ARCHICAD

Pros: very high level of usability from a Bim standpoint, helpful through the entire building design process.

Cons: The price, per seat per month was just more than we were looking to spend as we added more employees. Did not feel like it would grow at our pace.

Pros: Its ease of use makes it very easy to pick up

Cons: its interface is not very appealing to new users

Pros: The features were intuitive and convenient to use. Also, the program runs easily even if the computer specification is not good.

Cons: Increasingly, the more advanced what I was trying to learn, the longer it took and the lower the performance compared to other programs. It was a pity that there were sometimes no basic functions in other programs.

Pros: 2D Zeichnungen erstellen, Grundrisse, Lagepläne, etc

Cons: 3D Modelle erstellen ist relativ schwierig und besonders runde Formen sind fast unmöglich. Alles ist auf einfaches Einfamilienhaus entwerfen ausgerichtet

Pros: Easy to use, lots of new functionalities, creates a 3D model as you go and it is super easy to get the 2D from it.

Cons: A bit expensive and it tales a while to learn.

Pros: Software molto facile da usare ed intuitivo, anche per chi è neofita

Cons: Per la mia necessità grafica di elaborazione rendering, non ho trovato inconvenienti

Pros: Contrairement à d'autres logiciels ARCHICAD est conçu pour des dessins bâtiments et très rapide quand je dessine avec cet logiciel

Cons: ARCHICAD est très lent voir ne peut pas fonctionner avec des ordinateurs à faible puissance.

Pros: World class software, easy to use. great customer support. a more morden way to do architecture

Cons: To pricey.the priceing is jut too much affect solo practices who cant afford it

Pros: this software is very good thanks to its rendering, and with it you don't have to draw the internal elements of a house yourself.

Cons: I find that the dashboard of the new versions of this software can disturb those who are not used to the previous versions.

Pros: It's BimX and TeamWork Tool. Also the ability to free form design like in Sketchup.

Cons: No automatic rafter tail option, and no custom lintle tool for doors and windows.

Pros: Un logiciel très satisfaisant du point de vue de sa précision , du degré de travail et de finesse . Très efficace pour l'architecte comparant à Autocad par exemple , c'est un gain de temps tout en restant professionnel précis et correcte dans les documents que l'on produit.

Cons: Pas à ma connaissance, Come tout logiciel la clé est la pratique sur ce dernier.

Pros: ARCHICAD est un logiciel qui facilite l'achitecture 3D et également permet de gérer une construction.

Cons: ARCHICAD est un logiciel qui nécessite un temps d'adaptation préalable pour mieux cerner les fonctionnalités qu'il propose.

Pros: Can model both schematically and detailed. Like the aesthetics of the 3d window. Love graphic overrides. I'm a mac user so its nice to not have to spilt my operating system to accommodate a pc based software.

Cons: Wish its object library were more residential focused.

Pros: visualisation 3d parféte par rapport a d'autre logeciel

Cons: les élément de structure du projet font pas l'objet d'une bonne gestion aprés la réalisation

Pros: Easy to build the models and generate the presentation and construction drawings.

Cons: Take a while to get used to the software from AutoCAD.

Pros: Un logiciel d'architecture très géant dans l'univers du BIM, ARCHICAD est l'outil la plus facile à utiliser et en général un logiciel plus simple qui a permis à notre entreprise d'atteindre le résultat souhaité. Ses multiples fonctionnalités nous permet de partager des fichiers de projet avec nos clients et nos collaborateurs.

Cons: ARCHICAD présente un prix assez élevé, les possibilités de modélisation sont très limitées.

Pros: Completezza delle librerie e utilizzo molto intuitivo

Cons: Complesse le funzioni del 3D. Richiede un PC ad elevate prestazioni. Costo elevato e necessita l’acquisto di AutoCad

Pros: It is a good software for designing with BIM language.

Cons: It is too complicated in compare with Revit. I am happy that I switched from Archicad definitely.But I know that a lot of people say it about Revit compared with Archicad so I guess this is more a personal opinion.

Pros: Easy switch between 2d and 3d information. Good render function. Great for teamwork. Easy to get qauntities.

Cons: Cost are high. There should be a plugin for price calculation of design based on location and complexity. No plugin yet for Enscape for Mac users

Pros: Its a bim program and thats about it i think.

Cons: The only reason we use archicad is simply that it is slightly better than revit. The problem with the program is that instead of cleaning up the extreme amount of mess they simply add useless new features constantly... which piles ontop of a thousand other useless things, making it less and less intuitive with every release. The absolute biggest problem though is simply how insanely badly optimized the program is. It simply doesnt matter how strong a computer you have... you will sit and wait for that blue circle spinning round and round for ages....

Pros: The key feature that I like is the ability to create a complete digital model of a building, including all architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, and roofs.

Cons: What I like the least is the simultaneous work on a project, in other words, collaboration. I have encountered several bugs when using it.

Pros: Plusieurs aspects rendre archicad agréable au moment d'utilisation d'abord les outils de dessinRendu 3D mètre bim.........

Cons: L'aspect le moins apprécié c'est le prix

Pros: I am using it as part of my Diploma Course and having never used CAD before, it is quite intuitive to learn and use

Cons: None that I can find at the moment, but I have only been using a few week
