They are very helpful in implementing the website to cater to all your needs. From check-ins to calls they make sure everything is working the way you want it to.
Pros: Easy to use, helps create friendly competition between salespeople, and their support staff is very helpful to make sure everything continues to run smooth. Once it is implemented the commission calculates daily and allows for users to track their sales and the payouts added to their payroll.
Cons: I wouldn't say there are any cons with Sales Cookie. Any issue you may have is easily resolved with their support staff to work out any quirks you may have. They respond quick and make sure they understand how you want it to work.

Cons: One minor downside is that some of the more advanced features can take a little time to learn at first, especially for new users. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to navigate.

Great, user-friendly system, highly responsive and knowledgeable staff. The program works just how you need it to and is customizeable for those "one offs" Has the ability to calculate multiple plans. Great product and team!
Pros: Their team is so responsive, very knowledgeable. They work quickly, and are always friendly. Their system is user friendly for both admin and participant.
Cons: I really don't have any issues with the system or the team. Any issues that have come up have been quickly addresses.

Found that it is very powerful and never fully used all of its functionality for my small operation but the integration with QBO was so helpful. That's the product. The team behind it really made it feel valuable as they continued to look for ways to automate things to help get info into our out of the system.
Pros: Works great - backed by personable, knowledgable, reachable support. Of course, the QBO integration. Workflows are intuitive enough.
Cons: Took a while to get terminology down (what they call 'credits' for example). The costs for each person being measured are reasonable considering the report and dashboard access that they have. It can add up though, if using the reduced aspect of no dashboard, but wanting to capture, say 20 different types of revenue. There is probably another way to slice that though.

I am excited about the possibility to calculate our commissions more efficiently and effectively. It is also a more economical strategy for our organization.
Pros: I am a new user, and it has been a pleasure working with the Team at Sales Cookie. They are insightful, very responsive, and deliver a high-quality service.
Cons: As a new user, I am finding it a bit difficult to learn how to access all the information in the platform. This not a deal breaker at all, it just requires more time and effort from me.

Overall, it's a great product with a great team. I would definitely pull them into another client if given the opportunity and need.
Pros: For the price, I doubt you could find a more flexible and well supported system for commissions calculations. I received a recommendation from another old colleague of mine who had used Sales Cookie and after a brief evaluation I made the recommendation to my client to use the platform. They had a complex calculation which included the integration of data from two or three other systems via their API. Their onboarding team was great, got it implemented in short order (relative to how long others have taken) and the continued support from them were a pleasure to work with and reasonable from a cost perspective.
Cons: As an accountant, I found the reporting more geared towards the Sales leadership and reps rather than the financial reporting side of things. For example, it wasn't until after we were using the platform for several months that they were able to build in a report that would easily calculate and present the commissions expense and liabilities. That said - they did eventually get it there and usable.

I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking to give their reps a deeper look into what their pipeline is and the potential for paid rewards.
Pros: Great team and great product. Helped the company streamline commissions and add visibility for the reps.
Cons: Not much, a few bumps getting set up, but well supported. [sensitive content hidden] is a key player and was invaluable.

This was a great new implementation for us and provides our producers with an organized place for all commissions.
Pros: They were very knowledgeable and quick on implementation. They were able to handle several commission structures in one program.
Cons: I have not found anything I do not like at this time. They have been able to handle everything we have been asked to program.

Pros: The Sales Cookie team has been incredible every step of the way. From making the onboarding process smooth and answering all questions that came up. They were able to build out functionality that accounts for even the most nuanced plan. The platform is affordable for a company of our size without losing out on any of the value. The team continues to go above and beyond answering any question or inquiry that comes up. They really are just the best.

Aside from the fact that the solution works perfectly, we valued the most our interactions with the design and support teams. They are superb in resolving and bringing the right resources to address any issues we faced.
Pros: What I liked the most is ease of use. It was critical for us being a small company and having a reduced staff dedicated to sales compensation.
Cons: We did not find any issues with our sales plan implementations and commissions payouts. We do have some complexity in our sales compensation plans, but those situations were addressed without delay.

We are very pleased with the way Sales Cookie has taken control of our commission report. Our sales reps have also been pleased.
Pros: Sales Cookie has solved one of the most challenging and time consuming problems in our business. What took several hours each month to calculate sales broker commissions now takes minutes.
Cons: There is a relatively steep learning curve with onboarding and navigating through the dashboards. However customer service team is exceptional in setting up the calculations to suit your needs.

I now have 5 years using this products, and my experience with both the platform and the Sales Cookie team has been extremely positive. I have worked with a broad spectrum of systems, from excel commission statements to Varicent, and I find Sales Cookie has the ease of Excel and the accuracy of Varicent, without all the respective headaches.
Pros: Cost effective sales commission calculation and reporting platform with easy user interface for administrators and reps. Security was easy and intuitive, and Customer Support was unparalleled.
Cons: Prebuilt sales analytics not always useful, but product easily plugs into other reporting tools. Potential con for some users might be it's not always straightforward to make plan changes yourself, but in my experience, the customer support team is so helpful and responsive, I can email them what I need and they make it happen for me.

Overall, our experience onboarding Sales Cookie has been excellent. The platform has made it significantly easier to manage and automate our complex sales commission structures, which were previously all handled manually in Excel. The setup process took a bit of time upfront, but [sensitive content hidden] and the team was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout. Making the implementation virtually pain-free. Now implemented, Sales Cookie offers transparent and real-time dashboards for our partners, which has significantly reduced the number of compensation-related inquiries. From an administrative standpoint, it saved our accounting teams countless hours during month-end and reduced errors and manual corrections.
Pros: - Ease of Use: Sales Cookies user interface is clean and easy to use, both for admins and our sales reps. - No complex coding knowledge needed: you are able to create and adjust commission rules and plans with ease. - Supports complicated Commission Plans: Supports multi-tier, quota-based, and team-based incentives. Automates plan calculations so nothing is missed -Excellent Implementation & Customer Support: Incredibly helpful team that did a huge amount of the implementation lift and went over and beyond on confirming that the systems was set up to our specific needs. Cons: - Slight Learning Curve for Complex Plans: Sales Cookies is overall pretty user-friendly, but setting up highly customized or multi-variable plans can be time-consuming and overwhelming at first. Outstanding experience! This program has saved us hours in time in managing our sales commissions. Their support is better than any other I have experienced with other programs.
Pros: The program is easy to understand and easy to use. We have the automater set up which automatically uploads our transactions from a csv file. Adding information to this file is much less timely than adding transactions individually. Sales Cookie support is off the charts! They are ALWAYS responsive and in a quick manner. They are always willing to help look at errors, assist in setting up a new employee, etc. It is their goal that we, as users, have an easy experience with the program. This program has made managing our sales commission SO much easier.
Cons: It would be beneficial to see the view that our employees can see from the Admin portal. Our employees will ask for guidance to find information and my view is different in the Admin portal so I am not familiar with their portal.
