Pros: flexible meeting moving but some people found it confusing

Cons: ai bot does weird things and not at all optimal

Pros: Calendar management can be a tedious and unnecessary task - Clockwise takes a lot of that task off my hands. I'd hate to lose it.

Cons: The colour coding isn't accurate to the type of task, so isn't all that useful, other than to make my calendar look less full.

Pros: Clockwise is a game-changing productivity tool that has revolutionized how I manage my time and schedule. As someone who juggles multiple projects and meetings daily, I am thoroughly impressed by this app's intuitive features and seamless integration.

Pros: Clockwise's ability to dynamically reschedule my meetings to group them together and maximize my uninterrupted focus time has been a game changer. I rely on team calendar it creates to keep track of when my coworkers are out of office.

Cons: It can only automatically reschedule meetings when all of the other participants are users.

Pros: Clockwise takes the thinking out of finding a convenient meeting time. I love the calendar optimization ability which gives me larger blocks of free time. Also, it adds my zoom room to the meeting automatically which is something I often forget.

Cons: Minor but I wished the AI gave me a reminder to name my meeting instead of it showing up as "sync".

Pros: Im new in this product but I find it easy to use.

Pros: I love the statistics about how much time you spend on meetings every week, how much time you can use to focus activities. Integration to slack.

Pros: I love it for 2 useful features: 1. I can schedule time slots for my tasks directly from Asana in 2 clicks while planning my week. 2. It syncs my availability between all without me at all. On top of that, it helps to easily find slots with my team for our meetings through its AI scheduler.

Cons: Sometimes AI scheduler doesn't work. Also, I would like to have an option to break a task into several pieces in my calendar when it takes a lot of time.

Pros: Auto blocks my calendar in the morning (focus time) Auto creates blocks for personal events on my work calendar (syncs with personal calendar) Provides me stats on how much focus time I had (use to work with manager to increase).

Cons: Nothing. I'm not sure the price to be honest since I didn't buy.

Cons: Sometimes feels like too much is happening on the screen when using clockwise to manage the calender

Cons: Nothing. I find Clockwise to be useful and accurate.

Pros: It's so helpful being able to have my meetings automatically scheduled based on the best time for all participants. The meetings are often booked close together too, so I have bigger blocks of focus time.

Cons: I wish Clockwise had native functionality that would allow me to write out all of the tasks I need to complete, how long I need to complete them, and the deadlines for each task, and handle the automatic scheduling of these tasks alongside my meetings.

Pros: Being able to sync personal and work calendars has been a game changer. I don't have to toggle between two or three different calendars. In addition having a booking link for direct booking has made it convenient and I don't have to use Google Appointments or Calendly.

Cons: Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate and I'm clicking all over to find specific settings.

Pros: Gives me insights into how fragmented my days are and how well I am utilizing my week for deep-work

Pros: We like that Clockwise helps to keep our team organized. It has no-meeting days, automatically resolves scheduling conflicts, and we like that we can put team events on a shared Clockwise calendar. It has def helped us stay organized as a team and it was very set it, and forget it for us.

Cons: I like that focus time is put on your calendar, but it blocks that time as busy, and while focus time is important, it will also fill every spot large enough on your calendar, and to outsiders it looks like your time is booked, when in fact that time could be available if needed. Managers were finding it hard to work with because their reports thought they were too busy to meet. Wish that was more customizable on how focus time shows up to others.

Pros: Clockwise is great at optimizing my calendar to increase focus time. I love how it automatically moves meetings to make contiguous blocks, pre-schedules my lunch time, syncs my personal calendar events into "busy" blocks on my work calendar, and automatically handles conflicts as they come up. It's a huge time saver.

Cons: Not everyone at my company uses Clockwise, so sometimes events can't be automatically managed. And sometimes the integration with Google Calendar falls apart, but a refresh usually fixes it.
