Pros: Ease of use and customer support. Priced right for any size business. Drag and drop assets onto your schedule. Create tasks/jobs easily.

Cons: That I don't know all its capabilities. I continue to wonder if it can do something and sure enough it does.

Pros: Ease of Use, and easy to access the website from a phone tablet, or pc. Scheduling is as easy as drag and drop and shows many different schedules.

Cons: Nothing that has come up yet. Still learning and adapting to our needs. Once we fully understand the potential, there may be some things we dont like, but not yet.

Pros: ControlBoard is very easy to use with excellent customer support. They frequently release new features based on customer feedback.

Cons: I have nothing bad to say about ControlBoard. It is priced very reasonably and is fast and agile!!!!

Pros: With ControlBoard, resources can be scheduled easily, and complex labor forecasts can be prepared, ensuring we run efficiently without hiccups or guessing.

Cons: While I understand their importance, I personally am not a huge fan of having the release notes prominently displayed on the home screen. I think it would be more user-friendly if these notes were hidden or made less visible, as they can clutter the interface and distract from the main content.

Pros: We like ControlBoard for it's efficiency. We love that it is able to streamline scheduling, payroll services, and job organization all in one program.

Cons: Honestly, there isn't much I don't like about ControlBoard. Anytime I have questions regarding a process, our main point of contact for CB [sensitive content hidden], always has a helpful answer on how to complete the task at hand.

Pros: Controlboard helps us with collaboration and communication - which is immensely valuable for our organization.

Cons: The looks & feel of the user interface could use a facelift, but the core technology is the real value.

Pros: Easy to navigate and learn anyone with the minimum skills can use this.

Cons: a lot of futures that does the same thing. makes it hard to remember were to go

Pros: Construction Crew Scheduling is much different than construction project scheduling. Control board offers a product that really doesn't existing anywhere else in the market. It is a super powerful tool by being able to forecast labor and equipment needs you can really see your "pinch points". Self performing construction companies can only grow as big as they can manage their resources, Control Board helps to enable further growth.

Cons: It took a lot of internet time to finally find the program. Most people who don't know what they are looking for, may never know about it.

Pros: We are new to ControlBoard, but so far ControlBoard has been easy to use. Everyone has been very helpful in getting it configured the way we want/ need it. We are still leaning, but so far it is going very well. The guys in the field have also found it easy for them to use.

Cons: We are still fairly new to ControlBoard, but so far anything I have had any issue with they have configured to what I need, so there hasn't been anything specific that I would say I don't like.

Pros: Easy to set up multiple projects. Easy to move crews/laborers around from project to project. Importing subcontractors and equipment was quick and efficient. Text to cancel crews or send a message is very convenient.

Cons: Copy function can duplicate crews/workers accidently. If you have a note for a worker and extend their duration out the same note goes on for the entire duration you've assigned.

Pros: Ease of moving crews and subcontractors to the different projects to address the ever changing project schedules

Cons: We are still just getting into ControlBoard, but do not have any cons to provide at this time.

Pros: Scheduling of jobs and resources is easy and eliminates the need to communicate with multiple parties each day. Changes to schedules and notes can easily be rolled out to every user and the mass text messaging option makes communicating changes and issues easy.

Cons: From an operations role, when looking into the job schedule it can be bulky and the interface can be busy.

Pros: ControlBoard is the only product that has been able to meet our scheduling needs. [sensitive content hidden] and the staff at ControlBoard have gone above and beyond in making adjustments and changes to fit our specific needs.

Cons: The software has a lot of features which makes the learning curve a bit challenging. However, [sensitive content hidden] is a phone call away and has been very helpful.

Pros: User Friendly, Excellent Customer Service

Cons: No integration into Sage Contractor 100 program.

Pros: Control Board is able to configure the way the software works to produce exactly what we need out of it. Custom Programing is available but very little was needed.

Cons: There are a lot of views, reports and pages. Sometimes it is tough to remember how to get to a certain report that you do not use often.

Pros: I like the functionality of ControlBoard. It allows me to see what crew is where each day and gives me the ability to keep track of where a crew was on a specific day. It is easy to get exactly what I need and all the job info quickly.

Cons: Sometimes the filters make it hard to search up a job as you have to adjust the filters to see the job come up.

Pros: I love the support that we get. The company make enhancements and really listens to what we need for our company. The tool is very easy to use and it updates with our system so it works well with what we need.

Cons: The back button does not bring you back to the previous page so users need to get used to it.

Pros: What we like most about ControlBoard is the ease of interface. As employees are promoted to managerial positions, we mandate they must become familiar with the program. We have not had any issues.

Cons: What we liked least about ControlBoard is the set up. It takes some time to do it properly. Once configured to your company, it is very simple to use.

Pros: The info that the crews get is instant, and uniform, and via the expected channels. There is no lag from having to recommunicate changes in plans. The cleanliness and organization makes it easy to see both overviews and details of daily and weekly work. The ability to attach work packages has helped control engineering/installer communication. The site info and colors and customization to our customers, job names, job numbering system, and crew sizes/departments has made the experience streamlined. Excellent support from the software team through the whole process.

Cons: The "applying a filter" manual step is a little clunky, and even more difficult on mobile devices. We tried to connect ControlBoard to our accounting system, but there were too many "special cases" (scheduling some prework on a job that is not open yet, for example) that made the direct connection not workable. Some of the "permissions" for different users didn't work right out of the box.

Pros: They worked with us to customize the site to best fit our needs.

Cons: I have no complaints at this time. It has been a very smooth transition from our former scheduler to control board

Pros: With ControlBoard, managing large projects, personnel and resources is made very simple and practical. The software is very powerful. [sensitive content hidden] and his team are amazingly helpful and friendly. Congistics was able to customize several features of the program to fit our needs perfectly and I couldn't ask for a more functional system.

Cons: The only thing I would change or like to see as an added feature would be for the job schedule to stay exactly as it is for days past, even if the jobs are completed so I could easily scroll back and see what was done on any given day without having to change the settings to view specific allocations. For me, it works better to view the previous schedule on the calendar exactly as I set it that day.

Pros: Very simple to use and PC functionality is very user friendly

Cons: Web app is functional but kind of clunky
