My experience has been wonderful and this has been a rewarding website to use. The company only benefits from this website and its mobile app.
Pros: The customer service chat is absolutely helpful and amazing! There are days when I simply cannot find something that seems simple enough to find, but with the quick responses from the Chat team, I am able to get a response in no time at all and have my question resolved within only a matter of minutes.
Cons: The UI can change in a way that makes the website something that needs to be re-learned. While this is fine for new users, for older users such as myself, it can be time consuming and a bit confusing.

For what it provides Contractor Foreman is a great software and it saves me a lot of time and paperwork being able to manage a lead all the way up to project completion.
Pros: Contractor Foreman is an excellent value for what it provides. It's a very nice all-in-one platform that is easy to use once you onboard. I've had good experiences with customer support, and it does a great job handing my estimates, project management and all around construction management.
Cons: Timecards can be painful in rural areas where signal is limited. There is also no real good way to give a bird's eye view over all projects, rather than just a single project at a time.

Contractor Foreman significantly streamlines the estimating process. The software's ability to save all relevant information for future reference is incredibly valuable. Having easy access to contact details further enhances its utility. Overall, the program offers numerous benefits that make it a worthwhile investment.
Pros: Customer Support: The support team was consistently responsive and helpful, addressing my queries promptly and providing clear solutions. Their knowledge of the software was impressive, and they went the extra mile to ensure my issues were resolved efficiently. Ease of Use: Contractor Foreman boasts an intuitive interface, making it incredibly easy to navigate and use. The software's design is user-friendly, allowing even those with limited technical skills to quickly become proficient. The streamlined workflows and clear labeling further enhance ease of use. Estimate Creation: The estimate creation feature is a game-changer. It allows for quick, accurate, and detailed estimates, saving valuable time and reducing errors. The customizable templates and clear presentation options make it easy to create professional-looking estimates for clients.
Cons: While Contractor Foreman shows promise as a comprehensive solution, its recent launch means that it's not yet free of glitches. I've encountered some bugs and occasional inconsistencies during my use, which, while not deal-breakers, do require some patience and workaround solutions. These issues are likely to be addressed with future updates.

We use it heavily for management of projects for estimating and project management. Subcontracts and directory, so many modules tied together is great.
Pros: Fully functional with more tools than we use. Continues to improve and educate on the improvement. It is an awesome PM, Accounting, and Estimator communicator
Cons: Changing habits of how we have been entering and doing things because we have to learn and sometimes changebour thought process or pattern to meet the function change.

Overall, my experience with Contractor Foreman has been positive. It is a strong platform with many useful tools for managing construction projects, estimates, and company data in one place. While it does take time to learn and fully customize, once you get familiar with it, it can be very helpful for improving organization and keeping projects moving.
Pros: What I liked most about Contractor Foreman is that it gives our company a lot of tools in one place. It helps with project management, estimate creation, construction tracking, and organizing information so our team can stay on the same page. I also like that customer service has been helpful when we need support, and the system has strong features for contractors who want an all-in-one platform.
Cons: What I liked least about Contractor Foreman is that the learning curve can feel pretty deep, especially when first setting it up and trying to understand all of the features. Because the platform does a lot, it can take time to train team members and build efficient workflows. At first, some parts can feel a little overwhelming until you spend enough time using it regularly.

Overall experience has been very satisfactory, and we definitely will continue to use it. Contractor Foreman is continually getting feedback and making improvements, which makes the experience much better.
Pros: - Value for the money - Ease of use - Project management - Customer support Ability to get help relatively quick when there's an issue and contractor Foreman continually improving the product
Cons: I can't say there is one specific thing that I dislike, except maybe being able to get documentation from it into other programs that would make a little more clean presentation for our client.
Anonymous User · Vice President · Construction · April 20, 2026
What makes the experience stand out is how convenient it is to have everything in one place. Managing estimates, schedules, invoices, and project details all within a single system helps keep things organized and saves time. It also works well both in the office and out in the field, which makes it practical for real-world use.
Pros: $90
Cons: What I dislike about Contractor Foreman is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. There are so many features and tools packed into the platform that it takes a while to learn where everything is and how to use it efficiently.

What I liked least about Contractor Foreman was that some features can feel a little clunky and take more clicks than necessary.
Pros: What I liked most about Contractor Foreman was how it kept everything organized in one place and made project management much easier.
Cons: What I liked least about Contractor Foreman was that it can feel a bit clunky and take more clicks than I’d like for some tasks.

Contractor Foreman has been a great tool for managing our jobs from start to finish. We use it for estimating, scheduling, and tracking progress, and it keeps everything in one place which makes a big difference.
Pros: All-in-one system for construction management •Good estimating and job tracking tools •Integrates with QuickBooks •Helps keep the team organized
Cons: Takes some time to fully learn •Mobile experience could be a little cleaner. Needs some work with schedule.
Tristan H. · Project Manager · Construction · April 14, 2026
Other than a few minor details, Contractor Foreman has been a game-changer for our company. There is end to end visibility of all projects, employees, suppliers and more. It has many excellent features and ability to sync with QuickBooks seamlessly. The web app works well and is available in Android and Apple.
Pros: We are a mid-sized contractor and we use Contractor Foreman to track project spending and ensure our jobs stay on budget. It syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks and has a user-friendly interface. I have also made use of their handy webchat for miscellaneous questions. There is also an option to run reports which our project managers find extremely useful. This is only a few of the options we use, but as we expand I'm sure more and more of the tools will be utilized. Great product!
Cons: A few minor issues: - When entering multiple line items on an invoice, sometimes a line or two will disappear and require re-entry. - When adding an attachment, it usually appears as if you've added two attachments even when only one was added. - One of the tax options prevents CF from syncing with QB.

It’s a core part of how we run our business—both in the office and out in the field. It keeps everything organized in one place.
Pros: Contractor Foreman continues to improve with thoughtful updates, and their support team is always knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to walk you through anything new.
Cons: One drawback is that the employee’s name isn’t shown on the daily log. While there is a picture of the employee, depending on which screen you’re viewing, it’s not always clear who the worker is. This can make it harder to quickly identify who completed each log.

Overall I would highly recommend doing a demo of this platform, I have recommended it to many friends within the industry lately and one of them signed up already and is loving it.
Pros: Bidding projects is extremely easy on this platform. We love that all of our estimate notes including: pricing, photos, product quotes, etc. are all kept in one location. Converting estimates to projects with SOV’s is simple as well. The support team is available readily without long wait times and are quick to assist with whatever we may need.
Cons: I would like a feature added to the “daily logs” section where you can search within your daily logs and separate them by logs that have materials and logs that don’t. There aren’t any other cons that we have, the support and overall product is excellent.
Kyle S. · Estimator and Project Manager · Construction · March 30, 2026
Its been a great overall experience so far. Everything form the time clock to the AIA billing and the ease of creating an SOV - just cuts down on so much admin time. Its very helpful.
Pros: I like that it is cost effective and full of features. I also appreciate the amount of time that went into providing resources for learning and training on the system. Every feature has a training module which makes it even easier to use.
Cons: With my experience in the software so far, I really dont have much negative feedback. There are lots of customizable options, including branding any templates that you choose to use. The only thing I wish I could do, was have the system send and email (invoice or estimate or whatever) and the email shows that its coming from me instead of contractor foreman. If I forget to tell the client, they dont recognize the email address and they dont open it.

Overall, our experience with Contractor Foreman has been positive. It has helped streamline documentation and improve organization across projects. The ability to keep safety records, photos, and project information in one location has made tracking progress much easier. Customer support has been responsive when questions come up, and the software continues to improve with updates. It has been a valuable tool for improving efficiency and accountability within our team.
Pros: Contractor Foreman is very user friendly and provides a wide range of tools that help keep projects organized in one place. The platform makes it easy to track safety documentation, daily logs, photos, and project updates. It has helped improve communication between office staff and field crews, and the customizable features allow us to tailor forms and reports to fit our company’s needs. The price point is also very reasonable compared to similar construction management software.
Cons: Some features can take time to learn when first getting started, especially when customizing forms or workflows. There are occasional minor glitches, and certain reports could have more formatting flexibility. While the system is very capable, it can feel overwhelming at first because of the number of available tools.
Josie M. · Project Engineer · Civil Engineering · March 26, 2026
Good for the most part they are a bit slow with correcting things that don't work. Not monthly updates like previously now its quarterly.
Pros: Simple platform and very user friendly, has most all areas that company would need for running their business.
Cons: They need to spend more time getting areas streamlined and less time on adding more widgets Creating your own forms should be better as well, they look fairly unprofessional
Pauline P. · Admin · Construction · March 19, 2026
Love it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! If you want your company to succeed, use Contractor Foreman. You wont regret it.
Pros: CF has been great all around for us. Our guys in the field use it daily. We love how easy it is to use and the data you can track is a game changer. They are very quick to help through the live chat.
Cons: None really.. I think this program is very easy to use has the new updates that are coming are exciting.
Justin B. · Project Operations Manager · Construction · March 19, 2026
Overall, Contractor Foreman works well for what we need it to there are just a few things I would tweak on it so it would fit better with what we need to input.
Pros: The timecard tracking works really well. The Geolocation tracking is a huge plus especially since we have multiple job locations.
Cons: The customizability of the PDF templates. There are a few things I would like to change like being able to change the title of the change order numbers for the customer. As well as the ability to input more than two decimal points on numbers.
Jorden H. · Estimator · Construction · March 18, 2026
My overall experience was good. We have used this program this program for about 3-4 years for the field.
Pros: If you couldn't figure it out then they had a lot of resources to help you out. We had a lot of employees that were using.
Cons: It wasn't as user friendly as some of the other programs. It took a little bit to get it figured out.
Ranee D. · Director of Project Management · Construction · March 10, 2026
Pros: It's easy to use and fully customizable. All my projects are organized, and I can see at a glance what we are spending on each of them.
Cons: The integration is a bit confusing, but their team really helped us get through it as best as they could.
Rafael P. · General Manager · Construction · March 6, 2026
We switched over to Contractor Foreman from Service Titan. We are making the switch to be more project and commercial base and Contractor Foreman help with doing that.
Pros: Contractor Foreman is a great organizational tool for project management and CRM. It is very easy to use and you get great value for the price.
Cons: Software is very simple design wise, but there are really no complains in terms of that. Occasionally there are bugs but it does not happen consistently. Also, since we still do residential, we would like to be able to add more that one appointment to a residential service ticket, specifically when we are needing to go back to complete the work.
Karla V. · Administrator · Construction · March 4, 2026
Its been simply and easy to use thus far. As I learn more in the contracting world I can then use more of the resourses that are available through foreman which makes it really nice.
Pros: Its fairly simple to navigate and find whatever youre looking for. The trainings are also very helpful. Coming in as an office manager brand new I had no understanding of any back end stuff. Foreman made it easy to figure out.
Cons: They dont sync up with the Payroll company that we use. Just makes an extra step on my end in adding numbers for the employees.
Jordan B. · Office Manager · Construction · March 4, 2026
overall experience has been positive. easy to implement. convenient to have everything in one place.
Pros: We like that everything we need for a project is contained in one place. Our time tracking has greatly improved since implementing contractor foreman.
Cons: We found that cost tracking could be improved. Differentiating between change orders and original scope could be improved.
Jake D. · Estimator · Construction · February 25, 2026
Overall I give Contractor Foreman a 8/10; there are a few items they can work on and maybe they have overkill a few others.
Pros: It's very good to streamline Projects, from estimating to punch list. It's good for time tracking and expenses tracking. AIA Billing need some work but it's awesome they have this.
Cons: They have to work on be able to ease up the process of Over the Counter Sales. They have separated Leads, Estimates and possible sales, I honestly not find it useful for so many tabs. Their credit cards and debit cards fees are a little higher than everyone else.
Bryan L. · President · Construction · February 20, 2026
Has been good so far. The QuickBooks integration was a little difficult and time consuming, but was worth it.
Pros: Good value for the money spent. User friendly and has good functionality. Helps us streamline project management well.
Cons: The approval process. It would be nice if we could assign who things would be sent to for approval.
Anonymous User · Preconstruction Administration · Construction · February 20, 2026
Overall, my experience has been very positive. Contractor Foreman has streamlined project management tasks, improved organization, and provided excellent customer support whenever needed. It has become a valuable tool in my daily workflow
Pros: The platform is very useful for managing projects, and the support team is extremely helpful and resourceful. Their quick responses and guidance make the experience smooth and reliable.
Cons: Some features take a little time to learn, especially when navigating between modules. However, once you get used to the layout, it becomes much easier.
