Leap is a construction-focused management tool mainly used by small businesses in roofing and residential contracting to handle CRM, estimating, and daily operations. It’s notable for its scheduling and document management features, which help teams stay aligned across job sites. While reviewers often flag cancellation policies and performance issues, many highlight its workflow tools and recent GPS tracking update.

From support to training and implementation the process was always simple. The support staff and timeliness has been unmatched!
Pros: I’ve been using Leap for over 10 yrs now. I actually went to headquarters and learned directly from one of the founding fathers, [sensitive content hidden]
Cons: Nothing!! The only thing that can suprass this is integrating AI such as ChatGPT to help with doing onsite renderings of the projects.

Overall it has been a helpful tool for our company. Leap is very user friendly and helps us to stay organized with our customers. Overall 5 stars!
Pros: The software is very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Customer support has treated us well and has been able to set up virtual meetings to address any questions. Would definitely recommend the software to anyone in the construction business.
Cons: A few minor issues with having to rename customer titles but overall I like using the leap crm and sales pro.

We’ve had a very positive experience using the Sales Pro program for Kohler products. The platform is well organized, user-friendly, and has helped streamline our sales process significantly. It makes building quotes and presenting product options to customers much more efficient, and the visual tools and product information are extremely helpful for both our team and our clients. Like any program, there are occasional slowdowns or small issues with updates syncing quickly, but overall the system has continued to improve and evolve over time. The support and resources available have also been very beneficial. Overall, Sales Pro has been a valuable tool for our company and has helped improve both efficiency and customer experience.
Pros: We’ve had a great experience using the Sales Pro program for Kohler products. The platform is user-friendly, organized, and makes it much easier for our sales team to build accurate quotes and present professional options to customers. The product information, visual tools, and support resources have helped improve efficiency and customer confidence throughout the sales process. The program continues to evolve and improve, and it has become a valuable part of our daily operations. Overall, a great tool for any team selling Kohler products.
Cons: Overall, we’ve had a positive experience using the Sales Pro program for Kohler products. The platform is organized, easy to navigate, and helps our sales team create professional quotes and presentations for customers. The product visuals and information available have been very helpful during the sales process and have improved efficiency for our team. That said, there are still a few areas that could be improved. The system can occasionally run slow, especially when loading larger projects or updating pricing. There are also times when product updates or availability changes take longer than expected to reflect in the program. A little more customization in the quote layouts and reporting features would also be beneficial. Even with those issues, the program has been a valuable tool overall, and we appreciate the continued improvements being made to it.

Over all great app gets the job done. Wish the setup was a little easier and changes didn’t feel like such a challenge.
Pros: Once it’s setup you can train a monkey to use it. The system allows for ease of use for sales. Great record keeping.
Cons: Setup takes forever and can be a challenge. Hard to setup multiple product after initial onboarding they want to charge you for time.
David S. · Owner · Construction · May 8, 2026
Overall, my experience with Leap has been positive. The staff is responsive and helpful in finding solutions quickly.
Pros: What I liked most about Leap was how easy it is to create contracts and proposals efficiently. The platform is user-friendly and helps streamline the sales process.
Cons: What I liked least about Leap is that form updates do not automatically carry over between offices, especially for post-sale documents and related workflows.
Amanda P. · Sr. Management Business Operations · Construction · May 7, 2026
Overall, this is still a great system. Well thought out, but like everything, still some room to get better.
Pros: Leap makes a lot of things easier to control from both an administrative perspective and a sales perspective. When I need to change something, I can just change it. I don't need to tell each rep they need to do something differently. The ease in which an estimate turns into a contract is very efficient for the reps as well.
Cons: I wish I had a bit more roof for customizations in the estimate (though it's not terrible), but also the documents. I can't use an existing pdf and have things autofill from the estimate. I wish that could happen. Supposedly it was in the works, but it hasn't happened yet. It would just be nice to easily make a prettier contract.
Josiah P. · Senior Sales Manager · Construction · May 7, 2026
Overall, Leap provides a great experience-it streamlines reviewing estimates and helps me engage with customers quickly and efficiently.
Pros: The best part about Leap is having pricing right at my fingertips-it makes putting together estimates quick, easy and a lot more accurate.
Cons: The biggest frustration is bouncing between phases to add items. It may come down to how we have things set up internally, but it definitely slows things down a little.
Danny H. · Design Consultant · Construction · May 5, 2026
I’ve been using Leap for about six years now and the more I used it the more I wondered why I took so long to get there
Pros: Simplicity of the contract creation. Once you understand the tools, it’s easy breezy to follow along.
Cons: Software update updates sometimes can slow you down some other backend work and dealing with the bugs on the user end
Rich O. · Sales Manager · Construction · May 5, 2026
Been great for the most part, need discounts if you got any, life is too expensive, including this app
Pros: Easy to build estimate, easy to make money. Easy to get signatures. Life is better with sales pro than paper
Cons: It freezes, sometimes uploads disappear, 2 make a second contract you have to change name or first 1 will disappear
William D. · Owner · Construction · May 4, 2026
I’ve been very happy with the whole program. From the beginning, setting it up with all the pricing and product names and sizes. It has been a godsend.
Pros: I have a window replacement company and a gutter company in Texas and I have been using Leap for eight years. I’ve been very happy and satisfied with the ease of the operation and the questions are always answered properly.
Cons: I’ve had no problems at all, any issues at all have been taken care of very quick I would refer this company and product to anyone.
Bill R. · President · Construction · May 4, 2026
Good! Solid support when needed. Ability to generate and email a quote onsite hugely beneficial to bottom line.
Pros: Seamless integration with CRM software. Ability to provide quote same-day, in-house. Excellent support.
Cons: Back end is a little clunky. Can’t make minor changes without completely rewriting contract. Sometimes the contract doesn’t go through.
Jon P. · Owner · Construction · May 4, 2026
My overall experience is wonderful. I really do like leap. Minus a little glitches it has once in a while I like leap.
Pros: It’s easy to put proposals together really fast and it looks very professional. I like how you can upload all the photos so there’s no question. What’s being given on a contract?
Cons: I really wish that Leap would get together and fix when you send a proposal with all your pictures and then somebody wants to turn it into a contract. You should just be able to click a button to turn it into a contract and not have to re-out all your numbers at all your pictures. I’ve asked for this in the past once we had a meeting with you guys and she said she would work on it, but nothing ever came of it. That would be huge for all of Us. My system glitches out and takes everything to zero and then I had to refresh it to get my dollars back so that’s something else that needs to be fixed. Happens quite a bit.
Osa H. · Designer · Construction · May 4, 2026
Pros: Easy to use app and you can easily link so many different features to it making contracts , spec sheets and financing easy including AI note taking apps to improve sales pitches
Cons: Nothing not to like. The only thing I can truly say is it logs you out after a certain amount of time but that’s for protection
Nadir E. · Sales consultant · Construction · May 4, 2026
My overall experience has been very positive with leap, I definitely recommend the software to everyone, just know it’ll take time to set up.
Pros: It has made our quoting in home so much more efficient. No more going to your truck for 30 minutes and using a calculator.
Cons: There is a long setup to get your price guide correct, but after it is set it is easy to increase/ decrease your pricing. Adding in new lines can be cumbersome
Colin H. · Manager · Construction · May 4, 2026
It has been a positive experience overall, it is easy to create an accurate estimate and contract, and the program works quickly as you go to different parts of the program.
Pros: Something that is great about SalesPro is when there is an issue, they respond to it quickly minimizing downtime.
Cons: I don't really dislike anything about Leap. It has been a good experience for the most part. If there is anything i would have to say that it is making sure all the tags and notes are done so they show up properly on the contract.
Colt L. · CFO · Construction · May 4, 2026
Pros: Leap has great performance and speed. Which is super important working in the administrative field. We're always looking for the best tools for bugs and issues and this has been great!
Cons: I have no complaints. I needed something explained to me because I wasn't understanding, that's about it. And their customer service team was amazing and super helpful.
Sam L. · Office Manager · Building Materials · April 27, 2026
Our experience was super positive--LEAP is a winner in every way that matters. Simply so useful and easy to use.
Pros: We LOVED Leap! Ease of use, customer support, cost in comparison, were all top notch. Would absolutely recommend.
Cons: There were no cons when it came to implementing and using Leap. From implementation to active use, this was a great experience.
Mary S. · Library Tech · Education Management · April 23, 2026
Positive overall after initial setup. Have since set up in multiple instances and much better second time around
Pros: Control of my salespeople and what they can sell in the home. I can also control the visual brand of my company
Cons: Initial setup was lacking. Bounced between implementation specialists. Once I was self sufficient it got better
Michael D. · Chief Operating Officer · Construction · April 21, 2026
Pros: The security features are great to keep everything in one place and organized. It is fast and works well.
Cons: Sometimes I think Leap runs slow but that’s not very often. I really like this software overall and will use it.
Kayla C. · Student leader · Construction · April 19, 2026
I would not recommend going with leap. We switched over to Acculynx and it is much better in my opinion.
Pros: I didn't like leap at all. The platform seemed like it had issues every other week. The web browser version was also extremely slow.
Cons: The platform is very slow. Going from picture to picture took forever. Uploaded photos to the platform was also extremely slow.
Lawrence L. · Production Manager · Construction · April 17, 2026
Pros: Leap is truly a great tool. Every step and reminder to get you seamlessly through any project, big or small. In a world where we are so busy its nice to have this program to keep the pace and monitor job status.
Cons: The only con I have is getting the team on board to switch hahaha Working with people who do things old school is its own learning curve.
Bree Y. · BILLING CLERK · Utilities · January 6, 2026
Felt very 'salesy' - full of promises and salesmen but did not produce what was promised. Poor platform and even worse customer service. Everything promised/SOLD in the beginning was not followed through.
Pros: NOTHING. Poor platform and even worse customer service. Everything promised/SOLD in the beginning was not followed through.
Cons: Customer service and cancelling process. Paid an additional 4 months due to "contract obligation" and they STILL charged an additional month even after putting in writing. Disputing with my credit card; however, the entire process was a complete waste of money. STAY AWAY - MUCH BETTER PLATFORMS OUT THERE!
DAWN M. · OWNER OPERATOR · Construction · December 30, 2025
Horrible, from the management, to the lowest position. I would not recommend Leap to anyone (If I had enemies, I would not recommend Leap to them)
Pros: There was very little that I liked about Leap. I guess the workflow manager was a nice feature. Everything else was not good at all.
Cons: Most everything. The customer service team was by far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The CRM is extremely hard to use and trying to make a document fillable on there takes a masters degree in coding. The most difficult and non user friendly CRM I have ever had to us. I would not go back to Leap even if they paid me. AND we had an issue with a staff member and we were told we would not have to work with him but they had him join a zoom meeting under a different name as if we would not recognize his face. They are LIARS. We had very little training to start and took forever to get things up and going
Lyla H. · Administrator · Construction · November 17, 2025
Pros: With my role as the general office manager who mainly works in the marketing and customer service department, I use Leap CRM on a daily basis to track leads, set up appointments, capture client records/notes and keep track of analytics. By combining sales pro and leap crm, we are able to create estimates for clients, keep track of all client info (securely!), make note of sales in order to aid employee paychecks, process payments, and so much more!
Cons: Have had issues with certain features such as the wrong customer being attached to an appointment, jobs being randomly deleted or replaced, and integrations between SalesPro and LEAP CRM.
Paige H. · General Office Manager · Construction · October 27, 2025
To sum it up, without Leap, and the integrations offered through the software, our business would be 75% less efficient. Be able to track and manage 100’s of customers at once and seamlessly get a snapshot of company health is invaluable
Pros: The functionality of the software is incredibly deep, yet navigating and using it is super easy
Cons: There are sometimes errors with syncing to QBO but I can’t say if it’s a Leap issue or QBO issue.
