Great classroom management tools, such as attendance, lesson planning, activity tracking, and progress monitoring. 5. Secure platform that keeps children’s data safe. 6. Strong customer support, quick to respond and helpful with onboarding and troubleshooting. 7. Time-saving for teachers, because many administrative tasks can be done directly in the app.

Cons: 1. Only one text font available, and there’s currently no option to highlight text, which would be very helpful for emphasizing important information.

Pros: The interface, the way you talk to parents, transparency and the way customer support helps you. It’s a great way to keep it touch.

Cons: the fact that you cannot work in multiple windows, for different locations, and sometimes the pictures don't always load at the correct size

Pros: What I like most about the Kinderpedia app is that I have all the information in one place — including the billing section.

Cons: Uploading photos and videos is a bit more difficult and takes a little too long. Apart from that, I’m satisfied with all the features it offers for our kindergarten.

Pros: The fact thay I can use it easily both in my phone and laptop.Marking is easy as well. I use the mail app to send weekly reports to parents.

Cons: The mail app doesn't save a draft and the live chat doesn't allow forwarding messages from a group to another.

Pros: What I liked most about Kinderpedia is that it offers a complete and intuitive platform that greatly simplifies administrative and communication tasks within the school. The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to manage schedules, gradebooks, attendance, and communication with students and parents all in one place saves time and reduces errors. I also appreciate the transparency it creates between teachers, students, and parents, as well as the way it efficiently digitalizes educational processes.

Cons: Honestly, I didn’t find any major disadvantages while using Kinderpedia. The platform is well-structured and efficient. However, if I had to mention something, it would be that certain features could load a bit faster during peak usage times, but overall, the experience has been very positive.

Cons: Scheduling activities. The module has some bugs, nothing major, refreshing the page fixes it. Schedules need to be created for every class, no option ( that I know of ) to schedule an activity for more classes at the same time.

Pros: I think it's easy to use. It's easy to send messages to parents and I like that I can post stuff using the app in real time.

Cons: In Progress and Plan, it takes too long to amend student grades. It can't be done more than 1 at a time.

Pros: Easy to use and very helpful in managing groups and collaboration with parents. Also easy to manage classes and students due to the check-in function.

Cons: There are no problems that I could actively point out. The app does what we need it to do and I'm not aware of anything that could be *liked less* about it.

Cons: - Needs a better sort and search function for newsfeed - Full day students in two different classes check out and then need to check in again scares parents - Parents can’t sign to acknowledge reading or reply with choices (like google form) - Cannot do analysis child’s first day and last day at school - Children’s portfolio cannot be done on system yet (can’t personalise enough) - System suddenly down and need to wait working hours to resume but different time zone - Can’t download or extract data per year to have backup - Follow up message in Quick Message cannot see how many parents has read and the latest message is shown at the bottom instead of top, many parents always missed that

Pros: Great suport and the continuous development of the services. very cool student progress module. looking forward to whats comming next.

Cons: some comunication modules/features are missing but the team is great in taking not of them and hopefully will add the features soon

Pros: What I like most about Kinderpedia is how it brings together all the essential tools for school management in one intuitive and reliable platform. The electronic gradebook, attendance, and communication modules are extremely well integrated and save a huge amount of administrative time. As an administrator, I appreciate how easy it is to manage user roles, generate reports, and support my colleagues. As a teacher, I value the clarity and efficiency of communication with students and parents — everything is transparent and accessible in real time. The platform is stable, secure (cloud-hosted on AWS), and constantly improving with regular updates. The Kinderpedia team is also very responsive and open to feedback, which makes collaboration a real pleasure.

Cons: There’s very little to dislike. Sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slower on older devices, and I’d love to see more offline features for entering grades or attendance without an internet connection. However, the platform is continuously improving, and updates often address these aspects.

Pros: The fact that after setting everything up the teachers can just open the app and mark kids as present or absent really fast. Also the comunicantion with parents is nice Also the support team really helpful and fast.

Cons: There are sometimes ocasions when on activities the students list doesnt load at all, no mater if you refresh or log out and log in Also I think you should be able to move activities in the past too and create recurring ones in the pas.

Pros: It is easy to navigate through it once get used to it. The option of selecting all for one mark is great

Cons: However, it would be useful if the attendance could be marked once a day for Primary School, as opposed to every lesson separately.

Pros: The ease of use and accessibility for all my data across all the centers I'm managing. I can usually find out anything I'm looking for within a minute. Also loving the response time with Kinderpedia staff at anytime there are problems.

Cons: I would like a little more customizability in some modules (filters, sorting, etc). Customized reporting would be a HUGE plus for us.

Cons: This helps us to communicate more effectively and the parents are more relaxed. In an age of technology, it is much easier for parents to receive information about their child with a simple "click"

Pros: How fast they are moving with updating and upgrading their product with customer needs. When we look at educational realm, there is little time to take care of admin and financial stuff, though are important, yet not as the mission and objectives that we have as educational institution. Their proactive approach is highly appreciate and very professional.

Cons: I see nothing to dislike. Even though sometimes we might have some challenges their reaction and communication is outstanding.

Pros: The management of the school, communication with parents became more easy and everything is in one place.

Cons: The translation still needs some polishing. Occasionally, the text appears in two languages, or the translation is wrong.
