Amazing, I can't imagine doing my job without it. It is fast and responsive. I wish the update rules had more options
Pros: I feel I am in control; with other AVs, I feel I am just looking at logs. I feel I can find what I need and execute quickly on it.
Cons: NC integration failing to install is not easy to track. so there are PCs Missing AV we have to manually audit to find.

Overall, it's a great experience. It’s like setting it up and forgetting about it, letting it do it's work. The machine learning and AI behavior capabilities are impressive.
Pros: This malware detection software is fantastic! It’s quick, only activates when it’s needed, and it also offers great device management features like disabling or enabling USB ports for approved devices.
Cons: Sometimes the Windows experience feels a bit slow, but it’s not too common. It would be great if there was a mobile app or a mobile-friendly UI.

Pros: It detects threats the end users might receive via malware or some other form Its almost invisible to the end users and doesn't cause resource consumption from his machine
Cons: It takes some time to tune it to our needs There are false positive results from time to time that can result in IT blocking users machine

As it was my first cyber security platform I really enjoyed the threat response, although there was never a major incident, we had minor items that were able to be resolved quickly.
Pros: I liked how easy it was to learn the platform, coming from a business where I did not a similar platform transitioning was easy.
Cons: I do not remember having any negative feedback with the platform at the time I was using it because I had not used a platform like it previously.

Overall I think Sentinel one is great value for the service that you get. 24/7 support, monthly security reviews and constant changing definitions. I would 100% recommend.
Pros: The setup is very easy and quick. The security it offers is top notch. Network security and threat detection is a huge issue in the world and Sentinel One delivers.
Cons: I don't really have anything negative to say about Sentinel One. I guess the only real thing that was sort of annoying was that is can tend to "over flag" programs etc. that aren't actually malicious. This isn't really a problem though once you dial in your preferences.
Joe R. · IT Director · Education Management · September 22, 2025
Pros: We love the simplicity of the administrator platform and the protection that the suite offers to our clients.
Cons: The support that we get from the MDR team is not the best. That is definitely the biggest area of improvement.
Michael S. · Cyber Manager · Information Technology and Services · September 8, 2025
Pros: It runs in the background and does all the work in the background. Security is very important, and I trust these guys.
Cons: Nothing I dislike. I never have to worry or think about an attack happening. I have full confidence they'll have my back.
Jacob W. · Account Executive · Internet · August 5, 2025
I have had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to friends and colleagues. I've so far had very little in the way of false positives with my clients, and everyone has been happy with it.
Pros: Wonderful Management Portal, Easy To Use, Implemented it with my PSA, SuperOps, Low Memory Footprint, and Storage.
Cons: Extremely hard to uninstall if the endpoint is deleted from the Management Portal. Other than this, I love everything about the product.

Cyril L. · Responsable Systèmes d'Informations · Building Materials · June 18, 2025
The program works very well for an EDR. The AI once in a while has a false positive, but it is very easy to rectify. The client also dosent over load system processes. Very light weight.
Pros: Ease of use , is the main reason we love the platform. It is very easy to intagrate in to modern RMM platforms to deploy the client.
Cons: It is a little dificult to import customers at times. Also setting up the scanning profiles for the first time is a little challenging.
Christopher S. · Chief Technology Officer · Information Technology and Services · June 18, 2025
When I'm downloading various assets and files for design work, SentinelOne gives me peace of mind. I know I'm protected as I explore the web for things to use in my designs.
Pros: The design of it is really cool. It's modern and clean and keeps my computer safe from viruses and other threats.
Cons: It's usually been a great experience! Recently it has this consistent false positive that's been stuck there for a couple months. It doesn't seem to be malicious, but I have to double check sometimes.

My overall experience has been great. I have used several other tools and they are just more price per agent with the same or less features.
Pros: I love the ease of use and vss rollback feature. We get our product through n-able and their support is second to none.
Cons: I have had trouble using their API. I would like to see better powershell modules & better ways of reporting.
Will s. · System Engineer · Computer & Network Security · June 12, 2025
Overall, the product performed well, installed seamlessly and is easy to manage. The metrics inside the console allows you to track in the portal and confirm endpoint installs.
Pros: The software was very simple to deploy and ran seamlessly in the background. We did not experience and system lag when it was running or see any user complaints about performance.
Cons: I guess it would be that the price was higher than another provider and of course having a recent security breach doesn’t help.
Aaron Y. · Director of IT · Facilities Services · June 4, 2025
It has been a very positive experience using the product and we have a greater depth of knowledge of threats since using it.
Pros: Its ability to detect threats and network disconnect the device to protect it and other devices on the network.
Cons: I dislike that agents that are auto removed from the console cannot be uninstalled from the device without a lot of hassle.
Steve L. · Technical Director · Computer & Network Security · May 14, 2025
Overall S1 is a fine product, and I prefer it to other antivirus solutions.
Pros: Possible malware is detected immediately, and an alert is sent very soon after discovery.
Cons: S1 has a tendency to obliterate a PC's resources when it runs a scan, which is unacceptable for older computers still in production.
Colter W. · Developer · Automotive · May 12, 2025
Overall, SentinelOne has been a reliable and effective security solution. It gives us strong protection with minimal effort, and once we got used to the interface, it became a key part of our cybersecurity stack.
Pros: Strong threat detection, automatic remediation, easy deployment, and a clear dashboard that makes managing endpoints simple.
Cons: While SentinelOne offers excellent protection, the interface can be a bit complex, especially for new users. It takes some time to get comfortable navigating through the different features. Additionally, the reporting features could be more flexible, as customizing reports to match specific needs is not always straightforward.
Derek D. · vCIO · Information Technology and Services · May 12, 2025
it has been great, been with Sentinel one for a little over 6 months, moved away from bitdefender and the performance of the machines are much better.
Pros: Easy to Deploy, Easy to Manage, Very Attractive UI and "pane-of-glass"
Cons: more difficult to deploy and manage Apple devices compared to windows PCs
Jarrett K. · IT Manager · Government Administration · May 7, 2025
Overall it does what we need. It is a reliable EDR solution at a good price.
Pros: It is a great EDR solution we can integrate with our SOC. There is a lot of control with S1.
Cons: The false alerts. Can be exhausting. We started to have excessive false isolations lately.
Andrew J. · NOC lead · Information Technology and Services · May 4, 2025
Pros: Aggressive, do the job, secure and the mdr is great
Cons: Should sentinel one consider the Quickbooks exceptions and ms office specifically excel
Ayham J. · CEO · Computer Software · May 2, 2025
Overall it's been fantastic, we are trying to convert all of our services to Sentinel One
Pros: It just works well, UI is easy to navigate, the process from installation to monitoring etc is easy. Great product.
Cons: We had to do a better job of implementing groups within the locations, or sites we have.
Michael D. · MSP Cybersecurity · Information Technology and Services · May 2, 2025
Pros: Easy to use product, and installation of the agent is easy. Its effective protection against malicious threats.
Cons: Its not easy to understand the different levels of this product and what each one adds to the product.
Scott B. · Network Engineer · Information Technology and Services · April 28, 2025
Very positive experience. I do not have to think too much about it. Review the dashboard and make sure all my clients are running smoothly.
Pros: The level of protection it provides my clients is amazing. I have watched it in real time restore a client's encrypted files (ransomware related encryption). Amazing!
Cons: The first version of the product was very limited but we moved to a standalone system (verses integrated with N-Central) and our options are much better. I recently had to approve it tagging Norton VPN and it would not approve the entire string of hits. Another issue I have had is corrupted installs giving me trouble.
Paul B. · Owner · Information Technology and Services · April 24, 2025
Everything has been super easy to manage and deploy. All of the workstations with it are running well and it has caught and cleaned up several infections and issues missed by previous solutions.
Pros: Easy to setup and manage. Services work well and their protection runs silently without any issues.
Cons: The price, it is a little high if you pay for it directly. I would recommend finding a VAR or solution provider and have it bundled in with a RMM, then the price is much better.
patrick S. · IT Manager · Hospital & Health Care · April 14, 2025
Pros: Its a very good product and provides overall security. I like most about behavior analysis using AI to detect and respond. Agent installation is easy and light on devices. Integration with our other tools is very good and was setup with no complications.
Cons: Some settings are complex and need extensive knowledge to understand and operate. Overall a good product.
Kiran R. · Vulnerability Assessor · Computer & Network Security · February 23, 2025
Secondo me è una delle piattaforme XDR migliori sul mercato.
Pros: Rileva le minacce utilizzando modelli AI, correla gli eventi benigni e malevoli facilitando l'analisi.
Cons: Molti eventi riportati sono falsi positivi.
