Leapsome has helped me not to be consumed by spreadsheets on my desktop/computer and that the reminders are sent automatically so I do not have to run around the hallways trying to track people down to get signatures.
Pros: As I type, I am looking at a stack of paper copies of HR documents that I need to file however, I was able to schedule 50 reviews in 5 minutes anyway. I have to admit, I was relieved that the "scoring" feature did not fail when I generated a performance report for the boss today. Now everything (self-reflection) that is related to performance reporting is in one place, therefore I do not have to open up a hundred email attachments every time I want to view someones history.
Cons: The logo on the home page appears to be way to small and appears to be ridiculously small. Additionally, I dislike how many times you have to click before viewing a brief history of someone's previous goals. My manager asked me a question in the comment area and there was no option to respond to him, thus I was forced to generate a completely new comment to simply answer his single question which was frustrating.

Leapsome has been an excellent tool for supporting team growth and engagement. From a leadership perspective, it helps create clarity, consistency and a strong feedback culture.
Pros: Leapsome is well designed and genuinely supports meaningful performance conversations. Goal-setting, feedback and review cycles are intuitive and encourage continuous development rather than one-off evaluations.
Cons: The breadth of features means it works best when teams take time to embed it properly into their processes.

Leapsome delivered on the core performance management features and the learning/training modules were genuinely useful. Setup required significant upfront effort to get review templates right, and iterating on questions across versions was clunky. The pricing model works against growing companies - what seems reasonable at 10 employees becomes a budget strain at 40+. Switched away purely on cost considerations, not functionality. Good product, just priced outside of what it delivers.
Pros: Performance reviews ran smoothly once configured. Learning paths feature was excellent and helped us build structured employee development programs and goal setting. Good for managing 1-on-1s and training in one place.
Cons: Setting up review questions and managing different review versions was unnecessarily complex. Pricing structure doesn't work well for midsize teams - paying per module vs. all-access becomes expensive quickly at 40+ employees. Cost ultimately became too high for the value we extracted.

Overall, I love Leapsome as an HR platform, and I'd love to see more product development and features coming out as they have been doing so in the past years!
Pros: Leapsome is a great platform for all HR matters, from soft-skills measuring to OKRs and KPIs tracking. The great amount of modules allows us to track employee performance, engagement, rewards and recognition, compensation reviews. It also provides insightful suggestions and meaningful benchmark to allow my company compare itself with the rest of the industry on the different processes we run. It's very easy to use and user-friendly when it comes to navigation experience. The customer support team is always ready to answer my questions and doubts and I think that it's the best price in the market for the type of services offered.
Cons: I would really love the Org chart to be more interactive, and allow me to display certain fields values under each employee (e.g. performance review results, age, locations, 9-box grid square, etc) and the Compensation Review feature could also work on some polishing since it's a huge long form instead of displaying the whole team for evaluation at the same time as a interactive spradhseet

Overall, the tool is great, it can be used for for so many different purposes for meetings preparations for taking the notes for tracking the goals results and for appreciation :)
Pros: Leapsome is good for several things: - you can keep a track on all of your meeting notes - you can prepare better for meetings, calls - you can track goals, key results there - appreciating part is my favorite :) - easy to implement surveys
Cons: Text formating: - sometimes it's hard to edit, save text there, create several lines within one text box. - sometimes when you are making changes in the text, they are not saved

Pros: Leapsome has intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's flexibility and simplicity allows to engage between management and employees, leave reviews and build a personal development plan.
Cons: All features provided by Leapsome are pretty straight forward. I did not encounter any functional or ux issues with this platform.

My overall experience with this software was 100% positive and I would definitely refer to any fellow businesses and/or family or friends.
Pros: I liked the simplicity of the software, the confidence booster it gives to fellow coworkers for there work performance. The positive feedback keeps them engaged in the program building there work performance up.
Cons: There wasn't really anything to dislike our company adopted well to the software and loved it.

Deployment within the organization was simple, little to no resistance and usability is self explanatory.
Pros: Usability for reviewee and reviewer is much improved and still simple enough despite the ability to custom / select / adapt the product ot the organization's needs and structure.
Cons: The various tasks and steps are managed and tracked a bit too granular. With a growing organization, this becomes quite long and a bit less structured.

Pros: The tool uses AI to help with the management of employees. The AI insight helps to fulfill the need for using a product with AI built into it.
Cons: The UI is modern looking, however I find it a bit difficult to locate the required data. Overall it takes me a little too much time to complete the required tasks.

What really captivates me is its robust assemblage of software functions. Chief among these is the goal-setting module. If you want your objectives to align seamlessly with those of your teams and organization, then you need to set up not just a set of clear goals but also a conversation around those goals.
Pros: Leapsome's standout quality is its user-friendly interface.
Cons: A couple of weaknesses could be mentioned, perhaps—the learning curve and the limited mobile app consultation—but I think it’s safe to call Leapsome a powerful platform for something I like to think more than just a few companies at this point are aspiring to: A culture of continuous improvement, a more engaged workforce, and as some of our friends from Leapsome might put it, “substantial benefits when implemented thoughtfully.”

Leapsome is an excellent choice for companies (medium to large size) that are looking to improve the performance management, employee development and engagement. It stands out for its comprehensive feature set, ease of use and ability to drive culture of continuous feedback and growth.
Pros: Leapsome's performance management tools are one of the key strengths about the product, it allows for setting a personalized objectives and key results and regular check-ins. The tools are designed to ensure employees receive continuous feedback and be able to track the progress of the goals. Leapcome also enables the enterprise to implement L&D strategies very effectively, with the individual development plans and goal tracking features, it empowers the employees to take charge of their career growth. The customization and Reporting are great options in Leapsome that allows the enterprise to adapt the platform to fit our specific needs in every department.
Cons: The pricing is higher compared to other platforms in the market, especially if the enterprise would need to have advanced features, then this will have a huge impact on the total pricing structure. The platform is generally easy to use, however for some departments we noticed that not all the employees were able to fully utilize all of its features.
