Pros: I've been using EventMobi for years, and what keeps me coming back isn't just the platform — it's the people. The features are strong and continue to evolve, but the real differentiator is the service experience. Reliable, helpful, and quick, their team consistently shows up.

Cons: There are always minor UI tweaks I'd love to see, but they're genuinely responsive — whether that means a practical workaround or a full app update. That kind of care adds up over time.

Pros: EventMobi excels at attendee engagement. The live polls, surveys, and gamification features completely transformed how our attendees interacted with speakers and sponsors. I really appreciate how easy it is to customize the look and feel of the app to match our corporate branding perfectly. Setting up the backend is straightforward, and having the registration portal linked directly to the app ensures a seamless transition for the user. Their customer service team is fantastic, highly responsive, and genuinely listens to feedback.

Cons: Managing a very dense schedule with multiple concurrent sessions can be a bit tedious to organize exactly how you want it displayed. The design options for the initial registration landing page are somewhat limited compared to dedicated website builders. I also noticed that only one administrator can make edits to the backend event website at a time, which can create a bottleneck if you have a large team trying to update details at the last minute.

Pros: EventMobi’s ability to import sessions, speakers, attendees, sponsors, and personalized agendas significantly streamlined the event setup process. The centralized management system made it efficient to organize and structure content in advance of the conference. Additionally, the platform made it easy to update session details in real time and quickly communicate changes to attendees through push notifications. This flexibility was especially valuable for ensuring attendees had the most current information throughout the event.

Cons: While document uploads were available within individual sessions, all files automatically populated into the central “Document” library. A more seamless separation between session-level uploads and the main document library would improve efficiency and enhance the overall attendee experience.

Pros: Excellent customer service and responsiveness to feedback. Centralizes event information so attendees have everything they need in one place.

Cons: I found it tedious to manage consecutive sessions and ensure they were in a preferred order rather than organized alphabetically. Because of this, we had to switch to a third-party integration that syncs with EventMobi to handle the agenda.

Pros: The app itself is easy to build. I had a team of designers and their specifications make sense. Notifications are easy to send, which is the feature we used the most.

Cons: There isn't really anything to allow to create a bilingual app. No way to toggle from EN to FR and that is a serious issue.

Pros: It’s user friendly to build and to use on-site for our Annual Conference. Lead Retrieval and Gamification are helpful for engagement, and Session Building is straightforward. We’ve also seen great attendee participation.

Cons: I’d like more templates for building out the app, which would make setup even easier. Templates for uploading speaker headshots, sessions and bios.

Pros: The registration form is simple to build and supports conditional fields. It makes collecting registrations easy and speeds up check-in for our internal trainings and conferences, which has improved event flow.

Cons: I wish the confirmation email could display the information the attendee entered during registration. Editing in a second language is limited. When a ticket is sold out it does not automatically disappear, and I would like the option to show a custom message. Expanded filters and a single list showing who registered and who checked in would also help.

Pros: Easy to use, with helpful new features introduced every year. For our conferences, the “choose your sessions” and presenter Q&A tools are the ones we use most and they work well. It’s a great way to communicate with attendees. We’ve seen growth in app use by attendees and, as a result, better audience engagement. Not having an event app like EventMobi would make us look like we aren't offering a full event experience.

Cons: I don't like that we were asked to give access to our CRM system so we could brand the app with our own branding instead of using the white label version of the app. I’d also like them to keep adding new features based on what attendees want to see.

Pros: Value for money, event management, event attendee management, conference management, speaker management, conducting event polls

Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve for our conference delegates when we first introduced it as they were used to paper brochures handed out. Now they really appreciate the platform.

Pros: It’s easy for both organizers and attendees to use. The team is friendly, responsive, and open to suggestions, and they genuinely act on feedback. Extended registration, the Experience Manager, onsite badge printing, and the app are the tools I use most. We print less, create more networking opportunities, access more analytics, and have a better website for events. The platform also makes it simple to connect attendees and streamline registration.

Cons: I’d like QR codes on name badges to support networking, since not many people carry business cards anymore.

Pros: Setup is straightforward on the back end, and I can make our app completely unique in appearance for our annual in-person healthcare conference. The mobile app tools we use most—live polls, surveys, and gamification—help attendees take part in presentations and encourage connections with sponsor companies. Overall, we’ve seen more connection and interaction among conference attendees.

Cons: I don’t have any dislikes at this time. I’m happy with the tools and features we use, and I don’t have requests for changes.

Pros: We used EventMobi to design a conference App. This was very user-friendly, and the team ([sensitive content hidden]) were very reactive to help us in this. This was such a good experience. Nothing in particular that I liked the most, it was the whole experience that I loved!

Cons: There is nothing I did not like - It was just frustrating to not have enough time to use all the tool features, but nothing to do with the tool itself nor with the team. Again, a very positive first experience!

Pros: The EventMobi app is fantastic : incredibly intuitive and user-friendly! Moreover, EventMobi Team is amazing, there was always someone to answer our questions. We received excellent support from start to finish, and at an unbeatable price.

Cons: Nothing I just wish I had more time to explore the app to its full potential. For our next event, for sure!

Pros: Great way to manage our event all in one app. We like the ease of the back-end, and how easy it is to use.

Cons: Would be nice if we can add sponsor logos to sessions or speakers. Also attendees had issues logging in.

Cons: - The great thing about our experiences is any time there is a gap, it is fixed immediately, so no cons at the moment

Pros: I like that EventMobi offers a single platform to create an event website and track registrations. I don't have to log in multiple places or reconcile lists between different systems.

Cons: Only one user at a time can make edits to the event website in the backend. This makes it harder during big efforts like adding sessions and speakers for multi-day conference programs because multiple team members can't work in parallel.

Pros: Very user friendly from both a build and delegate use perspective. Very visually appealing and an excellent engagement tool for delegates.

Cons: Perhaps a built in image gallery (rather than using a third party app) would be advantageous for event builders.

Pros: The set up process was well supported by EventMobi in the form of several on-boarding virtual sessions.

Cons: The time to input data into the App which was a struggle for a very small team like ours.

Pros: Environmentally, friendly and holes all the information in one place. Gives more info than a book could have.

Cons: Connecting to the Wi-Fi of the venue is always a problem

Pros: SUPER easy to use and to build. Very intuitive

Pros: The ease of use, attendee communication options, and the app is continuously being updated and features modified for efficiency when feedback is shared.

Cons: Limited options for polling, gamification, and image importing for sessions.

Pros: EventMobi was easy to setup on the backend and provided all the necessary resources to be able to utilize all the features. For attendees, EventMobi has been a great resource before, during, and after the conference. The engagement and interactive features are a great tool. We've been able to offer multiple scavenger hunts and networking challenges on the app, which increases engagement among attendees, speakers, and exhibitors/sponsors.

Cons: Tried the name badge feature, as we were utilizing the exhibitor lead retrieval, and found that we should have printed through the EventMobi printer option. We also linked RegFox with EventMobi and found their were several glitches during the syncing. Thankfully our support rep was able to assist us through the process.

Pros: The customer service is the best in the business. Any questions you have, big or small, they will answer in a very timely manner.

Cons: Some aspects, such as editing people, company details, locations, agenda details, etc. can be quite manual and tedious.
