very good, as it can look after not just maintenance job, also health and safety as this keeps a record when and who has done the checks etc.
Pros: very easy to use, PPM's and work orders. made life easier with the auto scheduling. Also being able to release them after the the date finished each PPM, so you don't get a back log of not done.
Cons: the slowness off the system, the detail off the assets could have been better. we did not use the stores side, which i would have liked to use.

All in all, this is a great product. I've worked in a few different CMS's and this is definitely within top 3! Definitely a computer for the ultimate top.
Pros: The user friendliness. A person doesn't need to be a website developer to build pages. The dashboard and backend is also organized wonderfully - something most want to see!
Cons: The cost restraints for adding extra items like SSO and MFA without all the extra unneeded features. This pricing and sensitivity truly matters for small to medium-sized businesses.

Using Agility CMS has made it so much easier for me to manage and structure content without getting stuck with rigid templates. As a developer, I love the flexibility it gives me to use any framework and easily make content updates, which speeds up the whole process and keeps everything running smoothly.
Pros: It is easy to manage content while giving me the freedom to build with any frontend tool. It also stands out with multi-site support and a user-friendly UI.
Cons: It can be a bit pricey compared to other headless CMS options, especially when working with smaller projects.

Overall, it's good, but there's still room for improvement. For instance, adding a feature to create book chapters as subfolders within the main folder would enhance usability.
Pros: I like simplified publishing workflow and easy publishing process. I like how clean and modern the design is—it made the platform pleasant to work in for long periods.
Cons: The preview function has a 1–2 minute delay. Additionally, there is no feature to generate a table of contents.

Overall, good. I wish there was a little less glitching when formatting text within blog and content posts, but on the back end side of the website you can arrange branded content easily.
Pros: Ease of formatting blog posts and arranging content within website. Image upload and existing content library are good as well, making it easy to upload logos/frequently used graphics.
Cons: Sometimes, it can be difficult to format text within blog posts. I’ve noticed small glitches when formatting between Header 1, Header 2, Header 3, etc.

Consistently great over 15 years - they are really invested in a best-in-class product as well as partnerships.
Pros: Easy of use, great service, progressive roadmap. We love the Slack channel community as well as the investment into modern tooling.
Cons: Nothing really, we have been building on Agility for years. Perhaps more connectors in the marketplace?

Pros: The best thing I like about Agilitiy is the cloud based solution that they provide which really gives a lot more flexibility in terms of accessing content models and data.
Cons: I feel that the support for JSON datatype in content model creation is missing, which will add a lot of power to the CMS.

Agility CMS is a feature-rich content management system that provides a variety of tools for managing, organizing, and publishing information. It is helpful for companies that require a reliable and secure system, but some companies may find it to be complicated and pricey.
Pros: - Provides a variety of tools for organizing, managing, and publishing material.- Access restrictions and workflow management improve security and compliance.- Building and designing pages is simple because to the drag and drop interface.- API functionality enables simple system integration.- The content management process is streamlined with built-in LMS Task management and Approval Process Control.
Cons: - People who are unfamiliar with content management systems may find it difficult to comprehend and operate the program.- Building a unique feature might need developer assistance.- It could be a little expensive for some businesses.
Redley P. · Network Engineer/Freelancer/Student · Computer Networking · January 12, 2023
Pros: I really like that it allows you to manage all the content in one place and its distribution to different touchpoints is very easy. It provides an intuitive creative experience that enables non-technical staff to seamlessly make changes. It offers the option of using any programming language, generating a lot of flexibility in the creative process.
Cons: This is a very robust and flexible platform, the only downside is that it can be overwhelming for new users to handle its wide variety of features.

We are shifting our reliance off from IT and towards advertising. The flexibility to add elements and functionality without troubling IT is one of the perks. The ability to change and evaluate instantaneously is a significant improvement versus our previous CMS. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with! If you are implementing big modifications to your processes like us, I will definitely recommend Agility CMS.
Pros: The blend of built-in functionality with front-end adaptability has worked quite well. As opposed to our previous CMS, there is a considerable increase in productivity. The opportunity to evaluate modifications soon after they are made has proven useful. Creativity has also increased as a result of the global instant search.
Cons: The pricing appears to be unfavorable; I sincerely hope that it may be improved. Several features necessitate additional procedures than otherwise required, however, this is a minor concern that is most likely fixable given the way we've configured our server.
Ben P. · Software Developer · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · June 14, 2022
Pros: The contents management scheduling feature flexibility is really helpful, not leaving out the sitemap and reusable blocks are just awesome
Cons: All about the Agility is perfect only that if the subscription price can be adjusted because it’s a bit expensive I think it would be affordable by most young people

Agility replaced a combination of off the shelf and home grown CMS solutions. Being able to integrate and get everything in one place was an enormous help. Our campus uses Drupal which we found to be overwhelming when we tested, and restrictive given that campus restricts our editing through how they've set up their templates. We needed something that would allow us to implement the features we needed while maintaining the visual identity of campus. Agility allows us to do that easily.
Pros: The flexibility of Agility has been a huge asset and allowed us to rebuild our site from the ground up in a relatively short period of time. The editing interface is simple enough that we've been able to have many team members contribute to the site even during the initial template building phases (i.e. content could be added to Agility even before we had the visual template to pull the content into).
Cons: There are some minor issues like the inability to see a comprehensive list as to where any given asset is being employed on the site. Having that ability would make organization of components, images, and other elements much simpler.
Travis G. · Front End Developer · Higher Education · October 7, 2021
Pleasantly surprised.
Pros: I would not say the product is super user friendly, but for a novice like me, it was important that we worked with a developer to configure and code our site as our internal expertise in that area is very limited.
Cons: Sometimes the asset management can be clunky, but I think that is more about poor organization than the actual functionality of the product.
Tim K. · Marketing Communications Manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · July 13, 2021
Pros: I find agility really easy to use once it has been shown to us by our developer where things are. I am not a developer so sometimes things are not intuitive to me.
Cons: See above. But having said that once I know where things are it is a very simple system to use.
Natalie J. · Communications Manager · Individual & Family Services · July 8, 2021
Pros: The software is easy to use and easy to learn.
Cons: The software does not allow for social media integration, we must use an external provider.
Fred F. · Communications · Education Management · July 8, 2021
Pros: Easy to use, overall, it's intuitive than more complicated and more powerful CMS'
Cons: Focussing on their core capabilities so some functions are not robust or not available - forms, site search etc
Shalina S. · Director Digital · Accounting · July 8, 2021
Tbh it's easy to use and it's very straightforward but I remember that we had a very hard time with the hero banner, mobile view, and texts. Also, sometimes it's very slow to publish a page. Since the preview feature is not working I had to publish the page to check how it looks and I spent lots of time waiting to see for the changes. As I know you use Trello which is great I love using those and it is very effective but I just gave a code to be added for one website's back end but it took 3 weeks which I believe that's a very quick thing to do because code was ready and I added a description where to add it. I thought there were other requests before me and I needed to wait them but that was the only request from client at that time.
Pros: It's very easy to use. Copying saves a lot of time.
Cons: 1- Technical issues. 2- Slow publishing time 3- No preview feature 4- No training videos or any other sources that can help
Asutay K. · Digital & Social Media Specialist · Marketing and Advertising · July 6, 2021
Pros: The ease and speed of updating our website makes CMS worth the price. Coming from a custom CMS, we now have the ability to add several users and cross train on updating our web properties. Additionally, the video support allows us to engage more fully with our website visitors.
Cons: I have been disappointed with the customer service support from Agility CMS. Our website was built by a third party developer and after it was built was handed over to our organization to manage. As issues have arisen, we have reached out to Agility to help with issues and we are consistently told that we need to work with our web development partner to solve issues which means more financial investment.
Marcus T. · Director of Communications and Audience Services · Performing Arts · July 1, 2021
Pros: 1. Ease of use 2. Great technical support team 3. Starter Packs are awesome
Cons: Pricing is a bit high according to me. Some cheaper plans will make this product awesome.

Managing and deploying CMS is a headache. Agility CMS solves these hassles with their easy management platform.
Pros: I deployed a Gatsby Starter template and it got deployed within a matter of minutes hassle-free. Also it’s really easy to manage through the dashboard/panel. The flexible API based platform really gives it an edge above other CMS.
Cons: The free trial only provides 1 project setup

I'm managing two of my clients website using agility, it has great API integration and it makes building pages really easy with its prebuilt modules and stuff. Staging links are a great way to share the pages without having to go live. It reduced significantly the time it took us to get a website running.
Pros: I love about agility how it has every tool and functionality you need to manage a whole website organized in a single dashboard. It has great prebuilt stuff to start creating your website. I also like it file system, you can use it for your site and emails. It has great costumer support too.
Cons: I think there should be easier to customize the templates that it gives you. And sometimes when you override files it sometimes takes a lot of time to show in the website which has caused me trouble before. There should be a cheaper plan in my opinion too.

Agility CMS was a vital part of transitioning our website and it's functionality to the next level. The team works effectively with you along your journey to get your CMS exactly how you need it to be.
Pros: The robust nature of the CMS let's us control how we want to promote over 25 years of content, with minimal limitations.
Cons: I wish we had a more constant point of reference who is familiar with our customizations.
Sarah M. · Marketing Project Manager · Education Management · March 29, 2019
Pros: Fairly intuitive. Doesn't take long to learn how to use the various features.
Cons: Wish there were more options and we could build more ourselves.
