Pros: It is very easy to use, has very little setup to move around. The app allows you to store and share files with ease, this makes collaborating with your team easy across whatever platforms you use. I used the free version, it does offer more storage for different pricing, but it is very accessible.

Cons: It can be confusing to use on the first try, it does have a learning curve, but once you get it, it is very useful.

Pros: Reliable file sharing and secure cloud storage make collaboration straightforward. The interface is clean and integrates well with other tools for seamless workflows.

Cons: Pricing can be relatively high compared to alternatives, especially for smaller teams. Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, which can limit accessibility.

Pros: It's nice to have easy access to documents shared to your file. Easy to download and save to your file as needed.

Cons: That if you don't log in for a while it's like you have to get a reset password to log back in. Time consuming when need documents quickly.

Pros: Box is a decent file storage program that allows for ease of access to files on the cloud. It has helped with team collaboration and productivity, especially in terms of storing, organizing, and sharing video files.

Cons: Box has upload speed and file size limitations that make it very cumbersome to upload large video files. Uploads time out or have errors and require starting over. There's also no system in Box to help with organizing files. I wish they would implement an AI system, like Hey Eddie, that can scan files, describe them, group them into folders, and tag them so they're easy to find and search for. It's very difficult to do that manually all the time, especially when working on a small team that works on 24 events a year. The manual time it takes to sort things correctly in Box cuts into our productivity,

Pros: It is easy to collaborate on documents. I can leave comments or propose changes in the text - it is very handy for articles and other documents, because we have a lot of people involved in the content creation and coordination.

Cons: The interface might be confusing for less technically sophisticated people. I had to create a video tutorial on commenting because some colleagues couldn't figure out how to open the document and leave their notes.

Pros: The ability to send an "upload" only link to someone is a great feature when working with external people. It allows them to upload their files without being able to view or access the original folder or see what other people may have uploaded. The folder structuring is pretty standard compared to other platforms but Box does a really good job with granular collaboration permissions from the parent folder and down. Configuring organization wide settings is easy to setup as well. UI is modern, clean, and easy to navigate.

Cons: Box is a little on the pricier side when compared to other platforms and some of the more advanced features are hidden behind an additional license/add-on. There is no native "team/shared folder" feature. If you need to create a team/shared folder, it has to be created within someone's individual account. You essentially need to start off with creating a service account user and then creating all your team/shared folders within that service account.

Pros: I like that you can add to it from anywhere. It works well when working with people outside your company to deliver documents to you.

Cons: There is not really anything I do not like about it. It works very well for my company and sharing documents.

Pros: Box is hands down the most robust document management solution in existence! It integrates with some of the most powerful tools out there like Salesforce. The ability to have collaboration similar to Microsoft or Google, is crucial. Especially when integrated with other tools. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Support is top tier and always has a solution.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. This application has yet to show me any signs of faults. While it can be cumbersome to setup with integrations, it still is superior.

Pros: Mi è piaciuta soprattutto la semplicità d’uso: l’interfaccia è intuitiva e permette di caricare, organizzare e condividere file in modo rapido. Apprezzo molto anche la possibilità di collaborare facilmente con altre persone, grazie alle funzioni di condivisione e modifica in tempo reale. Un altro aspetto positivo è l’accessibilità da diversi dispositivi, che rende il lavoro più flessibile. Infine, la sicurezza dei dati e le opzioni di controllo degli accessi mi danno fiducia nell’utilizzo della piattaforma anche per contenuti importanti.

Cons: Tra gli aspetti meno convincenti di Box c’è sicuramente la velocità, che a volte risulta inferiore rispetto ad altre piattaforme, soprattutto con file di grandi dimensioni. Anche la gestione delle cartelle può diventare poco immediata quando la struttura è complessa. Alcune funzionalità avanzate non sono così intuitive e richiedono tempo per essere comprese. Inoltre, rispetto ad altri servizi simili, lo spazio offerto nei piani base può risultare limitato. Infine, l’integrazione con alcune app esterne non è sempre fluida e può creare qualche difficoltà operativa.

Pros: I really appreciated how secure and organized everything feels in Box. It’s easy to upload, share, and manage files, especially when collaborating with others. The permission settings are very detailed, which made it simple to control who could view or edit documents.

Cons: The interface can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when navigating through multiple folders. It occasionally takes a few extra clicks to find what I need compared to other platforms.

Pros: Storage on the go and access from every device easily and securely. Can setup multiple devices simultaneously

Cons: So far nothing i can describe which can count as Cons. But prices for high capacity storage may effect aomw users

Pros: I work with multiple clients on multiple projects daily so the secure external collaboration is perhaps the most important feature to me and my work!

Cons: No cons! I think Box uses strategic AI to help automate workflows and that has proven to be a huge asset to our teams and clients!

Pros: Easy to connect/integrate with multiple other services and allows for CLI with RClone that allows you to import entire companies directly via terminal.

Cons: 15GB limit and the need for splitting apart larger files can be difficult at times, but it's easily solved with some minor terminal commands. Box really doesn't have any serious drawbacks and seems to have all the features any other service would

Pros: Box give a space to save big folders and movies it helps to organize your folders by names save the space on pc.

Cons: It needs subscription, I will not always be able to get foe free in my work unless my work offer it for free.

Pros: Now, I like that Box improved its overall speed of use, organizational improvements, and a less obtrusive authentication procedure.

Cons: There's nothing I dislike about Box right now, since I feel that it actually acted on my concerns previously.

Pros: I liked how easy Box (cloud content management) makes it to store, organize, and securely share files with others. Its simple interface and strong collaboration features make managing documents and working with teams very convenient.

Cons: There isn't too much of a downside for my company personally, but their pricing can be high for smaller teams, and occasionally the upload and syncing speeds feel slower compared to some competitors.

Pros: Super easy product that allowed for sharing large files with individuals outside of my organization.

Cons: No features were lacking, however I had some android users who had some minor challenges with the set up.

Pros: It has the feature to upload and keep very heavy files any excel, documents, which is not possible to share and access on outlook

Cons: Ask for access for logging in, like there are two access window to acknowledge either own company or outside the company, the consent and login to be provided , if outside ethe company, email is required to access the file. This step is mandatory to work every time on same file - box feature

Pros: Ease of use with amazing customer support and the value for the money is one you cant beat it’s why we use it

Cons: At fist we had some issues with setting uo but whe we spoke to support they explained to u easily hiw to fix the issue

Pros: It was easy to use, share and manage documents with other team members and proper access management for the collaborations. Solid cloud storage.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. The tool demonstrated solid, fast and un-interrupted performance for cloud file management purposes.

Pros: When I needed to collaberate with other people, it was excellent to enable and for us all to work together seamlessly.

Cons: Not always intuitive to use, but I have managed to work well with it. Other than that, I have found it really useful.

Pros: Box sign is integrated into the system I currently use. I can draft and share the document right from the system and it will track when it was views, opened and signed for audit purposes. Price is great for what it does.

Cons: The automated reminders could use some work and I find once I send a document it is hard to make an edit if I need. I would delete and re-send
