No issues and the the Security audit feature really helps calling out any passwords that should be changed to increase security.
Pros: Ease of use, value for the money and the sharing feature is great for IT who do password resets and want a secure way to share with staff.
Cons: Would like if it included a note taking feature like 1Password provides. The only hiccup I've experienced is it doesn't recognize certain websites - or should say it misidentifies .. but a page refresh fixes.

The UI and brand overall is a rising star in the industry with a bunch of security features. A+ Exp.
Pros: Password and login management features is a nice touch. Compromised credentials in BreachWatch is a nice add-on in the security sense.
Cons: Didn't get a walk through upon purchase. Learned on the go. Could use some more color coding options for created record types.

Overall experience is good. Admins and users have found their way to work with the tool and they can administrate their own groups / teams.
Pros: Ease of use for admins and users. Multiplatform (Desktop, phone, browser tools), Good value for money. Great sharing possibilities
Cons: User adoption is always internal process, there is no reminder for unused invitations and no one forces users to activate licences.

Very positive. A helpful tool to get teams to comply with advanced security features that are necessary in today's World.
Pros: The integration into all aspects of my daily functions. I can maintain extremely strong passwords, simply
Cons: The integration with some apps forces a 2FA code, but going to retrieve the code closes integration.
Chris H. · Director · Information Technology and Services · January 2, 2026
It was good, until they price hiked nearly 50%. We used to have what felt like a great discount, but after getting us on the hook, and a few rep changes, they no longer negotiate prices. We have had 4 reps, in almost 3 years.
Pros: It's a good software, works as intended, new features added often. iphone, android, and windows apps, browser extension.
Cons: Seems there are semi constant price hikes, changes in reps, and feels like a cash grab to loyal customers. We came to keeper due to pricing; they raise the price almost 10% yearly. This is not including discounts they also removed.

It’s been a complete game changer storing and accessing passwords and makes my life more efficient which is absolutely critical!
Pros: It is simple to use both phone and laptop. I like the ability to share passwords. It’s one of those programs that works well and anyone can use effectively.
Cons: I maybe feel like I should update my password more often, and have a sense of comfort that if something should ever happen to me, my trusted next of kin could access my passwords.
Matt G. · CEO · Construction · December 2, 2025
very good experience, easy to migrate from different password manager, ease of use, support FIDO as well as windows hello
Pros: ease of use and have the same experience like using 1password from a user that previous 1password user
Cons: keeper Just in time workflow approval still not yet release to public, keeper gateway seems to not able to deploy using app container, recommended method is deploy a VM then run docker.

10/10, 5 stars, all the ratings - the best product on the market by a long shot - plus they sponsor [sensitive content hidden] F1 so that is pleasing also.
Pros: It is easy to install, easy to learn to use, the browser extensions are awesome, the ability to securely share passwords with users is unbelievably helpful in team environments and the search functions work super well. The sales team are really lovely and not pushy and happy to make sure you have the right product for you, not constantly trying to upsell.
Cons: While I appreciate the added security of not being able to do a forgot password on a master password, it would be helpful to have some sort of opt-in feature for business based accounts for admins to force that for the inevitable person who will forget the password and learn the hard way that they need to start from scratch, as that can be a time drain. They always only need to learn once, but its a time consuming lesson!
Victoria P. · Manager of Corporate Services · Facilities Services · September 16, 2025
Pros: It is a powerful tool for password management. I can easily store a wide range of different data formats with ease.
Cons: The Admin dashboard was sometimes ticky. Several new features should be added to make it easier to use for administrators and operations.

Overall experience with Keeper has been very good. The product works well and is very flexible. By far, it is the most used application in my portfolio.
Pros: The most refreshing component of Keeper Security is simplicity. The application is laid out such that a user can figure out most activities withought a roadmap!
Cons: Cost increases that are locked in on an annual basis that are levied and the only alternative is to abandon ship.

Pretty good. Again - Keeper Security has been easy to use and great implementation, our issue is with KCM and having paid for a service we can't use.
Pros: Simple and easy password management. Easy to share passwords in a very secure way with employees who need access to portals but don't need to know the log-in information.
Cons: Keeper Security is great, but KCM is something we enrolled in and haven't been able to use it at all. We were sold on it's ability to provide highly managed and recorded sign-ons, and we discussed which websites and programs we would use it for, and then it turned out to be too complicated for their techs to make work. A waste of lots of time and money.

Our overall experience with Keeper has been excellent. It’s a tool that genuinely raised the level of security in our company while making password management much easier. We now have full control over credentials, secure sharing, audit logs, and the confidence that we can quickly react to new hires or departures. Keeper has become an essential part of our digital infrastructure, and we’d confidently recommend it to any business that takes security seriously.
Pros: Keeper is extremely secure and at the same time very user-friendly. What we appreciate the most is the ability to safely share login credentials within our team—no more sending passwords via email or chat. We gained full control over who has access to what, with the ability to revoke permissions instantly, which is a huge benefit in a business environment. Another major advantage is the wide range of integrations—whether via desktop, mobile, browser extensions, or through SSO and Google Workspace. Onboarding new employees is fast and intuitive.
Cons: Some of the more advanced features are only available with higher-tier licenses, which may be discouraging for smaller teams. Also, the admin dashboard could be slightly more intuitive, especially when setting up roles, policies, and permissions—it took us a bit of time to get fully comfortable with it.

My overall experience with Keeper has been outstanding. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage passwords and secure files. Customer support has been exceptional, always ready to assist with any questions or issues. It's well documented as well, one of the best documentations in my life. Really. The reliability and performance of Keeper Security have exceeded my expectations, making it an essential tool for my digital security needs. I highly recommend Keeper Security to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly security solution.
Pros: The most. Hmm.... I can definitely highlight the user-friendly interface and easy to navigate, high level of security and encryption, customer support and quick response times, wide range of features including secure file storage and password management, reliable and consistent performance. As well as license management flexibility
Cons: Some advanced features have a bit of a learning curve. For example, I remember that SSO integration was a bit unclear, but it works in the end.

Meh, only use when I have to, other password programs are better.
Pros: It generally works OK but is somewhat difficult to use and not very friendly.
Cons: I wish it allowed access for 3 days or a week. 24 hours is too short and 30 days is too long.

Keeper was a seamless solution when LastPass blew up in our faces. The business relationship is simple, the product is of high quality and my team uses it as intended. For a password manager, that's my biggest ask. We aren't doing anything with PAM or automated changes today but those capabilities exist when we're ready for them.
Pros: It is inexpensive, very easy to use and very secure. Between the mobile app and browser plug-in, I'm able to easily fill in passwords without the risk posed by auto-fill from other vendors. Sharing and organizing secrets is also simple with support for group memberships and shared folders.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. We've turned on some of their advanced security features like device approval and still no real issues.
Scott H. · Director of IT · Primary/Secondary Education · February 25, 2025
Fantastic improvement in our security. We've never felt better about our password protocols.
Pros: Security and ease of use, and sharing of passwords across the team with only one member managing the changes.
Cons: Daily 2FA on the mobile device. Also, the new popup to change passwords makes it harder to edit when certain sites have restrictions on which special characters one must use.
Erik O. · LLC Manager · Financial Services · February 13, 2025
Friendly staff and well informed of the product offerings.
Pros: The features are quite customisable and enable an organisation like ours to work within a specific requirements of operation.
Cons: The price is not competitive and unaffordable for our NGO. The API is an additional cost. We may need to leave Keeper purley on the grounds of cost.
David W. · CIO · Environmental Services · January 27, 2025
The user experience is better than LastPass, but worse than Bitwarden.
Pros: One-time sharing feature very useful Sharing folders with teams and adjusting permissions works very well Great audit statistics Relatively good user interface and user experience
Cons: Browser extension quite cramped and no way to expand No keyboard shortcut to fill matching credentials (Bitwarden has cmd+shift+L) No option to set how a website URL is matched (Bitwarden has several options) Autofill button injected into form fields often difficult or impossible to click, depending on the website's design
Olly B. · Senior IT Product Manager · Computer Games · January 22, 2025
Keeper is the best. I like the interface a lot and I am probably going to keep using it for a while.
Pros: Keeper is the first password manager I've used and likely will be the last. I like being able to organize strong passwords and share them securely
Cons: It can be difficult to authorize additional devices for a web vault
Arka R. · Associate Scientist · Biotechnology · January 9, 2025
Perfect for sharing accounts with colleagues, and is perfect for all other passwords
Pros: Very easy to use, reliable and swift also
Cons: Master password, perhaps you can work in biometrics on personal devices like authenticator?
Jun H. · Customer Relationship Manager · Commercial Real Estate · January 6, 2025
been using it for 8+ years and it is a good value
Pros: fairly simple UI, mobile app, reasonable support and service
Cons: integration in browsers can be fairly wonky especially when the sites have separated authentication with application
Glenn G. · tech manager · Construction · January 3, 2025
Pros: The security features are top notch. I don't worry about the data in the platform.
Cons: The admin console is a bit clunky. It's getting better, but it's not the most intuitive.
Ryan C. · Cyber Security Manager · Hospital & Health Care · December 13, 2024
its been great both professionally and privately
Pros: ease of use and the fact that it can be used across all devices
Cons: that it automatically pops up all the time. i want to be able to control the auto fill easier
