Ok but need to compromise with the creation date as we need to do excel sheet to tally between RO creation date and our date done date. We almost give up😥
Pros: Value for money. Can upload many pictures and mobile app is great with the filter and responses good
Cons: Ro use creation dates as the computing references and is very bad for business that use due date or date done date

The app is okay, but payment dates don’t sync correctly and cancelled orders still show profits.....
Pros: Value for Money, Ease of Use, Suitable for me, Able to see orders in calendar and see all statistics.
Cons: Online booking calendar, cannot turn it off Even if I set the payment date to last month, it still adds the amount to the current month. The system requires a profit entry for cancelled orders, even when no actual profit was made

Pros: That most devices are loaded and ease of use and manage repairs and print reciepts also easy to manage the work flow
Cons: Not that i can think of but would be nice for the app to connect to freeagent to feed data through and manage books

Overall its very good app and I like it, choosed between 4 major apps for computer and phone repair shop controll and this seemed to me the best one.
Pros: Very easy and intuitve interface, really good for computer/phone repair shop. I like that it is very good customizible.
Cons: I have had few problems with app and it took a few month to release patch that fixes it. But still they fixed it and now everything works as intended.

Waiting for an answer for more than a month، Wasting time and money, you can't talk to anyone other like the mafia system
Pros: There are no positives so there is no comment it would be an acceptable program but there is no point in it having bad customer service
Cons: Arrogant people, bad service Customer service is very bad and The price is exaggerated

Its great value for money but ultimately i have outgrown it in less than a year. The inability to manage my business with data is killing me now. We went from £80k to £250k in turnover and the product is great for achieving that.
Pros: Being able to move work through different status markers helps me manage large volumes of stuff. Having products and services is also great
Cons: Reporting functionality is awful. You cant even properly export so things like PowerBI is out. It is extremely hard to spot trends, track performance and generally manage your business

From our fist day we've had nothing but good experiences. The sales manager [sensitive content hidden] has been simply amazing & is a credit to RemOnline. Her product knowledge is staggering! Any questions I had (and believe me I had lots) she answered them, any template changes she help us. When we requested a google meet it was never a problem - she was always happy to help in any way she could. [sensitive content hidden] customer service is excellent & was a contributing factor to us as business purchasing this software!
Pros: The reason I like RemOnline is that is does it all, it's easy to use & you have the ability to edit multiple sections to suit your own business. Nothing is hard work.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say, the software is excellent!

I tried different plans of RemOnline, there are a lot of possibilities for small and big companies. Now I choose the right plan and have all necessary information about the orders in one place.
Pros: I used RemOnline for about 1 year for my bike service. Also I used it for my shop and rent of the bikes. It has all necessary for my daily work. Most of all I like templates for my rent and I send directly all work list to my clients.
Cons: Sometimes it's too slow and need time to wait to download some photos or documents.
