We've been really happy with Drata overall. It's made managing our compliance program (ISO 27001, SOC 2) significantly easier and keeps our team aligned on what's been done and what's outstanding. Would recommend it to any org that takes compliance seriously.
Pros: Drata keeps everything in one place — compliance records, version history, evidence, all of it. It's honestly one of the best tools we've used for maintaining audit-readiness without a lot of manual effort.
Cons: The UX can be clunky. Too many clicks to get where you need to go, and the navigation isn't always intuitive. Not a dealbreaker, but there's room to improve.

Security training and work laptop compliance was incredibly easy to achieve with Drata due to its simplicity and user intuitiveness.
Pros: I loved how easy it was to bring my work laptop up-to-date with the company compliance policy. I am never sure about what exactly the company wanted me to do with work security and Drata made it super easy to follow steps to ensure I checked off what was needed to be completed.
Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything I like the least. It's a very seamless experience and easy to use.

Very good, Will continue to use. Its nice to see how close we are and track things during the year, would just like better integration with auditors
Pros: Easy to see all controls, provide owners, and set dates for things, Nice to see overlap between frameworks, and good integrations
Cons: Not good for the integration with auditors. Its hard to see requests for additional evidence, and notification system doesnt work well

Pros: I like the policy and risk management features With this software, handling compliance matters is easy more so CPI compliance.
Cons: With Drata, we have been able to deal with all our compliance and risk management issues.

It has been very positive. We receive great support from our account rep and customer support is always helpful.
Pros: I like that it was easy to set up, is customizable, Drata is always rolling out enhancements and new capabilities and that they are very receptive to feedback. We are able to integrate many applications and services and it gives us real-time monitoring into many of our controls and tests.
Cons: That they do not offer a HITRUST framework out of the box. You are able to manually upload it and map controls, but it is time consuming. With the way HITRUST works, it was okay in the end.

Pros: Drata makes it easier to go through the Soc2 checklist of items and ready for the audit period! Standard templates for Policies, daily checks, audit questionnaires!
Cons: Some things can take a bit to find and figure out, but customer success team is helpful!
