I am new to site docs and my company and have been going through the tutorials to figure out what we can utilize, how we can use it and overall, what we need.
Pros: Easy to use tutorials and guides, we have had some syncing issues as well with our field guys and have been working with SiteDocs to fix this issue, i appreciate that the people helping me not only give me first steps but also other options, they are very knowledgeable and have even check back in with me to confirm if the solutions they have given me work!
Cons: issues with syncing and worker reports showing through, currently getting help with this issue! otherwise still trying to decide what we can use.

After two years as a user, I am a big fan of SiteDocs and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a system to manage reports, inspections and resources (safety and non-safety). With the addition of Workflow Studio to automate processes, SiteDocs has been a very solid system for us. Furthermore, their support team has always responded promptly to my questions, and they have a very knowledgeable team to onboard you and assist you with achieving complex requests. SiteDocs is a reasonable price for a great product that is always getting better.
Pros: SiteDocs is very easy to learn and use. We received many reports from our field employees that SiteDocs has saved them time. It also allows our Project Managers to keep their "finger on the pulse" with customizable reporting through the SiteDocs Monitor.

Cons: The number one critical comment I received from our employees is that the forms are not customizable, and so questions that are not always necessary have to be included in the forms. I am pleased that allowing customizable forms is a top priority for the SiteDocs team. They have been coming out with lots of great updates lately.

It has been amazing. The support that we have received from the team has been great, and the product is easy to use and as you use it you realize it has more usefulness than you might expect.
Pros: Sitedocs helps create, organize and deliver the forms and important information that we need for our field workers.
Cons: We have been using it for 2+ years, but the initial integration to sitedocs is probably the most difficult.

It's been pretty good. Nice to have a lot of things in one place. There are a few tweaks that could definately make it better.
Pros: I like that it is clean and that I can make the forms myself. I like that you can host the certificates in there and emergency contact info
Cons: Everytime I need help, i just get sent to an article and not actually have a conversation with someone. And the webinars are ok.. they seem to be just the tip of the iceberg and because they only are 45min, a lot of questions are not answered and those ones are usually sent another article.

Excellent. The team is great. As mentioned above, I have used them less often as I have already customized some forms that seem to be ahead of even today's demo. But you are always looking to improve your functionality and I appreciate that.
Pros: Value for the money, adaptability, customization and customer support. Honestly, I used the CS more last year that this year as I have already customized my forms.
Cons: The fact that it is only in the last little while that forms and reporting has been tailored towards COR and ISO requirements. Even with today's presentation, I feel I have a much more functional Hazard assesment form - built in SiteDocs, that can flag Corrective Actions, but allows for selection from a list of hazards and then corrective actions, combined with a before and after risk rating system so that it is COR/ISO compliant.

It has been very positive for our company ensuring safety compliance we now can ensure safety is at the finger tips of our employees
Pros: The ease of use as our workforce has some older not tech savvy employees and they catch on very quickly, we now can get all our required documents immediately to ensure we are safe on our sites
Cons: I really cant think of any at this time this a transformed our company with the ability to share our safety program
Wade C. · Health and Safety Coordinator · Construction · April 29, 2026
Good so far. I still find it hard to include our employees that do not have email addresses or that still have flip phones.
Pros: That I am able to modify or update forms for my workers on the fly. The needs are always changing so it is very flexible.
Cons: The equipment setup is very cumbersome to hand over to your tech team to input our inventory in SiteDocs. I had to tweak my spreadsheet 3 times now and it is still not completed and re-submitted. We have a couple hundred pieces.
Ricky G. · Safety Coordinator · Construction · April 29, 2026
It's been fantastic. What sets SiteDocs apart is its ease of use and customer support. The interface is intuitive enough that our shop teams can adopt it quickly with minimal training, while our HSE team still gets the flexibility and reporting they need. On top of that, the support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed—whether that’s onboarding, configuration, or ongoing improvement (there are lots of new exciting features on the way).
Pros: SiteDocs delivers outstanding value for money and has become an essential part of our safety and compliance toolkit. The platform offers a robust set of features—inspections, hazard assessments, corrective actions, document management, and analytics—all in one place, which reduces the need for multiple systems and saves both time and cost. For the depth of functionality provided, and the flexibility of the platform, the pricing feels very fair and easy to justify.
Cons: SiteDocs has had a few minor bugs that have limited usability in certain cases, and you are sometimes stuck with "out of the box" performance, but it's hard to be mad at the price point of the platform.
Jared Schoepp J. · HSE and QMS Manager · Oil & Energy · April 29, 2026
Overall, it is a great tool. I can have on-the-spot reports from our work sites, and it is a very helpful tool, especially when you have remote work.
Pros: Value for money, Management. The app is great; we save tons of paperwork we used to have, and I can have on-time access to the documents.
Cons: I want some better reports with graphics. When we have our safety meeting, the reports we have so far are not user-friendly for presentations
IOANNIS S. · HSE Manager · Construction · April 29, 2026
Overall, an exceptional experience that truly stands out! When calling for support, the customer reps are always very knowledgeable.
Pros: Keeping a close eye on our team to make sure crucial reports are completed every day, ensuring everyone stays on track and goals are met!
Cons: Incident reporting would be easier for our workers if it included a drop-down menu with all possible incident scenarios. Additionally, using project-specific QR codes for subcontractors or external workers poses challenges, especially when they are unsure how to log in. The specifications explaining "how to" need to be more detailed and clear, some older folks dont have emails and the only way to log it is with an email - we need to have an option of a phone number instead of an email.

My overall experience has been very positive. I appreciate the effort of the team to help make their product useful for us in the rare times that it isn't intuitive enough for us to discover how to use it on our own. I first started using it at Red Deer Ironworks Inc., back in 2019/2020 I believe it was. I have now joined another team (Outsource Compliance Solutions) which extensively, and exclusively, provides our service through SiteDocs.
Pros: SiteDocs is a leader in terms of options for providing our team's Safety and Loss Management System to their end users. It's easy to use and the customer support (looking at you, [sensitive content hidden]) is top notch.
Cons: The price is probably the most challenging when compared to other competitors. But, the price is often backed up by the quality of the product.
Devan K. · HSE Coordinator · Oil & Energy · April 29, 2026
Its an awesome tool, helpful for all the positions in the company, we been using it for 10+ years and personally haven't had any issues with it.
Pros: Its easier to track files and forms, paperless and accessible from anywhere. Very helpful to follow up on corrective actions.
Cons: Some specific reports can not be created. On my position I need to track my foreman's paperwork compliance weekly, a report to export with that information would be amazing.
Gustavo P. · Safety Coordinator · Civil Engineering · April 29, 2026
Sitedocs has helped my workplace keep employees compliant and overall operate with increased safety.
Pros: I like the engage series because it offers a good refresher on topics topics as I build forms and improve our safety environment.
Cons: I do not like that much of the useful information that I could use day to day is locked behind analytics. I wish there were more quick to use tools to filter data on the monitor view. One sticking point ios that on monitor view I cannot filter by "date the form was completed", instead it is filtered by when the formw as last revised. not a huge issue but a small pain point.
Sean H. · HSE Coordinator · Oil & Energy · April 29, 2026
Very smooth implementation. I love the new managed services feature; it will greatly benefit our organization. Props to [sensitive content hidden] for being rockstars!
Pros: SiteDocs makes everything so easy for workers to fill out forms. It alleviates a lot of administrative burdens. Super helpful support team as well. They have fantastic content to help me learn how to use everything.
Cons: The queue to have features added/changed. I get it's a long process, but I can't wait to see some of the feature requests be processed.
Laura S. · Health and Safety Coordinator · Environmental Services · April 29, 2026
Excellent customer service. This company has gone above and beyond to customize our needs through analytics and their one on one interaction is amazing.
Pros: Site Docs provides accurate, time saving, user friendly processes for our Safety Dept. The reporting allows us to determine risk and provide accountability to our executive team quickly.
Cons: It's unlikely one would be able to jump in and use this program without going through an onboarding process, which is now provided easily.

Overall experience is that I couldn't imagine trying to get my audit done any other way. I can sit at my computer and find 95% of everything I need. Guys do there work and fill out all the paperwork digitally and nothing gets lost
Pros: SiteDocs is so user friendly and the customer support is amazing. I have been using this product now for 8 years and makes this so easy for the guys in the field and for myself keeping everyone compliant and doing our Audit/
Cons: In the 8 years that I have used SiteDocs, cannot really say that there is anything I dislike about SiteDocs..
Courtney E. · Safety Coordinator · Construction · December 17, 2025
Site docs was an adequate platform, they were about mid on value for cost (some are better some are worse), and while I prefer another platform I can see some people finding it to be ideal. Specifically if the user(s) administrating it have a low technical ability on computers or only want the simple features that it offers (no "if" functions or calculations, limited specific notifications or task assignments). The user interface makes navigating to documents forms and certifications very easy for end users in a way I haven't seen replicated as smoothly on other systems.
Pros: Site-docs was easy to use and had a good interface. Some features I miss compared to other platforms are repeatable segments and common lists. It was extremely easy to pull and review documents for things like audits or to send to customers.
Cons: The features and abilities were limited. For example while there were sections where workers could upload certificates but no ability to track outstanding certificate renewals and training matrix requirements, site analytics were not helpful in gaining insights or tracking requirements. Tracking and completing tasks created by sitedocs forms was not easy and was not able to work for us in tracking deficiency reports on equipment.

I have been working with SiteDocs for the last 6 years and have found this site to be very useful for our type of work. We've been using SiteDocs primarily for tracking timesheets, managing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and conducting safety inspections. Overall, the platform offers a solid digital solution for companies looking to streamline their safety documentation and compliance processes. Customer service has been generally responsive, and the onboarding process was smooth. Their support materials and training resources are helpful, especially for new users. Any issues we've encountered were addressed in a timely manner.
Pros: Easy to use programs, great if your company is COR certified. Form creating is very easy. Mobile usability is one of the strongest features — being able to complete forms, inspections, and JHAs on-site with a smartphone or tablet is a major efficiency booster. Compliance tracking is well-organized, making it easier to demonstrate due diligence during audits. Some users reported a bit of a learning curve at first, especially for those less tech-savvy, but it becomes intuitive with regular use.
Cons: Missing Notifications & Alerts A few feedback points revealed gaps in timely notification: While the issue/corrective-action tracking is effective, there are no automatic alerts sent directly to employees' mobile devices when they are assigned tasks
Anna D. · Executive Assistant - COR Auditor · Construction · August 25, 2025
Overall its been great! there are lots of companies out there that are growing this type of system, and all seem to be holding SiteDocs as their main goal to beat, which isn't a bad thing! Holding SiteDocs as the standard should be an achievement to the team.
Pros: The custom forms, my company has several branches that range from commercial to industrial, and the forms can't be the same. However with the customizable forms, users can navigate to applicable portions using dropdowns. I have a range of employees from 20 to 60 year old workers, all found the program easy to use and simple. I also had an audit recently and the auditor was able to log into our archive and perform the audit on documentation easily, saved a pile of time.
Cons: Not much to complain about, I suppose I have mentioned this to the engineering team a few times, but when signing the form, you have the opportunity to choose anyone on/off site, so I could sign off as the CEO if I wanted. An additional layer of security is lacking there.
Corey J. · Health and Safety Manager · Construction · August 12, 2025
Ease of the program, forms are easy to build and sharing of reports automatically. No matter the level of computer skills, can be used easily, and works with all phone types.
Pros: Easy for field workers to use, quick reporting, can make customization and allows file uploads from individuals phones and customer service
Cons: Like most programs I think the costs could be broken down better into the user categories ranges. Is a good value, but I am always looking to lower costs.
Alison C. · Director HSE and HR · Oil & Energy · July 29, 2025
Overall it works really well for us. We do come together as a group about 4 hrs into the shift but that's a lot of the day where we are distributed and Site Docs allows us to provide a cohesive safety message to everyone and keep inspection results in a central location. Being able to schedule weekly inspections and assign them to specific workers also works to ensure accountability. Having everyone's certifications and competencies in one place also makes compliance checks much easier then searching paper in a file folder.
Pros: Site Docs works great for our company. We have distributed crews who have staggered start times and different locations Using Site Docs allows us to get everyone on the same page with the toolbox, allows the crews to do the daily inspections of their vehicle or vessel. The inspections are logged and can be checked from the office which also allows us to check fuel states for the boats to plan fueling for the day. Being digital means there's no more lost paper.
Cons: It is fairly intuitive to get forms made and set up originally, but the more advanced areas of site docs or ways to improve it seems cumbersome to learn it.
Daniel P. · Rescue Tech, HSE lead · Medical Practice · June 5, 2025
Incredibly positive. Support teams are active, when I suggest something, I feel heard.
Pros: Mobile and digital access to checklists, being able to access, filter and export information easily.
Cons: I wish the form builder had more shortcuts, like copying whole sections of a form.
Scott G. · Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator · Education Management · May 5, 2025
Sitedocs is a great tool to have. We use it company wide for many different purposes & all of our clients enjoy it as well.
Pros: Easy to navigate & user friendly. It makes tracking reports a breeze.
Cons: No complaints/issues, it has been great.
Emily A. · Office Administrator · Information Services · April 4, 2025
From sales to tech support, the SiteDocs team gets it. They value their customer base, listen to what we want, and deliver on expectations.
Pros: SiteDocs is highly configurable, while maintaining an easy learning curve. They're constantly adding features, and it's a bulletproof software.
Cons: There isn't a single negative over the 7 plus years we've been working with them.
Dave H. · CEO · Construction · March 25, 2025
Our company uses SiteDocs to complete inspection checklists of vehicles and job sites, as well as to complete any forms we used to use paper for.
Pros: The ability to switch away from using paper and the way that it simplified our document storage.
Cons: I have no issues with SiteDocs at this time.
