The support team goes thoroughly through the management of the software and it has been a joy to work with them. The tools given have helped improved my efficiency as a gym owner. A lot less spreadsheets are needed.
Pros: The software is perfect for what I need to successfully manage clients and track measurable progress through the metrics given. Great value for money with above and beyond support.
Cons: The only down side would be there is a learning curve, like any new software. However a video library is given for assistance along with a quick responsive support team along with zoom meetings to walk through any problems you might have.

Gym lead keeps me connected with members with ease, saves me time, therefore money with their comprehensive autoflows. Personable support team!
Pros: KILO service and support is outstanding. I appreciate that they are working weekly to add features that support their current customers needs and requests. Love the team.
Cons: the expansion of the GMS billing in the software is a little limiting for al la carte invoicing and scheduling, but optimistic they will get there as they are progressive at building out features.

Every step from my data transfer to the current day has been seamless. The answer to practically any question you could have is available in their help library, and if you can’t find it or fix the issue they have always been able to assist me within 24 hours.
Pros: The customer service is phenomenal. To the point where they will open up my account and send a screen recorded video demonstrating how to perform tasks.
Cons: I have yet to have a single bad experience. My only issue I have had has been scheduling appointments long term, but with recent updates they have fixed that issue.

Cons: Been with them from the start , i just dont like to speak to multiples people. But i recognize that multiples specialist solved really quickly your problem.

A bit of a learning curve at first but the customer service & help behind the scenes is the best I’ve ever had. They so clearly care about the client and are working very hard behind the scenes to upgrade ever piece of this intricate system.
Pros: Kilo’s ability to listen & take action on feedback. Same with questions, They so quickly fire back a helpful loom with a step by step.
Cons: The user interface on the app is a little raw and challenging to learn however each month they are making updates and upgrading it piece by piece - it will undoubtedly be a masterpiece in no time!

Cons: Just waiting on workout tracking so we can have all our software in one so it's easier to manage our members.

Pros: The customer service is incredible! The system is easy to use and any time we have questions or need help their team is right on it.
Cons: We started with Kilo very early in their development stages, so some features have taken longer to come out than I would like.

We've been a long time user of Kilo and we don't plan to change that any time soon. We've been able to make important business decisions based on the data that Kilo offers our business.
Pros: Customer service is out of this world. I honestly can't think of another company who does it better! The response time is top notch on any customer inquiry.
Cons: This isn't a Kilo problem but more so an 'us' problem, the software can be so big that it's tough to optimize with our entire team. There is so much that can be done; customization, automation, etc. that sometimes it can be overwhelming.

Pros: The service, anytime i have a question, they help immediately. Always ready to help me. Which is great because i need things spelling out to me.
Cons: There hasnt been anything i dont like. It mkaes my life so much easier. Before Kilo i struggled with organisation as well as putting systems in place.

Top notch. I have never had the owner of a tech company reach out to see how they could help me and my team.
Pros: The customer support is far and away the best part of Kilo.
Cons: When I try to do things on my own, I get lost. It is a very robust system and my brain doesnt speak computer all that well.

So amazing! I initially balked at the added cost- but we were still sending out email campaigns through our business email, downloading leads manually from meta and paying a third party to host our business phone line. I initially signed up with Kilo to better manage meta leads, but I'm a believer customer because of everything else the software can do. I wouldn't be able to hand off marketing, sales and customer relations without kilo's tools. As happy as I am with their product, I am a committed customer because of their support! Incredible response times, incredible help - they won't just push you to a help article if you need more - and they treat you like a business partner, not just a customer. Thank you Kilo team!
Pros: I love the support! There is so much their products can do, but their customer and technical support is unrivaled! They are the most helpful company I have ever worked with, and on top of it, their response times are amazing! Their Gym Lead Machine tool is so robust- it is a necessary investment if you want to grow your gym and start having a team handle more of your marketing, sales and customer relations. The return on investment is incredible! You and your team will be so much more efficient, and GLM is SO much better than the patchwork processes we were using before with spreadsheets and multiple software platforms.
Cons: Gym Lead Machine is such a robust tool, which means that the onboarding process will take some time and the learning curve is a bit steep. They really invest in helping you get started, but at the end of the day, you will need to invest the time to really learn what the platform is capable of and how to best leverage it for your business.

Since the start my experience has been amazing. I am not very good with technology and usually mess things up but they walked me through everything and have worked hand and hand with me to learn everything and put all the services they offer into action to best serve my business. I am now able to do things with technology and automatons that I never even thought was possible, and that is all because of the team at Kilo.
Pros: The team at Kilo is top notch. They are always fast to help and answer all my questions . Customer service is a huge deal for me and Kilo is the best!
Cons: I have nothing negative to say about Kilo. When outages or issues pop up they communicate well and go above and beyond to correct. Myself and my team could not be happier with there services Kilo offers.

Great service and support. We have regular check-ins with the team, which are very helpful, and the support team quickly resolves any issues. It definitely helps us generate more revenue, and it would be much more expensive if we had to use separate service providers or platforms for all functions.
Pros: The "all in one" Plattform for my gym marketing. Great support and continuous development of the product and service.
Cons: For the money you get a lot of features, but you will lose money if you don't use these many possibilities and don't take action yourself to use these features for yourself. You still have to take action ;-)

PHENOMENAL. I was skeptical when I first signed up for Gym Lead Machine, but it quickly transformed my business. The automations not only set my business apart but also gave me back valuable time—time I could invest in growing my business instead of constantly vetting calls and chasing leads. It took a huge load off my plate, making it easier to focus on what matters, like social media and emails. Now, I use all of their products, and they integrate so seamlessly that both my team and my members get a top-notch experience.
Pros: The customer service is truly unmatched. I get quick answers and support every time. They genuinely listen and are always willing to tailor their services to meet people’s needs. Plus, they regularly check-in and perform audits on your usage to ensure you’re happy with the product and know how to use it effectively. I’ve worked with my fair share of software companies, but none have CARED more than this one.
Cons: It’s still new, which means there’s so much room for growth. I will say that some aspects arnt always super intuitive, but they're always willing to walk you through anything you're not wrapping your brain around. They’re constantly refining and tailoring their product to make it even better. I’m excited to see how this company keeps making big moves to help people.

Tremendous - I'm so excited to be working with them. They are creating something awesome, and I am creating something (different) and awesome ... surrounding myself with people, services, systems, etc. that are eager makes a huge difference.
Pros: The customer service of Kilo is just ... WOW!
Cons: They are growing something new and amazing, and with that comes some inevitable clunkiness and growing pains. I need to repeatedly log in to the app and nudge it to "remember me" more often per week than I'd like, but that's just a few seconds of inconvenience.

I can't recommend this company enough if you are a gym brand. The product, the team, the service is all top notch and the price leaves you enough room in your budget to grow elsewhere. It's more than paid for itself and continues to be improved.
Pros: The customer service is absolutely the most responsive I've ever had with B2B software. Not only are they reactive, but they are proactive. They have rolled out solutions to problems before I identified them as problems, which means they aren't just going through the motions.
Cons: The thing I liked least for Kilo is the fact that they are so new that there's a lot of options that aren't there yet. As an early adopter, I knew this was going to be the case but it can be frustrating sometimes.
