My overall experience with Eventbrite is that it is helpful to teachers because it saves time, it is easy to access and it sends reminders of upcoming events.
Pros: Eventbrite is a helpful platform for teachers. It was easy to access for professional development opportunities . As a teacher I like how I can search for events by topic or location.
Cons: The downside of Eventbrite are the extra fees. The extra fees can cause ticket prices to be more expensive.

Overall it is an easy to use and effective tool for ticketing and event promotion as well as scheduling
Pros: I appreciate how easy it is to use and navigate and that it functions well with other ticketing systems
Cons: I wish it had more options for tracking purchasers and other quantifying data that we could use for future events

Overall it’s a trustworthy platform and many people already know about it that helps in executing an event successfully.

Pros: Eventbrite is a tremendous software to attract the audience in their interested events without using any outdoor marketing promotions.
Cons: The cost is very high. It charges the total percentage on the transaction amount on top of the fee per ticket.

Overall, Eventbrite allowed me to know what events were going on in my area very frequently, so I never thought I was out of the know or missing out or anything. The interface of the website never had issues, payment processing for tickets was a breeze, unlike other ticketing sites, and I believe it is a great tool for events local to your area.
Pros: Eventbrite is such a good tool for searching for events local to my area. It's easy to use, has very little bugs or issues, and has great email blasts that keep you informed about events coming soon.
Cons: Sometimes the emails could be a little too frequent, but I'd take that over too little communication.

Eventbrite is an amazing application. The support team is kind and experienced. They helped me recover my account information when I was locked out.
Pros: Eventbrite helps me checkout for company events, social events, etc with ease. Keeping receipts for tax deductions has never been easier. I love the reminders I receive leading up to the event and how all details are presented about the event you are attending or hosting.
Cons: I believe that Eventbrite can improve on their application for Google phone interface users. Previous times when attempting to login it kicked me out and unsure it was the app or my phone.

I really enjoy it when I do use it for its ease of use but unfortunately there are not that many events I attend on their platform.
Pros: fees still exist but no where as near as some of the bigger ticketing platforms. It seriously getting out of hand.
Cons: A couple cons. Their reach and exposure to numerous events I would attend is a struggle and the overall platform is not as robust.

Prior to Eventbrite we were doing everything via Email and it was a complete nightmare. However, now the data is pretty accurate and it's all in one location. Also, it prevents people from signing-up for two sessions at the same time which eliminates the scheduling chaos. Now, it's nice to see everything in one place so there isn't brand variance, also the compliance folks aren't calling me anymore.
Pros: The AI writing tool that Eventbrite offers to help you write a summary about your event did not botch up the wording this time which is unbelievable. I love how I can handle sessions and sign-ups all in one space rather than having to use 10 different applications. I'm glad to say that linking Salesforce into Eventbrite seems to be working as well as I haven't seen anything break yet. And, yes, the navigation is a bit easier than what they had prior.
Cons: They still will not allow you to create an audience segment based on who owes money yet, which is causing me a ton of problems with my accounting. The user interface is way too cluttered and I get lost trying to locate the reporting for the sessions.

My overall experience with Eventbrite has been very positive. As a Concordia student, registering for events was simple, with instant tickets and helpful reminders that kept me organized. On the organizing side, I also used Eventbrite to create student events, and managing registrations and sharing updates was straightforward. The platform worked well for both attending and hosting activities, and it kept everything easy to track.
Pros: What I liked most about Eventbrite is how simple it was to register for Concordia events and get my ticket instantly. The platform kept everything organized, and the reminders helped me stay on track with workshops and student activities. As a union member, I also used Eventbrite to post events for students, and it made managing registrations and sharing updates very easy.
Cons: What I liked least about Eventbrite is that some Concordia events filled up very quickly, and the platform didn’t always show clear availability until I tried to register. It could be disappointing when I planned to attend something and only found out it was full at the last step. As a union member posting events for students, I also noticed that high‑demand sessions required extra monitoring because spots were taken almost immediately.

Okay but not the best for a small, rather niche business. It is easy to get lost on a global platform like Eventbrite, and again the payment terms were prohibitive.
Pros: I liked the status of Eventbrite as a recognised platform for booking events - very much the go-to page. Easy to use and navigate for putting up workshops and events.
Cons: The payment terms were too long as far as I was concerned. As a small business cash flow was not supported by the delay in payments that were only made five days after the delivery of the event.

Overall, it’s been a good experience. It’s very user-friendly and works well for organizing events, especially for smaller to mid-sized events, but it can get pricey as you scale
Pros: I like how easy it is to create and manage events. Ticketing is straightforward and it’s simple for attendees to register.
Cons: Fees can add up, and customization options are a bit limited if you want more advanced features or branding control.

Eventbrite is super easy to use and makes creating or finding events pretty smooth for everyone involved. The setup process is straightforward, and managing tickets and attendees doesn’t take much effort. It’s great for both organizers and guests. The app and desktop site are both great.
Pros: Eventbrite makes event setup easy, ticketing smooth, and promotion simple. The app is especially great and super easy to use.
Cons: Eventbrite has some fees that can add up, and customization options are a bit limited, but overall it still works smoothly.

My overall experience with Eventbrite has been amazing. I have been using them for years now, with multiple events every year.
Pros: What I like most about Eventbrite is: for what we use it for, it is free, so easy to set up and publish, and it integrates with our systems so I am not having to go back and forth to check on RSVPs.
Cons: What I like least about Eventbrite is sometimes it doesn't completely connect to our other systems so I am left inputting info manually.
Krista F. · Operations Manager · Real Estate · April 30, 2026
Pros: Its very easy to navigate across all devices. It is trusted by many individuals so no technical issues.
Cons: At this time I do not have any negative feeling about using Eventbrite. This system is very organized.
Marita W. · Property Tax Consultant · Real Estate · April 30, 2026
Overall, I have had a positive experience with Eventbrite. Using the search and filter option to find events based on location and genre have been easy to use and navigate. Paying for the events through Eventbrite have been easy to do as well.
Pros: What I like most about Eventbrite is how it takes into account your location and suggests you events based on that instead of you having to filter the events that don't suit you.
Cons: Although I did say the best part about Eventbrite is how it considers your location to suggest you events, I will say it limits your options to your closest city of choice instead of suggesting you all the options in all the cities close to you.

I have appreciated using Eventbrite in keeping track of individuals registering for an event. I also like the option of creating a public event so others can search on Eventbrite for events in the area. This has helped me in the work of advertising the event and it's a free feature! I have had multiple people come to events simply because they saw the listing on Eventbrite!
Pros: Eventbrite is helpful in both advertising an event and ensuring individuals register to attend. I have used it both on the admin-side in creating events and on the customer-side in registering/purchasing tickets to attend an event. The features offered on Eventbrite are helpful for creating an event and selling tickets or requiring a registration.
Cons: On the admin-side of the program, sometimes the multiple steps to go through to create an event are more confusing than necessary. Having one screen to select all the options and details for the event and ticket style, time options, etc. would be easier to navigate.

I've found Eventbrite to be slick, reliable and a convenient tool for managing our sports events. It’s user friendly which is great when delegating responsibility and does a great job of handling registrations and ticketing making my life easier!
Pros: Eventbrite is really easy to use and makes setting up and promoting events simple which is good for us as we only run simple soccer camps. I appreciate how you can manage tickets, track attendees, and share your event all in one place. It's a respected platform so customers trust it which is a bonus for us.
Cons: As with everything when you are a small business fees can add up, especially for paid events, and some customization options are limited. It can also feel a bit basic if you want more control over the event page design which is a nice to have but not necessarily vital for us.
Kate W. · Office Manager · Sports · April 25, 2026
Pros: Keeps you updated on events in the area you are in. Able to pay instantly for tickets with an email receipt
Cons: It doesn’t show ALL events. I’ve missed a few events thinking they’re on Eventbrite. Also there’s mocking events going on you’ll have to know the difference.

Eventbrite is a source of entertainment for me. I like to scroll through and learn about what is going on around me.
Pros: I like using Eventbrite because it keeps me updated about upcoming shows and events that I may want to attend.
Cons: I don't have anything that I dislike about Eventbrite at this time. It is a fun resource and I appreciate it.

My experience using this platform has been very average. The only positive and value adding action they provide is for payment and ticketing
Pros: Earlier they had some nice and easy to use features which was intuitive and the flow was simple. It's still a great platform for ticketing and payment management
Cons: Not an innovative platform, the overall UX is poor and the onboarding, activation and social features are very basic
Olasile A. · Product Manager · Information Technology and Services · April 20, 2026
Overall, my experience with Eventbrite has been positive. It’s a convenient platform for discovering events and booking tickets quickly. Despite some minor issues with fees and navigation, it remains reliable and useful for both attendees and organisers.
Pros: Very easy to use for finding and booking events, with a wide variety of options available. The platform is user-friendly and makes event organization and ticket management straightforward.
Cons: Sometimes the fees can be a bit high, especially for paid events, and it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate when there are too many listings. Also, customer support response time can vary.
Portia A. · Nurse · Hospital & Health Care · April 20, 2026
Pros: Easy to use, great for managing events, and smooth payment processing. Email tools and attendee tracking work well.
Cons: Fees can feel high, and some customisation options are limited. Occasional bugs appear during busy events.
Anonymous User · Analyst · Financial Services · April 16, 2026
Overall I enjoy using Eventbrite. It is simple to use for both the administers and the users. It is perfect for planning events!
Pros: I love how easy it is to use this app. The format makes it easy to post events, keep track of stats, and is customizable!
Cons: What I like the least about Eventbrite is that the service fee per ticket it on the higher side. Definitely something to keep in mind when planning your event and going over the budget
Belle N. · Patient Care Coordinator · Mental Health Care · April 15, 2026
I think Eventbrite is a great option for selling tickets for events due to its easy to use interface.
Pros: It's got a clean, simple to use interface that makes the user experience a breeze. I particularly like the option of filtering by "Features", "Event Types", "Resourcing" and "Pricing".
Cons: I wish it was made simpler to access CSV files from event sales to import into other scanning softward, as I can never find the correct option and it takes me longer than it should.
CHRISTOPHER S. · Manager · Entertainment · April 15, 2026
Pros: Very quick to create, edit and submit. It’s very user friendly for provider and customer. Highly recommended
Cons: There very little if anything at all not to like from my experience using the service. So it’s five star
