Ótimo onboarding. Fácil utlização. Acompanhamento durante todo o processo pré, durante e pós implementação.
Pros: Plataforma bastante intuitiva para o utilizador. Automatizou uma série de processos que permitem melhor gerir a nossa atividade (SIBA, gestão da propriedade, questionário do INE, pagamentos, envio de confirmação de reservas diretas, vendas diretas on-line).
Cons: Não tem módulo para criar múltiplas reservas para um cliente para várias semanas consecutivas com certa regularidade (segunda a sexta feira por exemplo). Não tem uma app apropriada para gestão fora do escritório. É preciso usar a página web normal o que dificulta utilização/visualização de certas funções ao gerir no telemóvel.

Pros: All-in-one feature. Being able to run payments, get all the guest information, etc in one place. The customer service is very good.
Cons: I would like to be able to send an email to support instead of having to go through the website, which can be timeconsuming. I would like to be able to send newsletters to prior guests from the platform.

Great experience with roomraccoon and daily use. It works quick and fast and is always up to date. We also have never experienced a outtage of the system.
Pros: Quick service and very easy to use. There are a lot of upgrades possible. The costumer support is mostly really fas and great.
Cons: The price is the thing what is bothering me the most. It would also be great to be able to make your own variables for the documents

Pros: It is fairly easy to use. very user friendly... each category is easy to work through. the reports are also easily accessible
Cons: making small changes without notifying us. things like not being able to delete a payment when you have mistakenly loaded the wrong amount. there should at least be a manager's override

Pros: Im Bereich Rechnungen vereinfacht es die Arbeit. Aber mehrere Fehlfunktionen verderben die Lust. Mit internationalen Texten ist alles ok. Details zu Wohnungen auch gut.
Cons: Zu wenige Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Man reitet auf Systemen, die Deutschland nicht akzeptiert werden. Nur eine Zahlungsmöglichkeit auswählbar: Kreditkarte. PayPal, Apple Pay, Sofort-Überweisung usw. fehlen. Mehrere Fehlfunktionen, Abends sehr langsam, teils nicht zu erreichen.

Great PMS. Best we've worked with since we've started 5 years ago. Everything works very well. Professional design and ease of use.
Pros: All the reservation info is on one page. You can charge your credit/debit card in the reservation. Clean and neat layout. Very user friendly.
Cons: Able to resolve issues telephonically and not open a ticket. To talk to the Connectivity Team directly if issues occur.

Pros: What we love most is how much time it saves us. The automation features—like sending guest communication, managing availability, and processing payments, take a huge load off our shoulders. Plus, the integration with OTAs has helped increase our visibility and bookings without any extra hassle.
Cons: Even though they work swiftly to fix bugs we now and then experience the same problem with bookings unlinking when you move them around.

I like the product and have been using it for many years. Recently it seems that there have been more errors and i will change my pms provider if this does not improve.
Pros: Seemlessly integrated. Does the job in real time. Offers more services than i use and is constantly adding new services
Cons: Periodically there are breaks in system performance, errors, which cause frustration because you never know when things are going to be working correctly again. It seems like this has been more of a problem over the past month.

What i like most about RoomRaccoon are the smooth and comprehensive features like channel management together with online payment integrations and the tools for sending confirmations and managing bookings in real-time.
Pros: i love the interface and the fact that the customer support is very responsive and efficient in it's problem solving skills

Nope. A tool what makes analytics a premium asset is not to be recommended. I'd change immediately but the [sensitive content hidden] doesn't want to change software yet
Pros: It does what it needs to. Customer service was okay, once you reached someone.
Cons: If you want ecommerce/conversion tracking you need to have premium. That's absurd and the pricing is steep enough.

Pros: O suporte ao cliente é muito bom. As funcionalidades são bem úteis e pensadas na experiência de gestão. Bastante customizável e prático de usar.
Cons: As vezes preciso clicar na reserva e depois voltar para ver alguns detalhes (número de hóspedes, valor, informações complementares) que poderiam ser visualizadas passando o cursor em cima. Seria bom que tivessem uma aplicação com algumas funcionalidades de gestão, mas o site é perfeitamente responsivo nos smartphones e tablets, então não chega a ser um problema.

Although the product has a higher price, its functionality us excellent, everything works perfectly.
Pros: Product is easy and simple to use, it is very reliable, we did not experience any technical issues, booking engine and connections with OTA works perfectly.

bad. Basic set-up is done half, which needs to be compensated by the implementation manager. As a customer, you are a number; they dont even ask your name on the phone, just your ID. Roomraccoon apologises for their incorrect info during sales, but... its your problem now...
Pros: Sales presentation is great, but untrue.
Cons: Sales guys promise a lot which the software cant deliver; All integrations are not applicable in our country. Basic functionality like messaging is not included. Rate-management is horrible.
