Support is awesome! Truly we do not deal with another application that has this level of support. We have seen some great products that we didn't use because of the lack of support. Qbox is great!
Pros: We have been using Qbox for many years. It is THE solution when you have QuickBooks Desktop clients.
Cons: There is a separate charge for a folder if you use attachments. Most of our clients do not so it's not a big problem. Training clients to allow Qbox to sync BEFORE closing their laptop.

I have had a very positive experience, both with installing and maintaining Qbox. I have needed support but found it solved issues
Pros: Their support is top rate. I have used chat and phone support multiple times and the associates are quick and knowledgeable.
Cons: The tool is not always intuitive, which is why I have the need for support. Things like adding sub-folders are a bit tricky.

Cons: THAT ONLY ONE PERSON CAN BE ON AT A TIME WITH IT LOCKED. THE BUSINESS OWNER NEEDS TO BE SENT AN EMAIL WHEN AN EMPLOYEE OR ANYONE ELSE LOGS ON. SO THEY CAN KNOW AND BE INFORMED OF WHAT THEY DID AND HOW LONG THEY WERE ON. JUST INCASE THEY ARE WORKING REMOTE.

Very Good Have been using it for several years with different accountants and it runs very smoothly
Pros: I had a problem with quickbooks link and they support helped me solve it when Intuit was not helping.
Cons: The file saving seems a bit difficult. I would like to not see old files from several years ago that are not used but would like them to remain somewhere so I could get into them if I ever needed them.

Had a positive experience overall. The only reason for closing our account was that we made the switch to Quickbooks Online
Pros: Qbox was great for sharing company files across multiple computers. Never had any issues. Customer support was great when closing the account and I had a question.

Once installed it works seamlessly without effort. I have worked with QBox for multiple years now and not had any issues. It was a game changer for our team!
Pros: I really appreciate the ease of use and the functionality for the money. Additionally, the one time I needed customer support they were very quick to respond!
Cons: Truly at this time cannot think of anything. It was a while ago now but it took a little bit for set-up and learning curve.

Overall, I am really pleased that we have a program like Qbox available for businesses that work collaboratively from remote locations. It has allowed my clients to continue to use their accounting files and not move to online platforms. Qbox has kept their prices very reasonable.
Pros: I have used Qbox for 9 or 10 years and will continue to use it for file sharing and working with clients. The alternatives are cost prohibitive for small businesses. Qbox is a great value allowing us to share not only QuickBooks, but excel files as well. Customer support is easy to reach by phone or chat and great to work with until any issues are resolved.
Cons: The install seemed a bit involved for me, but I haven't done one in several years, so it probably was just more me, than the program.

I am happy with Qbox. I need to share QB files with my co-worker and it is easy through Qbox. When a QB file is opened, it locks it so that the other person cannot change accidently.
Pros: The ease of use and the reliability of having my QB filed secured and shared seamlessly. The file locking system is quite assuring.
Cons: The mandatory 20 versions of any file, forcing me to keep buying extra storage space, which I do not need really.

My favorite part of dealing with QBox is the excellent support we receive from their various representatives. They have been a tremendous help to us and go beyond the call of duty when they help us out. I am a huge QBox fan- I recommend it highly to those still using QuickBooks Desktop
Pros: The nature of our business requires the ability to access and share data on different companies using QuickBooks. QBox has been a tremendous resource that allows us seamless sharing of our QuickBooks files.
Cons: The only issue has been dealing with various Internet filters that impact our use of QBox. This is not a problem with QBox itself but just our experience.

As I said, a game changer. No more accountants copies back and forth. We love it. It provides a great amount of efficiency and every year they add more features.
Pros: QBox has been a game changer since day 1. We were one of the first companies to utilize QBox. It allows our QBs Desktop users to get some of the benefits that QBO has without having to be in QBO.
Cons: That I need a different email for each QBox client when I need it on multiple machines. An easy fix, so it's not too bad.

I've been using Qbox for 10+ years. I have never had a bad experience. Their product and support are far above the competition in their industry.
Pros: There are plenty of things I like and appreciate about Qbox. I like that it is basically maintenance free and if I do need help, I have always been able to get support on the phone quickly and get my issue resolved completely.
Cons: I cannot think of anything at the moment. I suppose if that was all I focused on, I might be able to come up with something.

Pros: I have just started using Qbox, and so far it seems like a great product that is easy to use. I switched to Qbox from Rightworks after my accountant recommended it. The pricing is definitely better!
Cons: I have not used Qbox long enough to find any negatives about it. I guess the only con I would have right now is the inability to use the multi-user mode, which I will need to set up.

I have had a great experience with Qbox and plan to keep my service for many more years to come. I have had no significant problems with my files being stored and shared.
Pros: Qbox has been a great fit for file sharing. I have used it for 8+ years now and the support has been awesome when it's needed.
Cons: Pricing is has gone up up quite a bit since I first started and was once told a while ago that I was grandfathered into the plan I had and that was not true.

Pros: Qbox is a fantastic value for my business. There is nothing that compares. The customer support is exceptionally good. Every person that I get (and you get a real person!) is so kind and respectful meeting all my staff at their level of software understanding. Patience and considerate are words that I think of when I think about QBOX Customer Support. QBOX is easy to use mainly because it is intuitive and is aligned with File Explorer layout. When you are using Quickbooks Desktop with several users and you don't want to run back and forth with thumb drives and "goofed" up restorations etc. USE QBOX -- you will not regret it!
Cons: I have nothing to say here. The redundancy and the ability to rollback to previous iterations is fantastic. If anything goes wrong, Qbox has you covered!

I’ve had a great experience with Qbox. Their knowledgeable technicians respond quickly—typically within five minutes—and resolve issues efficiently. 5 STARS for sure!
Pros: The value, ease of use, and customer support are what really stand out to me. Even when I’ve made a mistake, they know exactly what’s wrong and fix it right away. Their support team is amazing.
Cons: There isn’t one thing I don’t like about Qbox. Every experience has been positive, and I truly wish more companies operated in this manner.

Overall, I wish I could move all my clients out of QB Online and into QB Desktop, so that I could use Qbox with all of them. My only other wish is that they would develop a way to use their system with other desktop-based accounting software. As this is the best thing I've ever come across.
Pros: Qbox provides a way to use QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) in an online environment, offering real-time results. Specifically, clients can see their up-to-date books at any point in time. Clients can do the accounting work they want to do & it is available instantly for review. I am able to support clients directly as they work in their books & provide solutions & training for problems they may encounter. This can all be done remotely on both sides - QBD offers a system that works better than QBO for so many of my clients. We are all much happier.
Cons: There is nothing I like least about Qbox. The price is right. Customer support is always available with polite and easy-to-follow instructions. The system has only been unexpectedly unavailable once - during a major power-out - in all the years I've used it. They always let me know in advance of system back-ups and maintenance so I can plan my work around those times. There is nothing to not like about Qbox (my opinion).

Qbox delivers good value for money if you need dependable cloud storage and smooth file sharing. I’d recommend it, just with awareness of the rising cost.
Pros: I’ve used Qbox for a couple of years now, and overall it’s been a great experience. The platform is very user-friendly, clean, and easy to navigate. File sharing and collaboration work smoothly, and cloud storage feels reliable. I never had issues accessing, downloading, or setting up files. The biggest plus for me is their customer support, the team is always available and very helpful. That alone adds a lot of value.
Cons: The fees keep going up, and storage costs can get high fast. For small businesses, the price can feel a bit heavy.

Qbox is very user friendly and makes sharing information remotely with my bookkeeper a breeze. I would definitely recommend Qbox.
Pros: I have been using Qbox for 3+ years and have always been very satisfied with the product. I was recently having technical difficulties and within moments customer support was able to direct me to simple step by step instructions to quickly resolve my issue.
Cons: I do not currently have any complaints about Qbox. As a Property Manager, it meets all of my day to day business needs.

I am an accountant and have been using and recommending Qbox for years. I'm thankful it allows our clients to stay with Quickbooks Desktop because the on-line version of Quickbooks is terrible.
Pros: Simple to use, the software doesn't "glitch" like almost everything else, and is reasonably priced. The few times I have needed support they responded quickly, they always address the issue (no going down rabbit holes) quickly, are courteous and helpful. The support staff speak english and know the product.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. It works well. It's simple to install and implement - and the support is excellent if you get stuck or confused.

I have had as many as 7 folders, multiple clients. No failures or lost data, minimal down time. I have Used as "poor man's" Data Room
Pros: Intuitive set-up Worldclass technical support Let's me have the functionality of desktop QBooks, with "cloudlike" sharing with clients
Cons: Price increases. Sometime confusing as to whether I should be on the Desktop APP or logged into the Website.

We've used QBox for many years. It has made it possible to perform bookkeeping and accounting processes for clients who are loyal to a QBD version. Customer support has always been very responsive.
Pros: Ease of syncing QB Desktop files between our accounting team and our clients. The only other option in most cases would be to send an accountant or bookkeeper onsite to use their computers instead of working remotely.
Cons: Sync for multi-user environment doesn't provide multi-user sync for our accounting team. If we log in, the client multi-user environment is completely locked. Would like the ability to have our accountants access the QBD file without locking out the client-side team.

I am new to using Qbox and my first time reaching out to support was successful. They were very helpful and quick to respond. They provided me with step by step instructions and links to guides to further explain what I needed help with. I was very impressed with the customer service.
Pros: I reached out to customer support and they immediately responded back and provided step by step instructions. Very quick response rate and easily to follow along instructions.
Cons: I do not have any cons about Qbox that I have come across. I haven't used Qbox enough to find any cons.

The overall experience with Qbox has been great - easy to set up, use, add clients; I really like the sync process
Pros: Mostly the process is seamless - makes it convenient for accountants to have collegues work in company files; support is always helpful and the cost is VERY economical
Cons: My last issue was a file that had gotten overwritten when the file was synced. It was our error, and the tech helped us by finding an auto recovery file after much searching - we were able to restore the backup and did not lose 9 months of data. I would like to see Qbox make these recovery files more often in case this might happen again.
