Eventzilla

Pros: Great event management tool fit for smaller events as the cost depends on the size of your event. Easy to create an event page and link it to our homepage.

Cons: Customer service wasn't the best, when purchasing the product. There isn't a contact person to help you through when problems occur, just an email address for the helpdesk.

Pros: This platform offers nearly all the features you would expect from a premium event management solution. The integration with HubSpot is quite basic, but the options for customising tickets and add-ons are excellent. Their technical support team is very responsive and helpful. Setting up the platform is straightforward, making it easy for even those without technical expertise to create events.

Cons: One drawback I’ve noticed with Eventzilla is that its branding flexibility is somewhat restricted. There aren’t many templates available for the event registration page, and the options for customising those pages are also quite limited. Also it's embedded widgets are a bit slow.

Pros: The system is really easy to use. It took no time for our team to get the hang of it. The front end is very pleasing to the eye.

Cons: The system glitched and made it seem like we sold out of an entire category. Our team was so excited... A few days after, the team noticed the glitch and we had to start at square 1. We could have lost so much revenue because of that mistake.

Pros: Organizing membership and events. I like being able to write all the descriptive details and collect information through customized questions. Emailing participants is easy!

Cons: Trying to teach my team how to use it. I have practice and have been using it for about 10 years. Sometimes, there's changes that catch me by surprise. I don't get Renewal notices for our plan.

Pros: Ease of use and integration. My favorite is the ease of checking in attendees using their QR codes and our own devices.

Cons: There really isn't anything I don't like. We are currently using this softward for check in purposes. We used to move all tickets through Eventzilla but with changes to our business model we had to move tickets in house for verification reasons. We are working to update our systems and look forward to fully integrating Eventzilla to our systems if possible.

Pros: Easy set up, intuitive interface Clear records to pull

Cons: A little more admin control for editing registrations would be nice. We have registrants whose tickets are booked by another person, and if that person does not set up the registration correctly, it is a little clunky for directing them to update it (when I can't do it as admin).

Pros: Eventzilla is soooo easy to use, so logical and straightforward, easy to learn, has a great appearance, and is very responsive in helping with customer service. Their platform is also very functional and has had almost no bugs. I'm a big fan!

Cons: We've had almost no problems with Eventzilla. When there has been an issue like a text box not showing up the way we need to, we've been able to bring to to Eventzilla and they've responded quickly and efficiently to solve the problem. I don't have any other feedback for Eventzilla at this time.

Pros: I loved how seamless it was to use and the UX and UI of the website.

Cons: There was not anything that I did not like about the product.

Pros: Easy to set up for the most part. Useful tools for event registration.

Cons: The reporting feature needs a lot of work, its not as robust as it should be. And there needs to be more customization with registration.

Pros: It syncs fairly well with Zoom but only if you aren't doing a series. If you are doing a series, you have to do them individually and we used Plusthis to connect them. Has some nice features we were missing in another platform such as registration on the spot for more than one, the event hub page, etc.

Cons: The customer support sometimes didn't bother to respond to my emails. There were a lot of small things that we ran into.

Pros: Easy to navigate and the email reminders

Cons: The font could be a little bit bigger. I can't think of anything else more specific because I haven't had any issues while using it.

Pros: Easy to use and straightforward. It's free.

Cons: Can't copy and paste on text boxes. Hard to find the link for an online event.

Pros: The best thing about eventzilla is how simple and easy it was to edit and look at all of the information regarding the event that I put on! If I needed to edit or change any of my registrations from the event, when people contacted me, I could go in and do that instantly and easily!!! Refunds were a piece of cake as well!!! Literally the smoothest and easiest to use platform when it comes to any sort of event!! I can’t wait to use it again for my next event in October 2025!

Cons: I wish they had an app that was quality built and functional! The issue with the current version of their app is that is honestly unusable in comparison to use in their website. That would just be a quality of life change that I would like to see implemented.

Pros: Our company loved the flexibility of Eventzilla's products and services and how modern it is. It also is very simple to use and has great colloborative efforts

Cons: I loved it and do not have anything negative to say about Eventzilla and will continue to utilize their products and services!

Pros: There are so many tools and customizations that are integrated into the platform that allow you to get as detailed as you'd like with your event. The platform is generally intuitive to figure out and super robust in its offerings. The pricing is also more reasonable than other platforms. You get more bang for your buck.

Cons: There is no phone number to call customer support. You have to email them. Sometimes if you're working on something that needs immediate attention, you want to speak with someone on the phone to get it resolved quickly. I found some of the attendee registration clunky and glitchy. I had several attendees that thought they regsitered but somehow their registration didn't go through. I wish the reporting and search functions were better so you could search by some of your form information without having to download a full list of attendees.

Pros: The levels of customisation were excellent, and Eventzilla was especially useful for managing payments in regards to tickets

Cons: It was too easy to use "pro" level options, which resulted in a bill shock situation several months after opening registrations - by then it was too late to go back to a lower tier.

Pros: Eventzilla offers intuitive event management, seamless registration, customizable templates, real-time analytics, and strong integration with other platforms, enhancing overall efficiency.

Cons: Eventzilla's cons include occasional glitches, limited customization for advanced users, higher fees for premium features, and a sometimes steep learning curve for new users.

Pros: With Eventzilla, I am able to create virtual and hybrid events in one place.

Cons: Event ticketing was daunting but the vendor offered free support.

Pros: Eventzilla has a good customer support desk and has the capability to create a 2 step sign in process for attendees which sets it apart from other platforms

Cons: We had a very bad experience with most aspects of the event management. Most notable was the automated emails that were sent to attendees being poorly formated with spelling mistakes in the subject line.

Pros: I am currently at the end of my free trial and I WILL be purchasing the software. With the construction industry, sometimes we are all scattered all over at differnt locations and times. With Eventzilla I am able to securely set events (meetings) whenever necessary. The video quality is great. The audio is smooth. We already have a website, but there are options for custom branded website building as well! You can also send out surveys and such as well. This seems to be a one stop shop, and we love it.

Cons: I havent found a con yet in the free trial.

Pros: It allows my team to quickly and easily set up their events.

Cons: Some things are difficult to use for both admins and attendees. However customer support is prompt

Pros: I have been leveraging Eventzilla for my coaching classes for the past 3 years and I am super impressed with the user friendliness of the application and support from the team for any queries.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. May be socializing the events in social media can improve
