I have been using this tool since Vince was with Linc in the early 2000's.....It's a great sales tool
Pros: easy to use and provides a sales process.
Cons: formatting of agreements is poor and need to be cleaned up in WORD

Overall I love North Boundary and it makes my job much easier.
Pros: Easy way to manage contacts, proposal and bids all in one place.
Cons: The template feature is a bit difficult to manage.

The greatest benefits of North Boundary are speed and efficiency of preparing estimates, and writing proposals. Time is our greatest commodity and North Boundary software system is user friendly and very detailed.
Pros: My primary usage in North Boundary is project management. I do all my client information, estimating, proposal writing and job tracking. In my experience you can run everything through this one feature. My favorite part is the worksheet. You input all your critical company cost information (such as burden rates) which then allows you to set up sales margins to allow you to be profitable. Nothing more important than understanding your costs and creating the proper sales margins to run your business. There are so many reports you can run from Project Management that allow you to estimate sales, manpower requirements, and cashflow.

Cons: My only complaint is that I wish I knew more about all the features and benefits the system offers. Perhaps North Boundary could offer free or very cost effective online training specific to users needs.

It works well for our organization
Pros: I like that i can see all the estimates from all the users and track daily sales number
Cons: We need to enter all take off information, would like to see more takeoff capability
