Pros: It's great to see co-workers recognize each other and their contribution to the team as a whole unit!
Cons: The customization options are a bit limited It would be nice to have more flexibility in rewards and reporting features.

Bonusly is a good software for employee recognition. The software supports pulse surveys and real-time employees activity tracking. Introduction of the product in our organisation has increased productivity by keeping employees motivated and offering them rewards and incentives after the set sales goals are met.
Pros: Bonusly has automated employee recognition in our organisation. It has made our employees to fill valued through recognition programmes and giving of incentives to show appreciation. The product has enhanced feedback management and general employee performance management. Bonusly has a smooth implementation process and integrates perfectly with Zapier,Namely and Okta software amongst many other tools. Availability of a simple and flexible plan makes the software affordable to all sizes of businesses and organisations.
Cons: We have not had even minor issues with Bonusly. The soft has worked for us and enhanced peer to peer recognition.

My overall experience with Bonusly i can say has been great as it has great potential features like peer, employee recognition and rewards.
Pros: Peer to peer recognition aspects which bosts collaboration. Very customised redemption. Gift cards and donations.
Cons: Bonusly is a great platform but there is few challenges of Point redemption have limited options. Remender/ notifications need some improvement.

Overall the experience has been great. The platform is user friendly, the options to use memes and pictures, and the cost is very reasonable
Pros: It;s very user friendly, our employees love it so the engagement is very high and there's a wide selection of redemptions options. It also integrates with our HRIS.
Cons: We don't have a designated support manager that reaches out to tell us updates or informs of any changes on our account.

I’m extremely happy with Bonusly! I find this app easier to use than our previous HR app and it really helps with employee engagement.
Pros: This app is extremely easy to use. Demos are provided to help you work through available options. This is a really great HR tool for engagement!
Cons: Options are preselected so you can only choose from what’s provided. You do have the option to write additional items in.

Pros: Bonusly was a really nice platform that was used in our workplace. Having employees have an easy way to quickly recognize other employees efforts monthly was great to build team synergy.
Cons: Some staff would not have time to allocate their points to anyone. It would've been nice to have a setting where any remaining points for the month were randomly allocated to different staff in a raffle like system.

It has be fun to use the sytem to recognize others. I can piggy back onto other recognitions too. It is great.
Pros: It is a great way to show appreciation. The gifs we sharearw priceless. It also has people thinking about each other accomplishments.
Cons: Every month you lose any points that are left over. I'm not sure if it is a setup issue or not. I would like to roll over the extra.

Pros: Love the ease to rewards coworkers in a fun way but also with points that they can use as they wish. Such a neighborly context that ties perfectly with our company mindset. Also love the donation section where you can give away your points to a non profit
Cons: While there are a few partner choice, there are still some big brands missing in a few big categories like grocery or travel.

As the leader of the company I loved this tool. It automated yet personalized recognition. Every time someone logged in for the first time it was neat to see their excitement and engagement. I love the concept of the app and that we could allow team members to send rewards to other team members.
Pros: Loved that my team could hand out recognition to other team members. The engagement from the team sending congratulations and supportive messages was amazing to see as a company leader. We also enjoyed that it integrated with our HR program and didn't require hours of set up and maintenance.
Cons: It is pricy for a small team. We have a team of 15-18 and the cost was high for a business of our size. Additionally, at first we saw a lot of engagement from the whole team then engagement dwindled down to a few team members after a few months. It was hard to keep engagement flowing with a high turnover industry as well.

Words of encouragement come naturally for me, but I've loved watching other co-works engage with each other in celebrating what they see in each other!
Pros: Bonusly has increased employment engagement with celebration and encouragement! I love the variety in gift card options for cash-out.
Cons: I wish you could choose your own bonusly amounts outside of the pre-selected amounts.

This program is user-friendly, resembles many of the most popular social media platforms making it easy for everyone in our team to use. It promotes inter-office cooperation and gives constant mini-bumps to our office's overall comraderie and general work happiness.
Pros: This program is easy to use, it's easy for our coworkers to use, and it saves time on deciding what and how to reward our team.
Cons: Many of the rewards locations are not available in our area.

Overall experience with the tool has been excellent. As a primary admin and promoter of the tool, everything from front end usage to back-end resolution has been really simple and great.
Pros: Bonusly is a very strong employee recognition tool that encourages the use and engagement amongst this. The design really makes recognizing simple and receiving recognition rewarding and fulfilling.
Cons: The catalogue can be limited for companies outside of the United States. There are options for custom rewards but those still have to be manually processed. The automated redemptions are fairly limited.

Wonderful experience, this program helps boost morale and bond employees, and is a great way to provide "thank you's" that actually matter and have real merit.
Pros: LOVED my experience with Bonusly, this is such a fun and easy way to spread company morale, to help employees feel valued, to spread goodwill, and to bond coworkers. I love being able to send kudos that people can actually cash in for prizes, it means so much more and gets employees more excited than just a blanket "thanks," that doesn't speak the way that actual prizes do. This gives actual merit to your thanks, and gets employees excited to hype each other up.
Cons: No complaints at all, although I was a primary user and not part of the team involved in setup, so I can't speak on that - Bonusly is easy to use, grows company morale, and employee happiness, and gives employees actual money to spend on what they really want. The best way to say "good job!"

Pros: A great product which offers effective employee recognition, giving incentives, gift cards to the employees. It helps in payroll reporting, employee management, and provides a platform for team building. It has been provided with a easy-to-use interface for employees, HRM and the management.
Cons: I found the customer support a bit delayed. Also, the analytics can be further improved. Otherwise, it is a great software.
