The many functionalities and options can be overwhelming. However, the team is very quick to help and patient with finding ways to match what you need.
Pros: Customer support, [sensitive content hidden] very helpful on calls and through emails. Many options for an interactive experience on our own page. Easy to embed.
Cons: We had built a presentation with buttons in Powerpoint, but we could not simply reconvert it to a Dot VU resource. So we spent several hours rebuilding it in Dot VU. Similarly, copying all Action sets and Triggers slide by slide is painful - it should be possible to assign the same action to multiple slides (but maybe I missed that). Sometimes I felt like there are too many functionalities, and this makes it hard to navigate

It was a good experience, but i was hoping to be able to hve a live chat with the customer service (i was on premium plan already)
Pros: The vast option for the games and the easy setup, the ability to freely customize the template.
Cons: The limited documentation and the chatbot being inactive (even if i have raise a ticket, it takes too long to be responded)

Pros: The end result of the game is absolutely amazing! We love the fact that we were able to customize our game easily enough with some help from the support team all within just a week's time. Integration to Hubspot means that we don't have to spend time importing and exporting audience data so it gave us everything we were looking for.
Cons: Some of the UX from the editor function was a bit hard to follow. It was easy enough to use once you got used to it but initially some of it didn't seem to make common sense. However, the support team was wonderful so we were able to get what we wanted easily enough.
