It has been great utilizing Acculynx in the manner that our company utilizes it. The software is easy to learn and easy to use.
Pros: One place to organize all of our company’s workflow. The layout of the program is user friendly and it gives up to date information.
Cons: Some of the bugs that needed to be worked out in order for certain parts of the program to work properly

Pretty good. Seem to find something weekly that I like and makes me feel better about the system. I think training when we first started using it helped our key employee, but we didn't really have a train the trainer experience to help our other emplyees
Pros: Easy for my production team to use. Solid mobile app. Good search features. Just hired someone from another company that uses A/L, so it's nice to see him up and running fasst.
Cons: Reporting is clunky. Works better for exterior jobs. We are struggling on using it with our interior jobs.

Over all the CRM is a really great product and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Would like to see a few features advanced.
Pros: The customisations that you can set up with the workflow. Easy to enter in customers and keep track of everything. Estimates are easy to create once its set up how we need it. Customer support is easy to access and they are very helpful! For new operators coming in the how to videos that come up and amazing!
Cons: We can not request multiple commissions from the same customer. The averages of the A/R Range is the average of the averages, which gives an inaccurate data points to go off of. Can not do cascading tasks with automations, would like to be able to automatically create a task/checklist item when a previous task is completed.

Overall Acculynx is a decent product but it comes at a cost. We appreciate the flexibility of creating estimates to fit our specific needs but the cost is too high. Acculynx is set up to handle the needs of a large organization but almost overwhelming for smaller companies.
Pros: Acculynx is very flexible for our needs and very responsive with suggestions, help or questions. When one emails or calls they respond very quickly and actually listen to customer suggestions when upgrading their product. There are a few bugs and issues that occur as with any software However, they are responsive when reported and usually get them smoothed out.
Cons: Acculynx has repeatedly raised the price for their product. They have multiple add on products but at a pretty big cost. By using some of the additional products offered you can really shoot up your bill. For a smaller company the cost is not worth the additional add on. The base cost is also reaching a point of forcing us to look elsewhere.

Cons: The first and last name boxes don’t start the text with a capital letter. When using the mobile app, it requires an extra step.

My overall experience with acculynx have been great! The communications that I am able to do with any team member is my favorite.
Pros: It is a Great system that allows our roofing company to utilize many features that make our operation run smoothly.
Cons: The system does take some learning and getting use to. As a company we make had to do many trainings to learn all its uses.

Overall, my experience with AccuLynx was positive. It definitely helped improve organization and visibility across projects, especially when handling multiple jobs at the same time. There’s a learning curve in the beginning, but once the team gets comfortable with it, it becomes a solid system for managing day-to-day operations.
Pros: Managing leads, jobs, photos, estimates, and communication felt a lot more organized compared to juggling multiple tools. The mobile app was also helpful for field updates without needing to go back and forth with the office team.
Cons: Some parts of the platform felt a bit outdated and took time to get used to. A few workflows also felt more complicated than they needed to be, especially during setup. Reporting could be more flexible too.

We’ve been using AccuLynx for years, and it’s become the backbone of our operations. Customer support has always been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance, and while there are occasional minor issues, they’re typically resolved quickly. Overall, AccuLynx has been a reliable tool that helps us stay organized, communicate effectively, and continue growing our business.
Pros: What we like most about AccuLynx is how it keeps our entire operation organized in one place. From permits and documents to customer communication and invoicing, everything is tied to the job, which makes it easy to track, manage, and stay on top of every project. It has streamlined our workflow, improved team communication, and eliminated the need for multiple systems, saving us a significant amount of time.
Cons: If I had to point out a downside with AccuLynx, it would be the field app. It’s constantly being improved, which we appreciate, but at times it can feel a step behind the desktop version in terms of speed and functionality. That said, updates are frequent and it’s clear they are actively working to make it better.

overall positive experience. From extensive research, Acculynx is the best CRM for roofing contractors.
Pros: Ease of use and intuitive user face design. The amble cloud storage is great for photos and docs. The e-sign feature with tracking is great. The app connect syncing is also very helpful.
Cons: being able to quickly show good, better, best options instead of having to create a new smartdoc and import.

Overall, my experience with AccuLynx has been very positive. It’s been a reliable system that helps keep our jobs organized from start to finish, especially when it comes to invoicing and closing out projects. I appreciate how user-friendly it is for the tasks I handle daily, and it doesn’t give me many issues or glitches. The ability to copy information between jobs has been a huge time-saver and makes maintaining consistency across projects much easier. It’s one of those features you don’t realize how much you rely on until you have it. Overall, it’s made my workflow more efficient and streamlined, which has been a big win for both me and the team.
Pros: I am the Controller and from my perspective AccuLynx has been a really solid tool for us, especially on the invoicing and job completion side. One of my favorite features is the ability to copy from one job to another—estimates, photos, documents—you name it. It saves a ton of time and comes in handy more often than I can count. The platform is also very reliable; I rarely run into bugs, which makes day-to-day work smooth and efficient.
Cons: The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for us, it’s been worth it for the time savings and overall functionality.

Overall it’s been a solid CRM that gets the job done without being complicated. It keeps things organized and the support team makes a big difference. With a few improvements, it would be even better!!
Pros: It’s really simple and easy to learn. The layout makes sense so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it. Customer service is honestly one of the best parts. You can talk to a real person and they’re always nice and helpful. They also follow up after to make sure everything is still good, which I appreciate!
Cons: I wish you could assign multiple users to one lead since teams usually work together. The mobile app can be a bit laggy at times. The search feature could also be better. It feels a little limited and could use more filters to find things faster.

I mostly use it to upload photos. I like how easy it is to do that. I like that when I’m searching for a job I just all I need to do is enter the job number and then a series of options comes up for a project that we’re currently working on and it’s easy for me to recognize which job to click on to upload the photos
Pros: Able to use it on my iPhone. Word is that the app isn’t as good so I’ve never bothered to use it. So I’m not able to accurately describe which one is better.
Cons: It’s slower then I’d like it to be. When uploading photos, one is fine. But when I have to upload a dozen photos, I find myself sitting here for a minute or two before it’s done.

Decent, it could use better instruction videos that dive deeper. The videos are very basic. Maybe even a step-by-step style. I need to pause it and work then continue on.
Pros: Picture Retention and Lead tracking are great help with. The new custom fields have been nice to use.
Cons: You cannot do selections in the estimate. It should be able to have options that tally up a total. This is a huge issue. People are used to filling a cart online with up sales. I also do not like the mandatory filled out fields in certain drop-down menus.

I have been very satisfied with AccuLynx. When I helped set it up for our company years ago, I found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. AccuLynx has also done a great job of continuing to improve over time. As technology evolves and the market and industry change, the platform consistently updates and adapts to meet those needs. That ongoing development has made it a reliable tool for our business.
Pros: One of the things I like most about AccuLynx is that it serves as a central file system for the entire company. Everything: documents, contracts, payments, photos, and communication, is stored in one place and tied to each job. This makes it much easier to stay organized, find information quickly, and keep everyone on the same page. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, having all job-related details accessible in one system really improves efficiency and communication across the team.
Cons: One thing I wish AccuLynx offered is more flexibility for personalization. As someone who works in the office handling administrative tasks, the information I need to see on a daily basis is very different from what a project manager or company owner needs. It would be incredibly helpful if each user could customize their own dashboard or view based on their role. Being able to prioritize the tools, data, and workflows most relevant to my responsibilities would make the system more efficient and easier to navigate. Right now, it feels like everyone is working from a similar layout, even though our day-to-day tasks are very different. More user-specific customization would go a long way in improving productivity and overall user experience.

Overall we really like Acculynx and what it has done for us. We are a young company and it's been a great software for all of us to use. I do wish the field app was better for our field guys, but overall happy with the software itself.
Pros: Scheduling calendar, ease of estimates, some of the reports are nice (don't think we should pay extra to get extra reporting use)
Cons: Field app - while in the field our project managers and even sales team struggle with getting it to load.

This has been a terrific overall CRM for our small business. It has all the necessary features we need for job creation, tracking, financials, and communication.
Pros: It's a full-featured CRM that allows us to communicate internally and maintain all pertinent information. Also allows you to track and record communication with your customers.
Cons: I'm not a big fan of the photo report creation and setup. I feel like the photos could be grouped by tag a little better.

Very easy to put leads in and manage all of our customer accounts. I wish the communication it has with CompanyCam was better... such as, once a job is moved to prospect and gets a job #, it would be nice if CompanyCam could then show that same job #.
Pros: I really enjoy using Acculynx. My favorite thing is how organized it helps us keep our client's documents, payments, pictures and job costs/spending.
Cons: I wish there was another line to insert information in the location info... We have several addresses that we do multiple projects at, so I would like to be able to "label" them with flooring or roofing, etc, where we can see that when just glancing at the job name and address... I don't like to have to open every job to see if it is the one I am looking for.

Positive, anytime I have an issue and or problem, the help desk is aways quick to get back with me. That is priceless!
Pros: Easy to use, easy to train new employees on. Love lead tracker and calendar. I really like now that you can edit your notes.
Cons: The new way to enter leads - Ugh. I've given it about 2 weeks, still struggling entering the information for new leads.

I think it's a good overall system with some minor improvements on the sales side that I would like to see.
Pros: Pretty easy to operate and navigate through. The interface makes sense and is easy to learn. It helps me stay organized.
Cons: It doesn't integrate with Outlook for sending emails to customers. It doesn't have an option to generate multiple estimate tiers within the same estimate, sol the only way to do a "good, better, best" estimate strategy is to generate three separate estimates, which is time consuming.

We love Acculynx and it can do so many things that are helpful to our business and have allowed us to grow and scale. The customer service is top notch.
Pros: We love the pipeline and organization. We also utilize reports plus and it has changed how we run our business.
Cons: The cost for additional add ons is a lot. Sometimes my team will ask for something or look at something and it costs so much money that I just can't agree to it even if I think it would help. I wish some of these add ons were included.

I am still new to this program so don't have much of an opinion, good or bad. So far everything has been decent.
Pros: I just started using this program. So I am new to it. So far its been pretty good and easy to navigate.
Cons: I have learned that it is hard for me to duplicate estimate and update to live pricing when i have an old estimate and they ask for a new one updated to todays cost.
