Outstanding platform will definitely use it again. The feedback from customer and administration was all positive.
Pros: Simple, user friendly and reliable both when selling tickets and also scanning them on the day of the event.
Cons: Setup, but understand that you need to put the work in early for the system to take over thereafter.

Pros: Super easy to use, made running the school production with selling tickets easy, accessible and easy to track.
Cons: No issues. At times I had to search the page a while to find out how to exchange a ticket when the event was set to non-refundable, but once I found out it was simple.

Very good and great customer service/help topics. Regular emails with ideas for promoting and setting up the event.
Pros:
| Category | Page | Rank | Placement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Festival Management | 1 | 3 | - |
| Ticketing | 1 | 12 |
Domain confidence 95%
Cons: Getting used to the platform, as it was my first event with them, so things did not flow quite how I thought they would.

The website is clear and user friendly for first-timers, the online videos are very helpful and the application process was swift and easy. Best of all it works! From day one it has done what it says on the tin. Well done!
Pros: Its so easy to join and use, there is plenty of really useful advice, communications with staff are efficient and friendly and it just works!
Cons: Haven't found anything yet. As a new not for profit community film club this ticked our boxes and made life a lot easier.

It worked for us as a small group and no-one complained that booking was difficult to achieve. We have set up our event for next year.
Pros: It was my first event using TicketSource. Help is always available. There is an option to include the ticket fee in the price of the ticket. Setting up the event was really easy and having the telephone number for TicketSource to make bookings really helped too. It was easy to arrange a refund.
Cons: As this is our first time using it, I had nothing to compare it with. However, some of the options for tick boxes can be a little confusing at time.

Exellent, what more can I say!.
Pros: The user interface is intuitive and easy to follow. It leads you through the process of setting up for an event and ensures that all is correct. Being a charity, the discounted commission rate was useful to us. We had no issues and the reporting for the event was perfect. We did not use the scanner app as we are a small site so it was easier to check off a list.
Cons: Nothing, it was clear, accessible and logical.

Overall, a really good service. Efficient and reliable. Helpful team and would not hesitate to use them again.
Pros: First time we had used them. Easy to follow instructions to set up account. Any queries were answered clearly and quickly. Booking fees were reasonable. Payment of ticket income was accurate and prompt. .
Cons: Navigating the unfamiliar menu. Could have made better use of our publicity material but wasn't sure how to load this onto the event page.

Pretty good, system is very flexible and allowed me to do everything I wanted to do and using the app to scan tickets on entry.
Pros: Flexibility, allowed me to set up the event exactly how I wanted to and modify it until I got the end result I wanted
Cons: Finding under which section all the options were stored when I wanted to modify an event, but it was my first time using the system and will expect that I will get used to it the more I use it.

All good. Easy to set up and use. Paid out 4 days after the event. Lower fees than EventBrite. I'd use TicketSource again.
Cons: Obviously I'd like no fees and to be paid out within 24hrs but that's probably a dream! No real cons once I'd got my head around how to use it.

Great. Very straightforward. Ease of use for buyers. Good value for money. Real time info on tickets sold. Marketing/posters/advertising very good. Thank you
Pros: Ease of use. Chat line response.
Cons: None.

Really pleased with the whole process and how easy it was to sell tickets for our fundraising event.
Pros: It was very easy to set up and easy to send out links and QR code for parents to make payment. It was great that you could keep up to date with ticket sales so that you could push your event if needed and that you had an attendees list. The fact that the admin cost is also passed on means that it is not impacting our fundraising amount from ticket sales which makes it great value for money. It was easy to scan people in and record attendance on the day of the event keeping track on who attended from the ticket sales.
Cons: There isnt anything that I didnt like I found the whole process really easy from set up to promoting to parents to managing the sales.

First class would definitely use again -they were very helpful and easy to communicate with -being able to send an email via ticket source to all customers was again so easy
Pros: Made running a dance show so much easier , not having to deal with the ticket sales myself -far less hassle
Cons: Having to wait for our ticket money was a bit of a disadvantage as the theatre were chasing us for their invoice to be paid .

Perfect , saves a lot of time , no inhouse tickets to create anymore ! so saving the trees ! Quick and easy step by step .
Pros: It is so quick and easy to use , well designed to create new events , No bugs or issues at all , secure system with no issues, it has been a great way for our marketing and selling tickets for all our events , very pleased with the service . Quick payment after the event , payment in our account within 3 days .
Cons: Personally we have no cons because it is so easy to use . Both myself and my event colleague found it so easy to use .

Excellent, cant fault the service and the website at all. From start to finish it was straight forward.
Pros: I found Ticketsource really useful. As someone with limit tech skills, once id learnt the basics it was so easy. Event ticket was easy, the marketing and sales side of things was stdaight forward. Value for money is exceptional. Cant fault the fees. I felt like the site was secure, and i was confident using it. Will definitely use again.
Cons: It took me a little bit of time to work out how to use it. And i dod t realise that tickets stopped selling, and the link stopped working 24hrs before the event, have since learnt i can alter that.

Pros: Very easy to sell tickets and publicise the event. Some people commented at how easy ot was after4 I had provided a QR code.
Cons: Awkward to access the members area. Also, why not provide a QR code to the link for people to buy tickets?
Jonathan G. · Director · Entertainment · March 11, 2026
Excellent. Great functionality and super-easy to use. The Scanning App and supporting restricted logins means we are able to have teenagers doing the scanning.
Pros: This is our first time using Ticket Source. It is so easy to use and a great FAQ section if you need specific info.
Cons: Tiny detail: if you can't claim back the VAT, being able to see the fee inclusive of VAT could be helpful.
Katy R. · Treasurer · Entertainment · March 4, 2026
Very positive experience indeed. First time user, found it easy to use. When I needed to dive a little deeper the online support team where readily available and very helpful. Would most definitely recommend to other bands seeking to presell gig tickets.
Pros: The platform is intuitive, multi-functional and has excellent reporting facilities. The ability to upload images for tickets, send emails to ticket holders was also very useful
Cons: Lack of access to funds pre-event was as surprise. Our event sold out two months before it took place, but we were unable to access the funds until the event had completed, meaning we had to pay for staff/ sound/ lights etc out of our own pockets then get paid back by the platform.
Gary G. · Performer · Music · March 4, 2026
As an event hoster, I find creating their listings intuitive, the fee they charge very low and reasonable (meaning I can feel comfortable offsetting this for customers to pay) and their staff communication when contacted swift and helpful.
Pros: I recently had a performer cancel on me, and when I paused ticket sales, and informed customers through Ticketsource, the team got in touch to let me know they would refund both the ticket price and the booking fee direct to my customers. This sort of pro-active, communicative assistance, seems rare these days, as does the fact they weren't money-grubbing! Highly recommend this platform.
Cons: Not Applicable :) I only hope they become more popular so that they pop up higher on search engines.

Making an account and setting up my personal details was easy. Setting up the seating for the venue was not easy or intuitive. Spent far too long setting up the layout etc. But feel I would know what to do now I've completed it once before. It's free to use which is excellent and I was paid into my bank account with no problems. I am going to use it again as the benefits far outway the problems I had.
Pros: Setting up ticket sales was free which is excellent for smaller productions which allowed my to have a worry free start.
Cons: Had to visit a YouTube help tutorial to find a solution to setting up my initial latout of the venue. Not as intuitive as it should be. Took too long to workout the setup.

I used ticketsource for a one off fundraising event. Set up was quick and straight forward, as was the payment stage. My users that bought tickets also gave positive feedback
Pros: I found it to be fairly intuitive to use and navigate on both the website and on the app. Those buying our tickets also liked it.
Cons: No comment! The whole experience was straight forward. Was pleased that it had been recommended. Will use again.

Great support and learnt a lot if yse again. May use fir events but not fundraising as so much list in fees
Pros: Would consider again as some.great features. Be good to have some additional tools to run an inline auctionnor able to contact customers
Cons: As a fundraiser to help a very poorly child and family, a little sad so much lost in fees. Shame a buyer can't leave a tip instead
Jim G. · Leader · Education Management · January 21, 2026
Positive so far! I got my first payment through in a timely manner and nobody has had issues booking yet.
Pros: It's easy to use and understand, and I like the fact it is UK-based. I also like the feature that attendees can choose to opt into emails
Cons: It would be good to be able to schedule emails to Event attendees in advance, and Event pages should have a link to the Event Provider on them

First class. From the title to spreading across social media using the great event link and qr code page
Pros: Really smooth procees, easy to task. Visually easy to see and menus understandable too. Very good indeed
Cons: Nothing really. I think the setting the money setting side might need short explanations on that page, and even a page colour? Unless I couldn't find it.
Jim S. · Artist teacher · Arts and Crafts · December 24, 2025
Really good experience overall, the support from the team was fantastic and for this reason i would use again and the fat that they add a booking fee rather than take it out of the ticket price is really valuable if, like me, your event is to raise money.
Pros: I had some teething issues but nothing a quick phone call to an actual person could not sort out. It was easy to use once i understood it. Payment was easy and using the app to scan was easy too... would reccomend
Cons: I wish there was to see previous communications i had sent to customers, i could not find it. Also i thought that i had to scan each individual so morw information on scqnning would be useful to know.

Excellent platform. Will use it again in future Easy for audience to book Proceeds of ticket sale processed straightaway after the concert
Pros: Value for money Staff replied back to queries promptly Easy to understand procedures Ticketing process was smooth
Cons: There was nothing to record. Everything was understood well. Staff were very good in answering queries
