been very helpful. I was thankful for the time they spent helping me learn.
Pros: ease of use for employee, that it is integrated in slack a system we already use, the team went out of their way to help me with the set up.
Cons: a little harder to set up than I would have liked, we have so many people and departments it required me to think through all the possibilities, but in the end it worked.

Thus far my experience has been good. As I mentioned above, no complaints on the platform. Products like this should be simple and this is that.
Pros: Quite easy to use, for both myself and the team. Easy to set up, and great for the price. I kind of set and forget.
Cons: Its hard to find online. I had to search through a bunch of bullshit competitors to land here. So maybe more SEO or AEO. Check out profound, I can link you with a rep there.

Good, its a good value for money, easy to use and the support are very helpful, I would recommed it to a friend.
Pros: I like that it is easy to use and the quality of the platform, I could figure it out mostly by myself.
Cons: The design could be improved, not very attractive, the calendar and some of the features dont have a great apperance.

Very easy to use. Loved the setup and all of the functionalities. Very clear and quick to set up. Pricing is also super competitive
Pros: It's really simple, easy to use and to set up. Team is able to onboard super quick and the the value for money is very good as well. Slack integration is great as well
Cons: I'd like to see accrued vacation when requestions time of. Ex. If I want to request vacation in 2 months I'd like to be able to see how much time i've accrued

My experience has been great and I have no issues at all. I would definitley reccommend this software as it is so user friendly and easy to undertand and use.
Pros: Very user friendly and easy to use. I like having the oprion of usin different versions of what calender I perfer to use.
Cons: When you purchase the lower cost version you can't use the hourly add on unless you pay extra. It would be nice to have a few more options for items that you don't have to pay to add on.

Vacation Tracker has been a great tool for both our church and school. This software was the solution we needed and I recommend it highly.
Pros: I very much appreciate VacationTracker's ease of use and value for the money. The software is easy to setup, manage and for our staff to use. The required learning curve is low, which is a good thing.
Cons: Technical issues have occasionally come up and the response time hasn't been immediate - no quick fixes. In fact, it may take 1-3 days to resolve. Also, the notification process thru Microsoft Teams is poor. If I don't hear the ding, I miss the time off request. It would great if the request came in thru outlook.

So far it has been great with little complication. The setup was easy. The Vacation Traker team was great to work with. Our salesperson was responsive and friendly. I would recommend this product.
Pros: We were looking for a program that tracked PTO without collecting excessive data that did not pertain to our employees. This is a great, straightforward product that makes it easy for our employees and the corporate office. We also love the support team; they have been incredibly helpful in getting us the answers we need in a timely manner.
Cons: We offer sick time on a yearly basis and vacation time based on the anniversary date. There isn't an option to select multiple leave time periods, so we have had to work around that.

Good, value for money. Calendar view could be a bit improved. General consensus with the team is that the tool is easy to use.
Pros: Easy to track leaves. Requesting and approving leaves through Vacation tracker bot has been extremely useful. The tool helps manage employee attendance score and tracking leave plans easier.
Cons: Certain aspects of leave tracking like partial leaves are limited to specific extensions to be added to subscription. The calendar view could be improved.

Overall super happy with the product, and it has really helped us track and manage time off - before, we were using an excel sheet and there was too much room for human error. This has saved us a ton of time and effort and has mitigated mistakes.
Pros: I like that the interface is easy to use both for admin and regular users. The reason we chose this product is because it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and helps our management team manage employee leaves straight from the software we use everyday.
Cons: I wish that the Teams app was able to perform more tasks, instead of having to open the browser dashboard anytime I need to carry out bigger things like editing users etc.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Vacation Tracker and it's helped me carry my role well. I can easily, confidently, clearly help our staff follow policies well, as well as get insightful dashboards to our executive teams quickly.
Pros: As an HR Admin with my eyes on several areas, the ease of use (for both me and our staff) of Vacation Tracker is my favorite. From clean visuals for our staff, to dashboards for the entire company, to customization, its made this process much easier than we had before. It was very easy to launch. I would say it's very cost effective as it covers all the bases without being so high priced.
Cons: I do wish it was a bit more clear on how to set accrual/allotment rules, as well as personal employee settings dependent on role & location versus overarching company rules. I do think most of my cons could be me not yet discovering everything the system provides. One thing we would love is a notes feature within time off, if I could add on the admin side any notes about the employees leave, whether it be a care note, out of policy request note, etc. so that when it comes to tracking overall patterns it could help shed light as well as help us better care for them as an oversight team.

Pros: easy to understand great sales team, very helpful flexible pricing model easy to set up a tour aligns with gmail accounts
Cons: cost for what we wanted was higher than competitors we wanted hours not days and this required us to go up in price

Pros: The interface is very user friendly for all our employees. The app is very helpful as well for sick employees to request leave from home when they don't have access to their emails.
Cons: Not a lot of personalization. Like personalizing who can see who else's leave not only based on department

Good overall easy to use. It is very user friendly and everything is organised really neatly within the app
Pros: Easy to use. It is a good space to keep track of all the employees off days. It should also include a punch in punch out system for monitoring worked hours.
Cons: Expensive monthly - and also the fact that it does not automatically produce a roster from the unavailabilities of the users - more detail example not just leave but available to work morning or evening

Overall, Vacation Tracker has been a reliable and user-friendly tool that saves a lot of time compared to managing PTO manually. It keeps the team organized, reduces confusion, and helps the team stay on top of leaves. A few improvements in reporting and mobile functionality would make it even better, but it already does the core job very well.
Pros: What I liked most about Vacation Tracker is how simple and intuitive it is to request and approve time off. The calendar view makes it easy to see who’s away and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Cons: What I liked least is that the reporting options could be more flexible. Would love to be able to have the option to input repetitive events such set up WFH days

I love it for the cost and the employees have enjoyed how easy it is to operate. Also logging in and out is easy, attendance is a helpful thing to see but I wish the users couldn't see others time off.
Pros: The simplicity and the teams integration. It makes payroll tracking a lot easier when we can easily click on each user.
Cons: how the time off requests come through teams instead of an alert on the app and I wish the users couldn't see others time off.

It has served it's initial purpose for leave management in giving my employees visibility to their allocated leave time.
Pros: Leave Management and employee management. It took the manual process using spreadsheets to automation in a tracking tool.
Cons: Reporting. Would like the ability to create some ad hoc reports per branch, or by division, or certain group of employees.

easy experience and not much training needed. We implemented to all staff with in a week and have had positive feedback.
Pros: We have been using vacation tracker for a year and what a great decision. Keeps accurate record keeping and takes a burden off of management. Wise use of dollars spent.
Cons: not much- not a problem at all with implementation. Employees appreciate the ease of use and tracking at your fingers tips is a plus

Works well, no issues. Easy to navigate. I really like how it has given our small team visibility into outages.
Pros: I like that there are records (logs, reports, etc.) and it is super easy to use. The system has not had any bugs or issues.
Cons: I wish it integrated into our HRIS system (like JustWorks) because we have to track the PTO in two separate places. On days that there is no one on PTO, I'd prefer no alerts or just "forward-looking alerts" if there is someone leaving soon.

So far I've been using it like an excel sheet. I haven't trained the staff on it yet because there are too many issues. Once they are resolved, I think it's going to be a great program.
Pros: It's intuitive and easy to use, and it looks nice. I like that the calendar is shared, and once the issues are fixed, it's going to solve a lot of our problems.
Cons: Ongoing technical issues: The balances shown are incorrect on the app, but are correct on the desktop site. It can be difficult to get everyone signed in. I also don't think the reports are useful since a date range can't be selected so it's doesn't align with payroll.

We used to track and manage PTO with excel and email chains. This works so much better! You setup who each person's Approver/Manager is to receive their PTO requests, and what else needs to happen, as well as all the categories for PTO (PTO, sick time, Flex day, etc - you can make up the names and categories to fit your Org) and it does the rest easily enough for you. I love that it reminds people who else is taking time off during that time, and shows them how much time off they have now, and after they take the PTO they are requesting so they always are current on these things.
Pros: Vacation Tracker has an easy to understand UI and integrates directly with Teams. They also just put out an App that also looks slick.
Cons: There's not much I could say I dislike. They DO give the appearance of a smaller Organization. There have been occasional outages and there's sometimes bugs in the software that you need to wait for them to fix, but I'd still say it's a great company to work with!

It's easy to gasp, all employees started using it, information is easy to handle, and daily notifications keep the team informed.
Pros: iT has everything i need currently. Price is affordable even for the Georgian market.
Cons: If you confirm the vacation late, it doesn't go to calendar.
