My experience with Achievers has been very positive. It helped improve team morale, recognition, and overall employee engagement in an easy and organized way.
Pros: Achievers is easy to use and does a great job encouraging employee recognition and engagement. The platform makes it simple to celebrate accomplishments and helps create a more positive workplace culture.
Cons: Some features could offer a bit more customization, but overall the platform is smooth and user-friendly.

overall, its an amazing platform to receive prizes for. any company looking to reward its employees should use this
Pros: i love all the options of prizes it offers. such a wide variety that there will always be an option for you to find
Cons: my only complaint is that its linked to your SIN number so you dont realize that youre taxed on the prizes you receive when you file your taxes. could be a shock

My overall experience with Achievers has been positive and rewarding. The company fosters a strong culture of recognition, collaboration, and inclusion, and it was motivating to work on a product that genuinely supports employee engagement and appreciation. I had the opportunity to work with supportive colleagues and leaders, and the environment encouraged learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Pros: A strong employee-first culture that genuinely values recognition, feedback, and collaboration The mission-driven product—it’s motivating to work on a platform that helps organizations improve employee engagement and appreciation Supportive leadership and teammates who are approachable, knowledgeable, and open to ideas A learning-focused environment with opportunities to develop new skills and grow professionally Emphasis on innovation and customer impact, which made the work feel meaningful Respect for work-life balance and flexible ways of working
Cons: At times, frequent process changes and shifting priorities made it challenging to maintain long-term focus Cross-team dependencies could occasionally slow execution and decision-making Growth opportunities, while present, were not always clearly defined or consistently communicated across roles Like many fast-growing companies, there were moments of resource constraints that increased workload during peak periods Some initiatives felt top-down, with limited visibility into the broader strategic context

Using Achievers saves me time to go hunting through different departments looking for managers to thank the employees who assisted me.
Pros: There are a lot of ways to simply select a button or two to award users points for Gift Cards and I am done. I have been impressed how well the A.I. rewriter does not make me appear as crazy as I may be. My notes look pretty professional. This also didn’t take an hour to set up and that was nice since I had plenty else to get done that morning. It’s good.
Cons: I dislike the fact that all of your earned points expire after one calendar month. To me this doesn’t make any sense. It has become a treasure hunt trying to determine the dollar amount of my Achievers, whether or not I have enough to purchase a Starbucks Card or even a full meal.

Overall experience with Achievers is awesome, I never come across any issues or surprise or difficulty on using Achievers gift cards.
Pros: My company offers various gift cards redemption with different value options from Achievers as well other products similar as other online stores, as an employee appreciation token for work related contributions from management. Personally, I like to pick Achievers simply because the redemption reward value is not discounted as much as other online products, but also the redemption process is simple, easy and secure from my experiences. Also, I always received the online gift cards within one hour from Achievers. I have also recommended my colleagues to pick Achievers gift cards which provided flexibility on choices to spend on using the gift cards.
Cons: The least I like about Achievers is that I print a either hard copy of the Achievers gift card or keep the soft copy in my email. To print a hard copy, I need keep the paper copy, and stuff the A4 size paper inside my wallet. To keep a soft copy in my email, I need search around my emails on my phone. If there is a way to print a credit card size of paper copy with the redemption bar code, then it would be perfect in my case.

A positive rewards and recognition program. It is a good way to show appreciation to employees and give them something tangible for their efforts. While the rewards could feel more affordable and the experience could be a little more polished, it still serves its purpose well and adds a nice extra benefit in the workplace.
Pros: Nice program for employee recognition and rewards. I like that it gives people a way to feel appreciated for their work and allows them to earn points toward rewards. It is encouraging to see recognition from the company and sometimes from coworkers too. The platform is also fairly easy to use, and the reward options give it real value.
Cons: The main downside is that rewards can sometimes feel expensive for the number of points needed. Depending on what is available, the selection may not always feel exciting or worth waiting for. The platform can also feel a little basic in some areas and could be improved to make the experience smoother and more engaging.

Overall, Achievers has been a good experience for me over the years. It helps in keeping motivation high and creates a positive feeling that your efforts are being recognised. It is definitely a useful tool for employee engagement.
Pros: I have been using Achievers for more than 4 years now. Whenever I get recognised for my work on this platform, it really feels good and motivates me a lot. It gives a sense that my work is actually being noticed and appreciated. The best part is that the rewards can be used as real cash or money, which makes it even more valuable and meaningful.
Cons: The only thing which I think can be better is the redemption process. Right now, the point conversion is fixed (like 1000), which feels a bit restrictive. It would be good if users get more flexibility while redeeming points.

Pros: Being able to recognize coworkers on an individual level. It's also nice to see what other are doing.
Cons: Feels like a task having to award monthly points instead of just when someone really goes above an beyond.
Paula Y. · Clinical Engineering System Support Coordinator II · Biotechnology · March 19, 2026
all in all, "Facebook for employees," and a fun way to share goals, let alone recognizing others for their hard work.
Pros: Very easy to post/shout out to coworkers and share recognitions. Also very easy to redeem points for rewards and other products.
Cons: only had issues with logging in, not sure if it was Achievers or the company itself making changes or updates. Also, with transferring points, it sometimes took longer to receive them despite meeting the requirements to earn them.
Jenna B. · Manager · Hospital & Health Care · March 13, 2026
My experience with Achievers is definitely a positive one. I have no complaints with the system, and it is significantly better than the previous paper system I had been using for giving an receiving recognition prior to transitioning to Achievers.
Pros: My company uses Achievers as a form of giving and receiving recognition. Additionally, there are rewards that recognition points that can be redeemed for numerous prizes. There is an massive prize catalog that includes rewards such as home goods, gift cards, and more.
Cons: For me personally, it is quite hard to put a finger on anything I don't care for on Achievers. As I had previously mentioned in my initial review, there is a limited GIF selection for use in commenting on recognitions.

Love earning rewards and easy redemptions. Cant wait to see new options this year and earn lots of new rewards
Pros: The options are always plentiful. Easy to access rewards. Supported by employer. Help easy to access
Cons: No complaints. Maybe more options more ethnically related there is a lot of.options and more goal specific options by season
Trish R. · Program Manager · Hospital & Health Care · January 2, 2026
Overall I am satisfied with using the platform and continue to learn from the many different topics offered
Pros: I like the fact that it is easy to navigate the site. The reward points are an incentive and good most of the time.
Cons: sometimes you have to search more than you may want too. The Points are still a downer as they are sometimes limited
Valerie N. · IRIS Consultant · Individual & Family Services · October 31, 2025
Nice experience so far, have noticed a rise in recognition activities, leading employees to feel more valued and appreciated.
Pros: The ease with which I can do the job. I appreciate Achievers for its employee recognition and engagement features, its ability to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee motivation, and provide valuable insights into employee performance and satisfaction
Cons: Graphics seem simple, would like to see more AI integration and more admin access to reporting suite.
Mihaela N. · HR Data Analyst · Information Technology and Services · August 6, 2025
Overall it is an excellent way to provide positive feedback and feel encouraged. Glad that other teams are motivated to share positive experiences.
Pros: Easy to use, brings positivity to the organization. The rewards are actually worth cashing in. I particularly like the money gift cards.
Cons: Actually cashing in gift cards can be a little confusing/time consuming. Other than that the application is very positive.

So far it's rewarding to read what has impacted others about your work. It feels very good to be rewarded for something you accomplished.
Pros: Enjoy the feedback and recognition from team members. It's good to know when there's something you were able to complete that other recognize.
Cons: It's not really something about the platform or the application, I just haven't had enough time to explore more ab it.

Pros: What I like most about Achievers is the ability to give team recognition and the value that brings to our teammates.
Cons: What I like least about Achievers is that it could use better filters when redeeming points to spend after receiving recognitions.
Erik P. · Partner Specialist · Information Technology and Services · July 23, 2025
Pros: The ability to recognize co-workers in a public platform is a great tool for us! I enjoy the ability to redeem points as well for gift cards.
Cons: I do not have any current complaints or issues with Achievers. The platform works seamlessly and is overall well-used by our company
Stefanie M. · Sr Manager Strategy · Consumer Electronics · July 23, 2025
Pros: Using this program gives our employees freedom to choose their reward for their hard work. With so many opportunities to pick things to their taste, you're bound to bring a smile to their faces.
Cons: Overall the experience is positive, however there is one area that prove challenging. I've found it hard to recall up simple items ie Amazon Gift Card. Should be easier to search something I've searched before.
Cheryl Ann K. · Director, Conference Center and Production Operations · Pharmaceuticals · July 23, 2025
platform is good, easy to use and navigate - but implementation at our company needs work for it to be more effective
Pros: easy to use, very easy to make recognition and call out colleagues for their work. great to have reminders to spend points
Cons: not used widely enough at our company or enough points given to make a difference - needs fully embracing
Anonymous User · Senior Marketing Manager · Publishing · July 22, 2025
Pros: The ability to recognize others for their hard work for other coworkers and managers to see. A lot of things can go unnoticed in the workplace, so it is great that positive things can become more visible to others.
Cons: The profile pictures are not updated with Active Directory, only on first joining. This makes it somewhat confusing trying to correlate people with theirname/picture.
Daniel L. · Software Development Intern · Banking · July 21, 2025
It is a great morale booster for the team. Even the smallest amount of points makes the greatest impact.
Pros: The wide selection of gift cards and merchandise you can choose from. The gifts cards are also e-gift cards so in about an hour you receive the card.
Cons: Having to use points to pay for the extra fees or tax, used to be an even amount but now it is a little over. It is frustrating because you think you have enough based on the points to dollar ratio but then you have to figure in the tax or fees.
Gerald H. · Inventory Validation Supervisor · Biotechnology · July 21, 2025
Overall it's been great. I even had a time last year that I had not received a gift card that was issued to be because I moved, and even though it had been months, I had just reached out to the customer service and they were able to send me a new card with no problem
Pros: I really enjoy this program. It's great for recognition for hard work and incentive to keep producing.
Cons: My experience has been really good so I can't complain about anything that I like the least. But if I had to nit pick, possibly an option to transfer the money that would be on a gift card to an actual check or bank account would be great.
Stephanie A. · In House Clinical Research Associate · Pharmaceuticals · July 21, 2025
The experience has been easy and seamless. I am able to use the app on the go and anytime that it comes to mind.
Pros: I love the ease and that on-the-go app I can recognize my teammates wherever and whenever the need arises.
Cons: There is nothing I would change or am negative about when it comes to the app or the Achievers site.
Jayme C. · Client Operations Manager · Information Technology and Services · July 21, 2025
I am very satisfied I have no issues - I would recommend all companies use Achievers for employee recognition.
Pros: This is just away of showing appreciation on ones normal job description. The team will know that their support hard work and dedication is a collaborative effort and not over looked. The Kudos is an extra bonus that provides the staff with rewards or gift cards to use instead of money, this is also helpful. Right now with the economy the coast of everything has gone up every penny helps a gift card is the same value as money just used at one location. This gives our management the opportunity's to highly employees.
Cons: I haven't had any issues with achievers customer support and is easy to use and offers support if required.
Elarie H. · Coordinator · Individual & Family Services · July 19, 2025
My experience with Achievers has been recognition for achievements in the workplace, big or small. These simple boosts brighten the workday to send or receive. An excellent tool for the workplace!
Pros: Achievers is an excellent tool to provide a means of recognition and praise for colleagues. This can range from the ordinary such as a birthday, work anniversary, or retirement to commendations for helping colleagues with their work achievements, coaching or any value that would generally be 'unsung'.
Cons: I don't have any negative commentary about Achievers, it's a good means of boosting morale. It's not a mandatory tool, however I would never think it should be either, yet I think it would be beneficial if used more.
