I am very happy with the service and response time working with their team. The data we have been able to extract has been critical to making informed decisions.
Pros: The ability to get custom reporting that matches the data we need to make informed decisions. Also, the support I have received in creating these reports.
Cons: I do believe the service is expensive though I continue to see the value. Like most people would always like services cheaper.

10/10 - that's all I can say, I've been using them for a year now, and I can create any report and get any data I want.
Pros: The data and reports you get from them is incredible. And their customer support/agents are incredible, very fast replies and they always make sure you get the best experience.
Cons: Their whole system is a bit complex, but that's completely understandable with the amount of data you can extract. Plus their agents are replying SUPER fast and they can craft you any report you want, so there is nothing I least like.

Pros: There is a report for everything I need - very easy to use and when I have questions, customer service is the best part of This app. They are happy to help when I need assistance creating specific reports and it has been a huge time saver for me.
Cons: Sometimes with so many choices it can be hard to narrow it down and figure out how to make a specific report however customer service always helps me immediately in these situations.

Easy to use, helpful if you are not naturally strong at analyzing your numbers. I recommend to other Shopify owners looking for higher quality reports.
Pros: I appreciate the value provided to my business by Better Reports. Anytime I am looking to run a specific report and I am unsure where to find the numbers they have been extremely helpful and have created several custom reports for my dashboard with no hassle.
Cons: No cons to report. It is a simply layout and design, but I appreciate that I am paying for ease of use and excellent customer service as opposed to paying for high end looking graphics.

Extremely knowledgable team! Quick to help with any data needs or assistance! Platform itself has a slight learning curve but is extremely robust and can be used by both beginners and advanced users alike. BetterReports has become a vital piece to our daily operations as well as allowing us to get granular with reporting on a day to day basis!
Pros: Simplicity in creating custom reports. Out the box reports helpful to get started with. The automation and connectivity to both email & Google Sheets is huge!
Cons: slight learning curve when first starting out if unfamiliar with transforming data. Load times for larger data sets can be rather long but tolerable

The complete reports are easy to read and understand. The first time I reached out, Claudia Aubin replied in a timely manner and was incredibly helpful every time I reached out. She created reports that are easy to read and understand.
Pros: There are a lot of reports from which to choose! So many options. I haven't even begun to explore what Better Reports can do for me.

Pros: Speed, proactiveness and clarity on their answers. I always get the support I need, and they go the extra mile to resolve my requests.
Cons: The price is quite high and it is per store on Shopify. It would be great if they could offer different plan tiers to favor the smaller merchants. I also do not love the interface of their reports, and that it is not easy to recover deleted reports. I would appreciate a better UX/UI.

Top notch and I will always highly recommend them! I haven't upgraded my Shopify plan because I honestly like their reports more than Shopifys.
Pros: I can always count on Better Reports to reach out either same day or by the next day. Communication is always top notch and if they need more clarification they send a detailed email and or a video showing what they need. They are also great to work with!
Cons: I truly can't think of anything that I don't like about Better Reports. They have helped me within hours of each time that I need assistance on a custom report.

Pros: very very very quick response, customer service is the best, they always solve my question in 1-2 hours.
Cons: I have to ask customer server to build a report for me some time, I cannot find the attributes I want to add it into my reports, it should display all the attributes the dataset included so I can add from the options into the report fields by myself

We use Better Reports at Vine Apparel and it has become one of our core tools. It gives us the data Shopify can’t, and the support is genuinely the best I’ve had from any Shopify app. The ability to schedule reports to be emailed daily means the right people get the numbers they need without anyone having to go looking for them. It saves us time, helps us spot issues earlier, and lets us make decisions with confidence.
Pros: The flexibility to build the exact reports we need. Shopify’s native reporting can be limiting, but Better Reports lets us create complex measures, filters, and custom fields so we can actually analyse what’s happening in the business. Their support team is outstanding and replies quickly with clear guidance. They’ve helped us build tricky metrics and often suggest better ways to structure a report.
Cons: There’s a learning curve if you’re building very advanced reports, but the support team makes this much easier. They also have a huge library of prebuilt reports, so most of the time we can just use or adapt one of those. Nothing else worth noting.

They are always quick to respond and continually make changes to a custom report if needed. We've reached out on several occasions with a 100% success rate!
Pros: Any report a retailer can ask for is readily available, and if you can't find it, there's a very good chance they will create a new custom report for you(very quickly!). It is user-friendly enough that we can often make custom changes ourselves as well.
Cons: Nothing. We have always had a great experience! If the changes being made aren't to our liking, they will listen to our feedback to come up with the best solution possible.

[sensitive content hidden] is my main contact and she understands my questions and finds solutions fast. We added Better Reports on when we transitioned to Shopify because Shopify did not have the analytic capacity. It is a critical add-on to Shopify.
Pros: The customer service is stellar! I always receive an answer to my inquiries quickly with solutions. It would take me many hours to learn how to navigate the program whereas I feel I can have help analyzing my business with just a quick question sent out.
Cons: Not really any cons so far. As long as I get a quick and speedy response to my query it helps me focus on running my boutique rather than having to learn a program by spending hours creating data templates.

Pros: The reports are highly customizable and let me drill down into exactly the metrics I need. It’s incredibly easy to build reports that Shopify doesn’t provide out of the box. The flexibility — I can slice data in different ways without exporting to Excel. Real-time reporting saves me hours every week compared to manual spreadsheets. The interface is intuitive but still powerful enough for detailed analysis. Their customer support is fast and super helpful when I need a custom setup. It pulls data seamlessly from Shopify, so I don’t have to worry about syncing issues. I can automate reports to send directly to my inbox or team, which keeps everyone aligned. It has helped me track sales, inventory, and refunds more accurately than Shopify’s native tools. The ability to create custom fields and formulas makes it feel like it’s built exactly for my business.
Cons: Some advanced customization requires reaching out to support (though they’re very quick to help). The flexibility is amazing, but it can feel a bit complex at first until you get the hang of it.

The most powerful report building tool we have found for Shopify backed by amazingly prompt and helpful support
Pros: Better Reports enables us to get any data out of Shopify easily, on a schedule if wished. It finds data I didn't know Shopify contained. But most of all, their support team are exceptional. I ask whether something is possible; mere hours later a custom report has been built for me! Rockstar Service!
Cons: It can be a bit tricky to build the reports yourself as there are so many possible variables and cuts of the data

I am a very happy user! All the departments that interact with Shopify use the reports and it has worked very well for the company. The price has gone up some over the years, but it is still very much worth it.
Pros: The reports can pull in all kinds of information it is impossible to get myself on my Shopify account. And working with people at Better Reports has been fantastic. They are prompt and very helpful. I've been using Better Reports for many years and am very happy with it.
Cons: I find the reports a little hard to configure, but support has always been very good about helping me, so it all works out.

I use Better Reports every day. It's able to provide reports that are significantly more detailed than standard Shopify reports. This is, by far, the Shopify app I use most!
Pros: Far more detail than Shopify reports Many options to create custom reports Additional fields can be added (and support is quick to assist with these!) Fantastic support team!!
Cons: Distribution of reports is limited to 3,000 monthly emails. This can be challenging for larger companies or if reports are automated to send frequently for monitoring issues.

I have used them to get info that I used to get with my old POS, Retail Management Systems. They had the best reports, and you could filter them for exactly what you need. Now with Better Reports, I can get the same info.
Pros: Shopify is wonderful in so many ways, but their reporting is lacking. Better Reports has helped me get the information I need. The new sales tax reports from Shopify are long and confusing, I could not see the amounts I needed to report. I emailed the help desk and within hours had the correct info in a "made for me" sales tax report. It actually is easier to read than Shopify's old report.
Cons: I haven't had a Con yet. I of course wish the information I need was included in my Shopify monthly charge, however if you need the info in order to make correct business decisions, $39.90 a month is worth it.

Better Reports is fast and informative. Interface is intuitive, and the ability build custom reports is near-endless. If there's ever been a report I couldn't figure out how to generate myself, Better Report's customer service is 100% Best In Class in my opinion. Genuinely, their customer support is among the very best I've ever encountered during our years using Shopify
Pros: Incredible customization - well beyond what is provided by the default Shopify reporting functionality.
