Pros: I like the ease of use as well as the versatility of the mobile app. It’s much easier to navigate than it is on the desktop version.
Cons: There aren’t any cons I have currently. I just started using Zoho so I’m still new to the platform! So far I’ve had a good experience

Overall experience: Overall, Zoho Backstage provides a solid, all-in-one environment for running events, from registration to reporting. It balances usability with powerful capabilities, especially if you are already using other Zoho apps. Even with a few limitations around customization and pricing tiers, it is a reliable choice for managing both virtual and in-person events.
Pros: What I like: Zoho Backstage makes it easy to plan and manage events with a clean interface and logical workflows that keep everything organized. The support resources and help content are useful when getting set up, and the platform continues to improve with regular updates. The built-in reporting and attendee data views make it straightforward to see who registered, who attended, and how each session performed.
Cons: What I don’t like: Some customization options, especially around event site design and certain advanced configurations, can feel limited or require extra time to figure out. Integrations and higher-tier features may also require moving up to more expensive plans, which is not ideal for smaller events or budgets.

Overall experience with Zoho Backstage is very positive. The team was very responsive, the the application was very easy to setup and use. For our small group event, this removed the stress of information dissemination from the organizing committee to the attendess.
Pros: Zoho Backstage was extremely easy to set up and use. The user interface felt intuitive, and the platform offers a wide range of features. I found the website design tool straightforward and user-friendly, with plenty of customization options available. The white-labeled mobile app also provided a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees. Setting up rooms was simple, and managing ticket statuses was efficient. Creating and updating the agenda was hassle-free, allowing for quick changes without needing technical assistance. Customer support was responsive and easy to reach. While we opted for the offline payment method, the online payment integrations appeared very promising.
Cons: There was no option for attendees to upgrade their rooms and pay the difference, which led to room cancellations and the need for re-registrations. The user interface for the Profile menu was inconsistent between the Android and iOS apps. On the mobile app, attendee profiles appeared in a very small font, causing most people to overlook the social media links on the page. Additionally, only one custom form was available, even though multiple forms would have been helpful since we needed to collect information from participants at different stages before the event. Lastly, having a hands-on training session five days before the event would have enabled us to make better use of the product during the event itself.

The experience overall was wonderful. Great value for the money, with a robust event ticketing system.
Pros: We have used Zoho backstage for two events over the past two years, and each experience was better than we could have imagined. As we used the platform/app we found more and more features that really simplified managing and executing our events. It was easy to set-up and integrate with our other platforms to help generate complete overview on how all aspects of the event were performing. Our exhibitors and event attendees also made the most of the features. The customer support was first class, quick and accommodating. I would highly recommend and will continue to use it in the future.
Cons: Crickets... nothing bad about our experience with the application or it's performance. It was easy to use and full of wonderful features.

It was not simple enough to use. It probably works great if you have a team to dedicate to it. You need to put time into it.
Pros: Customer support. There was a lot to this product. They are willing and capable of explaining it in its many depths if you have the time to put into it or the team.
Cons: There was so much to navigate and understand to make it usable for the small business. We wanted a product that was up and running quickly with minimal effort

I used this while doing production support for a software company. Customers could easily submit tickets to the system and we got notified immediately via email when new tickets came in. Communication back and forth with customers was also easy, and we could attach documents to our replies. Overall a simple yet effective tool.
Pros: Easy to use and navigate the software. Customers needed little to no training as it was very intuitive.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like - the product had all the features I needed and it worked well, never went down.

Pros: I noted that Zoho Backstage has a great feature of payment transactions’ management. They also accept, and make payments through cash, cheque and digital means for payment thus it will not be a problem for me to make arrangements of the preferred style to suit any attendee.
Cons: One of the problems they have reported is a limited number of integration opportunities with some programs used to work with accounts. Despite having integrated my ticket selling platform directly to my accounting system I had to spend more time inputting the data manually.

Used to be the best event management tool out there but when it was separated from Zoho One license it became completely useless.
Pros: Great suite of tools that includes website, event management, multiple ticket tiers, sponsors, and more.
Cons: New pricing model removes it from Zoho One umbrella and makes it completely useless and too pricey for our non-profit events.

Zoho Backstage has done a great job in turning my event planning from an (EFFORT-THE-BIBLE) mess to mostly a managed chaos. Zoho Backstage as a startup into event marketing is one of the biggest platforms one can envision. Compared to some scarce elements of variability in the templates and some occasional technical problems, the user-friendly interface helped us to quickly and successfully create an online presence for our services and promote them.
Pros: Tracking sales and the attendees info was a lot easier for me, the ticket options were a breeze to set up from my side. From registration to promotion, Zoho Backstage got it all in one spot. Goodbye to switching from one platform to another, which was consuming my time and sanity. Developing this intuitive interface and ready-to-use templates made me look like a design master.
Cons: My event seemed to have characteristics that limited the expression of its unique style. The good web platform provides easy to use interface, but the mobile app needs some care. It was a bit confusing to participate in the platform promoting my event. To be more effective with social media integration and marketing tools straight out-of-the box would be beneficial.

Being a startup, we were new to selling our training services. With the help of Zoho backstage, we were able to quickly set up a webpage for the product and start marketing it without much hassle.
Pros: It was effortless and straightforward to set up the landing page. They have thought through most of the requirements of conducting an event and have included them in the app. Anyone starting - can set up a landing page and sell tickets online with little or no help from a tech team
Cons: Landing page templates that are available are limited. More options with different types of designs can be made available.

One of the highlights is its ability to design event web pages in a simple and personalized way.

We couldn't do without Zoho Backstage for all our events because of its powerful integration with other Zoho tools. This is a real advantage.
Pros: The ease of setting up an event with all that it entails. It's a real time saver. the "all in one" aspect, but also the fact that each event has its own mini site that presents the agenda, speakers and sponsors
Cons: The ergonomics of the back office could be improved. Further customisation for the front end on the audience side could also be done.

Pros: It has a great list of tools to manage and promote an event. Features like OnAir allow for easy setup of virtual events.
Cons: Pricing is a bit expensive for small virtual events. Let's say you start with the "free" tier, the add-ons have a large per-day cost.

Great app from Zoho, has all the basic needs covered for organizing events.
Pros: It has all the features you need to organize an event for groups of people and multiple expositors. You can manage presentations, agendas, venues, locations, visitors and organize all in the same platform, so your guests don't miss out anything!
Cons: It would be great to have more features and integration between other Zoho Apps, for example in the website creation for the event is a little basic. But overall it's an excellent App!

Pros: Quick set up, great as a complement of CRM if you do marketing events like meet ups, conferences etc.
