Pros: The chapter management functionality within the overall system is great. I also really like the Facebook style community forum functionality and ability to create events for your community.

Pros: Es una herramienta muy intuitiva. La atención y acompañamiento durante el onboarding y posterior es muy buena.
Cons: La configuración suele ser un poco tediosa o pesada pero vale la pena. Cuando vas avanzando y completando todo es una maravilla. Las platillas de los eventos son muy cuadradas, ojalá se puediera personalizar más.

I have found all the staff, sales, implementation, account management and support very helpful. They are patient and timely. The membership management and event management (including all connections to the finance application) work well. They give you great visibility and look very professional. Users can easily access their event registrations and membership invoices, and it is easy to communicate via the email templates. Although a little basic, they really do cover everything you should need. The easy-to-market event templates have saved us so much time. This is a great application and a great value for money.
Pros: Event Management and Contact Management were easy for the user to navigate and integrate into our website.
Cons: Although integration was quite simple, you did have to (with Glueup's help) integrate and set up on your own.

Overall experience with Glue Up was very positive! The software is modern and user friendly with a lot of customization to the data collected and displayed. Staff are great and the onboard process was pretty well documented and largely helpful.
Pros: The software interface for users is very modern and the social media-style community makes the experience very approachable. The workflow and automation for membership is going to make my life, come renewal time, SO much easier. Price was very reasonable for all it includes!
Cons: We were sold on the promise of a couple features that weren't actually available so that was frustrating (ex. shopping cart for purchase of tickets to multiple different events). I also wish the integration with QBO was more robust for custom invoices.

Glue Up staff is friendly and helpful. Having a platform that connects an online community, events and membership in one location is very helpful for our organization.
Pros: Glue Up is constantly adding and refining new features and has excellent customer support. The member community platform is well designed.
Cons: Managing contacts in the database is a learning curve. There are multiple places a contact exists which isn't always intuitive.

I would use another system completely. I manage multiple associations and this system is NOT one I would recommend.
Pros: Fairly easy to figure out campaigns and community. I tried to give it a fair shot despite what my members told me the first week on the job. But, this is NOT a sophisticated membership database.
Cons: Seasoned Assn Veteran. NOT an innovative system. If you are ok with spending staff time figuring out reports, waiting on customer service and work arounds, this is the platform for you. Associations poll members...not with Glue Up. Association communities like to search for a conversation, not with Glue Up. Want to change static things on your website like the year of an event? Not in Glue Up...their staff control typical yearly changes. Change in staff and need to change the picture or contact info, don't ask Glue Up staff. They are very slow to change.

The experience has been very good with the team being very responsive. The team always gives us assistance when we reach out.
Pros: Being able to send out mass emails to our members. It makes membership engagement easier while also being able to see how many people are engaging.
Cons: Not being able to create membership payment plans. Some of our members would like to join but can only pay on a monthly basis and not the full yearly amount.

It has been good onboarding was difficult and needs improvement. We were told things that really didn't happen and data merge did not do what we were told it would do.
Pros: Event registration and management is easy you can tell the platform started as an event management software.
Cons: Finance fees on ticket transactions and cost of product. Managing memberships and contacts is too cumbersome. Need more ways to manage and merge memberships for groups.

I have had considerable experience in almost every module in Glue up (1+ year) and I can say that I appreciate the contacts and event data gathering that assists us in reaching our equity goals.
Pros: We like Glue Up for the ability to integrate several different areas of work into one platform, simplifying tasks and data.
Cons: Some features are not available yet, or are pretty basic. ( follow up surveys) Some advances features require an upgrade to your plan.

It's great to have a proper CRM / AMS with all our membership in one place. It has also helped us think through our decisions as an association.
Pros: We have been pleased with the customer service, ease of use, and the event capabilities of the Glue Up. As the communications director, it has given me more ways to connect with the membership. It's a great value!
Cons: We had some minor struggles with our own understanding of the dues collection setup the first time around. But customer support got us back on track, and we're all set up for next year.

So far the overall experience has been positive. We have been engaging with the training modules and meetings and they have been very helpful. We have also engaged with GlueUp via other organisations and have had a positive experience.
Pros: GlueUp is intuative and systematic in it's coinstruction. Support us great and resources that are provided are clear and allow access as needed. We are looking forward to using the tools associated with newsletters and other communication tools.
Cons: We are an NPO and there is currently no donation option so we are using the event management to "sell" tickets as a way to donate. We are eager to see how GlueUp develops this option going forward.

Pros: The platform offers an impressive range of functionalities that significantly streamline our work, and the customer service team is always extremely efficient and responsive.
Cons: With so many functionalities, it can take some time to fully explore and understand all the features, especially for new users, but once familiar, the platform works very smoothly.

Pros: Customer Support, Event Management, Event Registration, and Value for Money are all hallmarks of what makes this a great platform.
Cons: It can be very technical, and it has limited templates for Campaigns. We would also appreciate the ability to load our own templates.

Pros: The interface and required navigation for Glue Up is beyond user friendly. The customer support was readily available if I had any questions or concerns. Great value for your money. I used this software for Events registration and also sales management.
Cons: I did not experience any cons as of yet with the software. The software worked as needed and has been an asset to my business.

Pros: Customer Service is great. The platform is easy to learn and when you run into any tech issues Glue Up support can help solve the problem with a quick response rate.
Cons: There seemed to be some issues with the QuickBooks integration that caused issues for our accounting. That has since been resolved but it makes we wary to trust the system completely.

This platform tries to do it all for associations and does no one thing well and almost everything poorly. Navigating around is slow and difficult; members information is difficult to organize; reporting functionality is very basic, limited to filters; information is scattered, not allowing you to compare and analyze critical data; email builder is awful; deliverability is bad; website content management is locked down so you have to wait two weeks to make any type of update; customer support is slow and terrible, revolving door of new staff and account managers. Don’t be fooled by the low annual fee, you will pay for it either by having to hire consultants or additional staff to manage it for you, or spend all of your time trying to figure out how this slow, bulky, cumbersome thing works.
Pros: It’s easy to access your members and contacts, but that’s it. They’ve put a lot of thought into functionality and set it up logically, unfortunately not from a simple user experience point of view.
Cons: No flexibility; difficult to navigate; cannot customize many of the communications messages; website content management is very restrictive; customer support responsiveness is extremely slow.

The team was supportive throughout our website project and worked closely with us to bring it to life. Like any new system, there was a learning curve, and we did experience a few technical hiccups early on, such as a data upload that required some manual adjustments. Training new staff has taken a bit more time than expected due to the platform's complexity, and some of our project meetings felt a little rushed. However, we recognize the Glue Up team is balancing multiple clients, and they’ve always made an effort to support us when it matters. Despite a few bumps along the way, we’ve seen the benefits of using a comprehensive platform like Glue Up and are excited to keep exploring its full potential.
Pros: We’ve really enjoyed working with Glue Up because of how versatile and user-friendly the platform is. It allows us to manage our membership efficiently, host virtual events with ease, and even create micro websites—all in one place. One of the standout aspects of our experience was the exceptional support from the Glue Up team. They were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire website development process, helping us bring our vision to life and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Cons: While our overall experience with Glue Up has been positive, there were a few areas that proved challenging. During a mass data upload, several sections didn’t transfer correctly, which required us to spend time manually fixing the issues. The platform itself isn’t very beginner-friendly, and because it’s not widely known, it’s been difficult to get new staff up to speed quickly. The website development process also had some hiccups—we had to make several rounds of edits because the structure for submitting content wasn’t clearly outlined from the start. Additionally, the biweekly meetings felt rushed, limited to just 30 minutes, and often gave the impression that the team was stretched thin. In one instance, the Zoom link provided didn’t work, and after 15 minutes of no response, we were only left with half the time and weren’t offered an extension. While we understand they may be managing many clients, it was frustrating to feel like we weren’t a priority during key moments of the process.

Glue Up helps us streamline and centralise many aspects of our work as an association secretariat. It connects CRM, events, communications, membership management, and payments all in one platform, which saves us time and gives us a full overview of our members’ engagement in just a few clicks. Instead of switching between tools, we can see everything in one place: who our members are, what events they've joined, which invoices are pending, and how active they are in the community. This level of integration has made our admin work more efficient and has allowed us to offer a more personalised and professional experience to our members.
Pros: The CRM system is a standout feature. It's incredibly well-integrated, allowing us to easily access all relevant information about our members in one place—from contact details and event attendance to payment history and engagement level. This makes it so much easier to stay on top of our relationships and respond to members’ needs quickly. The platform also makes communication simple and efficient. We can send out targeted emails, notifications, and campaigns to the exact audience we want to reach, all from within the system. That level of control and flexibility is incredibly helpful. The events module is another highlight. Setting up registration pages, ticketing, and managing attendees is intuitive and smooth. It saves us a lot of time and adds a very professional touch to our events. Overall, the platform brings everything together in one place, making it much easier to manage a community effectively.
Cons: The Knowledge Library is very useful and allows us to share important content, but visually, it could be more engaging or dynamic. The current design is fully functional, but a refresh could make it even more appealing for users exploring resources.

While we’ve suggested a few improvements, overall Glue Up has been effective in managing both events and memberships, and we find the platform to be user-friendly and well-aligned with our operational needs.
Pros: The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Ease of completing actions such as events set up, member details changes, campaign creation etc are great.
Cons: We have suggested a few improvements to our contact at Glue Up, there are a few limitations within certain modules - e.g. transitioning members in bulk to another member type, allocating partial payments to invoices, being able to process a partial refund without voiding the entire payment record, being able to export relevant information for event reporting
