Pros: Best part, I can turn off the ones I don't need and turn them back on later when I do.

Cons: It has tons of features. Some I didn't need... but I can turn off the ones I don't need, so that's not a problem.

Pros: From the little experience I had with PHP Point of Sale, it has been extremely positive despite the fact that it is not something in my area of study, and what I liked the most was its ability to manage inventories and generate detailed reports for the operational efficiency of the area. programming of the construction company and its incredible flexibility of the system has allowed us to customize it according to our specific needs, adapting it to the price structure and discounts of our company.

Cons: Although I was generally satisfied with PHP Point of Sale, I found some aspects that could be improved as the integration with other systems and tools was a bit complicated and requires additional technical knowledge.

Cons: * Offline mode could use some improvements. Users cannot look up items without barcodes nor credit cards can be saved for processing when back online.* Customer-facing display could be better integrated instead of relying on a separate tablet.* Cash drawers can't be opened without wasting a bit of receipt paper. Cash transactions required manual clicking to open.* Closing register report could be improved with more concise details.

Pros: Inventory control and transfer is a wow factor and its implementation makes PHP Point of Sale adaptable for use in Pharmacy Retail and Wholesale.

Cons: lack of inbuilt deep invoice and receipt customization.

Pros: Simple, easy to use, if you have knowledge in Excel you can transfer products, suppliers and customers in seconds. A lightweight program so you don't need to have a server or a supercomputer to manage it. You can work in the cloud or you can simply do it locally. It adapts to cell phones, laptops, tablets and you can access it from anywhere by creating a network that allows you to do it. We have been using it for years when it only had about 70mb of download.

Cons: It would be good to improve the way to search for products so that when the item number or barcode is not available, the search is done by item description. The other thing that could be improved would be (in my case) the account statements for customer accounts receivable. This applies to me because I have few customers to whom I grant credit.

Pros: Very thoroughly thought out product and does what we need a POS to do.

Cons: A few options not available, but will be addressed.

Pros: I have 2 locations and need a POS I could use with different currencies. It’s the best investment I made for my business.

Cons: I am appointment based so I would love to be able to use the calendar feature. Because it doesn’t currently connect to any external calendars, we have to copy and paste our customer information into the system.

Pros: We started a new business with this software and loved it, the setup process was simple and we never have any issues, keeps the store running smoothly

Cons: The e-commerce sync for Shopify is additional cost. And it could be improved just like connecting trough API, it can reduce the Shopify monthly extension fee

Pros: The ease of use and setup is second to none. The PHP point of sale software is well documented and if you can’t find something to help the support team is amazing

Cons: Only one vital draw back and that’s in the profit and loss report the expense is shown as w total instead of categories like how the sales and receiving is set up. I believe they are working on this to improve it this issue

Pros: It is written in PHP with MySql as its database. The core code fits 80% of our business demands. Cloud based allows remote access. With a direct access to the database, I am able to create scripts & reports that help to cover the 20% of our needs.

Cons: 1. We need more custom fields in the Expenses module where we can upload pdf, jpg files. 2. The warehouse inventory module is missing. I had to write additional scripts to fill in the missing gap.

Pros: The ease and ability to use. We run two computers on it simultaneously.

Cons: Bacodes can be hard to set-up depending on the size of the lables and the label printer you're using.

Pros: php based, easy to install and easy to query via mysql

Cons: single currency, inventory is very weak. the db design is not robust enough

Cons: We have had more happy customer by migrating to PHPPOS and cannot. complain about anything
