Hover

Pros: Accuracy and the simple user friendly app and helpful customer service. I never have a bad experience

Cons: I love hover it never fails to impress me. I am never unsatisfied with its performance. They always follow through

Pros: Ease of use along with the ability of ordering materials via hover instead of going directly to a suppliers web site.

Cons: The ability of sales reps being able to change pitches of roofs without proof verification. Sales reps giving measurements of a door/window without proof of measurement verification. Both of these issues have caused shortages of materials on ordering the incorrect materials for the pitch of the roof.

Pros: The visual aiding to the homeowner is a major part of making the sale. I love the new realistic designing tools.

Cons: Not having all the colors, and product options available. Have ran into situations where homeowners want to see specific colors with what we offer and they were not there.

Pros: Being able to design with a client their vision together in our showroom

Cons: Price is high for how much volume I do and some of the design stuff does not work all the time but overall pretty good

Pros: I love how quickly and easily I can get reports. Tape measures take a long time. Hover is accurate and speedy

Cons: There isn’t really anything I don’t like about Hover. It’s probably the most important piece of our work flow

Pros: The speed, convenience, and accurate measurements. It gives me an edge during appointments and I like being able to price things out accurately in real time.

Cons: I wish we had all the color and material options that we offer available on the 3d model design. We need your to be able to but all of our trim options around the windows, openings, and fascia not just the corners. We need all of our color options for both shingles and siding.

Pros: Simplicity, to measure a entire property in minutes, efficiently, the accurancy is also perfect for any estimate needed, we even quote windows off the base measurement ( always hard measure them at the end before ordered, put perfect for estimate)

Cons: i don't like when building a estimate the manufacturer isn't the one who tells you all the parts and pieces needed to perform the work properly

Pros: User friendly and constantly making changes to be better. Being able to create an estimate without having to input math

Cons: Can take a long time to do a complete hover. Whatever is on the house it what gets measured and produced for the 3D model. Being able to take away/add things would be helpful.

Pros: It is easy and the results are pretty quick

Cons: I was recently in a area with poor cell service and 4 of my jobs didn't go thru and I had to use the manual form to get them into your system so I could get the measurements

Pros: The ease of use and ability to capture all needed data for current job requests and potentially future jobs with the same home.

Cons: The thing that is most challenging with Hover is that all the photos don't automatically upload to BuilderTrend, which is the tool that we use to manage our jobs.

Pros: The app is easy to use, we like being able to send to the homeowner for the pictures and it's been a tool we have used for years.

Cons: Cost. We use this to help customers who are out of state or want to do a virtual appointment.

Pros: Enjoy the ease of use of the program.. especially when sending it to my clients to take the photographs. It walks them through it step by step.

Cons: You don't have the brand of siding I use ABTCO

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive, saves a ton of time and hassle. The team is also very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Cons: There are occasionally issues with how it works in our company's system, but I've found that those issues tend to get addressed and corrected very quickly.

Pros: Accurate measurements for both exterior roofing and siding, windows and gutters. It makes our job easier.

Cons: Software works great. Wished there was a small discount for Hover reports when someone else orders the same address previously and we have to order one for a bid, or a separate plan for smaller companies that don't use Hover too often that can be affordable.

Pros: Hover is easy to use and provides fast and great results. Using Hover makes measurements easy and way less time consuming than hand measuring. it is also more accurate.

Cons: An old employer used hover. We used them for roofing and siding measurements so when I started my own business, Hover was an easy choice.

Pros: The 3D rendering is all the way you can design the building for the homeowner to see. the more you can show then what it will lookmlike the easier it is to sell

Cons: The blueprints you drop in sometimes don't work and fail to build

Pros: Easy to capture homes quickly. Love the new tools including materials estimation and design inspiration.

Cons: Honestly, I have no complaints regarding the experience and customer service. Would like to see additional brands continue to be added to image on homes and for materials estimation.

Pros: It seems to be more accurate than the competitors in the market, and if there is an issue the support team is easy to reach.

Cons: There are a few things on the PDF measurement that i would like to see more/ less... it would be really really helpful to be able to customize the way the PDF is generated and what info is included. alot of times the numbers blend together and i cant view what the measurement is on certain parts of the home.

Pros: quick and easy measurements that create a handy reference for my files

Cons: once I begin designing, I lose measurements on the 3D view and have trouble getting back to the original design at times

Pros: Its fast and customers like it when we share the design. We have a fast responce from the chat when there is a problem with the measurments

Cons: That we can not edit a wall in all directions at anytime in the design part of the program

Pros: Helping me get full measurements without measuring by hand. Plus I like the design function. It helps with closing deals when others have to wait two weeks.

Cons: Needs to be updated with current colors available based on manufacturer. Also would like to have ability to change windows to style they want besides what is actually on house.

Pros: The convenience, expedient delivery of reports, ease of navigation of reports, and the entire overall experience

Cons: I have never had a bad experience with Hover.
