We have had a great experience. I would recommend this product to others. We have found it very easy to use, great insights, easy reporting, and we valued the high fives.
Pros: 15Five provides great insights for organizations. The insights it captures for annual reviews, 1:1's, turnover, etc are all very helpful when making decisions within the organization.
Cons: The value for the money we were paying was not worth keeping 15Five. We found other systems that could do similar enough things without the insights for a lower price.

Pros: It's been great for keeping my team's goals on track. Plus, the layout makes my 1:1s with my mentee much more productive.
Cons: The pricing is significantly higher than the market value. The also dont have much flexibility in terms of pricing on product offers (6 month vs a year)

It was great. Very easy to use and learn and all of the performance reviews were simple to submit and it was clear how it would work.
Pros: The high five system was such a fun way to recognize employees across a very large business. I used it with Playfly and it was such a great way to engage with folks across platforms
Cons: It was segmented out from our HR platforms and only used for certain instances like the high five system or performance reviews.

Fantastic overall i would tell anyone to use this at their company it makes following who to promote the easiest!
Pros: Its ease of use and fluid ability to allow all departments to use this for user growth and promotions
Cons: I think if people are not trained correctly it can be cumbersome. Howeever very useful and helps promote doing good work

I was automatically charged again for another year and when I reached out to their team notifying them that I'd like to cancel as our company could not use it nor afford it they sent me a link to their master services agreement. One thing is what a company is legally obligated to do, another is what makes for great customer service. Even a partial refund would have been acceptable but they were unwilling to do so.
Pros: Their mobile app is convenient and theoretically it works for larger teams. In fact, I've found value in the product working at a company with over 100 employees. However we are a small company and are able to manage employees easily and openly without software as an intermediary.
Cons: Their billing is far too expensive and they were unwilling to provide any refund despite not using the product for a year.

Pros: This platform helped with our annual performance reviews. It had the capability to do 360 reviews and keep certain questions anonymous.
Cons: The price point was very high for what we needed to use the platform for. It provided year round performance management but we only needed it for year end annual performance reviews.

My overall experience has been great! I love the integrations and collaboration opportunities it offers.
Pros: I like that I am able to connect with all members of the company I work for and receive and give high fives. I also love that it is a one stop shop for manager check ins and reviews.
Cons: It can be a bit hard to learn but once you get the hang of the platform it is very user friendly.

Overall, I think the reporting is top-tier rivaling that of Workday Peakon and other well respected performance management platforms on the marker. However, the repetitive survey questions over time, coupled with the simple nature of the reward/accolades "high five" feature caused our engagement numbers to do down drastically and what lead us to make the change to Teamflect.
Pros: The best feature is far and away, the reporting and analytics offered by 15Five. The robust amount of date you can access and generate actionable insights from is well worth some of the pitfalls you experience.
Cons: While you are able to choose from a library of preselected questions for your time-triggered surveys (we did 2x month,) the questions begin to become repetitive over time. This caused a sharp decrease in engagement scores after 7/8 months.

Pros: I like that I can keep my questions for my manger here. It helps with my visibility as well. I have also changed managers a few times and it's nice to see what each of them has said during my time working with them.
Cons: Would love for it to have some kind of widget where I can make simple updates in slack or my notion page.

I use 15five to fill out a weekly survive for my manager to review and then on the flip side for me to review my strategist's check in. We use it to see overall vibe, priorities, and check in on goals and objectives.
Pros: Makes it really easy to track my own goals and progress as well as across the team. Super helpful format to have check ins with my mentee.
Cons: The interface isn't the most intuitive at times and I have to click around to get to where I want to go

Very good and easy to work with, dashboards and department data are easy to navigate, and gives us solid conclusions to help improve our HR dept and business
Pros: I like the data you get from 15Five, and the consistency of the questions to get significant data to make business decisions over time.
Cons: I don't feel like it does an amazing job of adapting to the different sizes of departments. Feel like the data works great for larger departments, but harder to get reliable conclusions from smaller departments in our business.

My overall experience is great! it's the 1st time I use a software like that which I like it a lot! very convenient for management and the employees. It's an open communication within both parties.
Pros: What I like the most of 15Five is how moder and easy to use for the employees. I like how it is set up and how convenient it is.
Cons: I wish it had features of giveaways or gift card options to those top employees!

We know that 15Five can easily prorate their charges based on usage because they will do so whenever it suits their interests. However, if you ask them to prorate your usage based on needing to pause 15Five, they will say that it is impossible. They will point to some fine print in their contract. When you consult the contract, the said fine print is actually not there. They will then find a separate fine print contract linked somewhere in their terms. I don't think their greed is actually legal based on principles of contract law, but I don't have the energy to fight their nickel and diming. This is just not the kind of ethics and company principles that you want to work with. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole.
Pros: Some of the features were useful, such as the weekly check-in with customizable questions.
Cons: 15Five's customer service was very poor. If you so much as add a single additional employee for a single day, they will bill you immediately. If you seek to put a hiatus on using 15Five services, they will NEVER refund or credit or work with you in any way.

I use 15Five weekly and qtrly as check-ins with my team and manager. I submit employee pulse reviews, I engage with other team members in the office through high fives and show recognition where due.
Pros: I love how easy it is to use and navigate. It helps to keep track of meetings and notes so that we have a reference point for performance.
Cons: 15Five does not seem to lack much when it comes to features and use. I don't think there are any cons I could share at this moment.

I feel that using 15Five my voice is better heard with my employer.
Pros: I like 15Five because it allows the opportunity for me to voice my wins or my losses for the week. Rather than allowing for issues to pile up and create a larger problem, we can address our concerns without confrontation and with mediation.
Cons: Do I have to have a con? I like that my workplace offers this platform of communication. I can’t think of a situation when proper and efficient communication could be seen as bad?

Fantastic. Customer service is impeccable
Pros: We love how it helps to develop our line managers and give a easy to use tool that helps give consistency, but allows individuals to express themselves.
Cons: Nothing significant that its missing at this point....if it integrated holiday booking and document saving that would be amazing...oh and a place to hold a role description doc...but thats it. Other than that. Outstanding.
